I had a package coming and confirmed to be delivered to me on 12/03/215. I also request notification so all was looking good. I schedule traveling next day for meeting, guess what the package didn't arrive and no notification was made. Just my luck. Went to check the status and was changed for next day. Now Im going to lose the ticket and the meeting for waiting next day for the package. I can't leave since I have no insurance and no one to received. Also I called customer service. It was the worst. She also promise me someone will call me back. No one called. Never again with FedEx.

I was expecting a delivery. I am at home and waiting for the delivery. The fedex delivery guy had come and he kept a door tag and left without coming in and calling me. I was looking at the van from upstairs and when I went to take the delivery by that time he left leaving the door tag.

I did not receive a package on time. They were supposed to issue me a refund. I spoke with 5 different representatives calling my personal cell multiple times then to be called back to be told they could not issue a refund. They are very unorganized and a very sorry company when it comes to shipping. I will never ship with FedEx again.

Multiple, multiple times!!! They send our packages to the WRONG address when, mind you, the CORRECT address is on every single one of the packages. They tried again today. I have been home ALL day and they say I wasn't available? Well, sorry you never came to my door? I mean, the business across the street with the same street number as us shouldn't be considered HOME delivery if you ask me. Definitely done trying to do business with FedEx. They're a load of crap and don't know how to read.

Was supposed to get my package Monday but no. So they up it to Tuesday but no -- same thing. I wait all day and nothing. They up it to Wednesday by the end of the day again. This is ridiculous. I have never liked FedEx and this is why. This happens every time and it's 110% annoying how they can't get it together.

I have been tracking my shipment. It said on site it is out on truck for delivery. I waited all day. Then after 5pm I called, I was told it should be here any moment. Then I check again online, it now says it's not going to be delivered till tomorrow! The 1-800 # said they would call me back after she got a hold the driver. Yet no word yet from them. If it says online it is on a truck for delivery what else does it mean?! Wow! Will not be using FedEx again. UPS is a lot better! Never had this type of problem with them. Oh by the way, express shipping is 2 days. It's not 5 days & counting.

A computer manufacturer sent me a box to send in a notebook for service. After multiple complaints I finally got it but so late I had to get a box and mail it myself. The manufacturer did a one day turnaround and returned notebook by overnight FedEx. Waited 13 hours next day. Never delivered and FedEx does not know why. Lost. Stolen? Who knows. Tracking terminated. Add me to those who really despise FedEx.

I needed 200 prints. I was quoted $430+, which was out of my budget. I was then quoted a price of $250 for 150 on cheaper paper and I also ordered a poster online. It was suppose to be done by 4pm. Got a call at 3pm, the order wouldn't "print" correctly so I left work to inquire, since the sample earlier printed fine. Fold and stapling made it off centered. I directed Gabriel ** to go ahead and "print" I will fold them myself.

FedEx was supposed to deliver my package on a Friday. Put a tracker on it and stayed at work 3 hours after I got off work... in the parking lot. At 7:00 FedEx said they tried to deliver but business was closed. Lie #1. Then I called on Monday to find out about it. They are off on Monday for home delivery. So it should be scheduled for Tuesday, right? I've tracked it all day Tuesday only to find that package is STILL at the facility and not even on a truck. Once again, I get off work in 3 minutes and will sit in the parking lot only to have them not deliver it again?

I will never use FedEx again. My daughter shipped 3 packages from Tucson to Nashville. The packages were labeled correctly but FedEx shipped 2 of them to the return address for some reason. Keep in mind I paid to have them shipped. FedEx failed and they actually wanted me to pay again because they screwed up. I took the packages to UPS because I was not going to pay FEDEX twice for their error. UPS got them there in 2 days.

Happened to look at my credit card statement and see that the FedEx charge for an item had mysteriously DOUBLED from the "estimated" charge I paid online for! I weighed my item, used there box, filled in all the information and generated a shipping label. Dropped it off at the local center and then got smacked with a 100% in hidden undisclosed fees?!? This is lawsuit material... I called and there is a "residential" charge, and a "fuel surcharge" and "tax charge"??? ALL UNDISCLOSED. And of course they bill your card after the fact and you have no recourse. I will never use FedEx again. Highly disappointed!! Horrible consumer ethics.

We are a company that does a lot of shipping to customer and to and from our suppliers. FedEx offered us a decent rate to go with them. They have gotten worse and worse with their shipping. The final straw was two weeks ago (Nov. 6) when we shipped to a customer. One of the three packages - a wooden crate of 20x20x18 - was opened, apparently gone through and then when they could not completely close the crate correctly, they packed the entire thing in a cardboard box and taped it up.

We were waiting for our delivery Saturday. The driver placed an attempt to deliver on our door and didn't knock! I have dogs, they didn't bark because he never knocked! I saw the note on my door when I was going outside with my dogs around 10:35 a.m. I called customer service and ask the representative to help me to get my package by picking it up instead and he said that the origination FedEx receiving in my city was closed (at 11:00 a.m) and that it would be delivered a Tuesday! I asked if I could do something else and he said I could transfer the package to be deliver to a closer station so I could pick it up the same Saturday. Well, I waited the whole day to later be told by FedEx customer service that the original service station has been open that day until 6. That they don't know why the representative told me that and that when I request a transfer package it takes around 24 hrs to be done, so that I would still get my package on Tuesday.

FedEx hung my package on our rural fence where dogs could reach the package, rather than use the provided, legal package delivery container. Dogs destroyed my package and product of course, so I filed a claim with FedEx. Which was promptly denied. I have now filed with the BBB against FedEx and I have been doing some reading up. FedEx has an ABYSMAL delivery record and I am told they rarely pay a claim. When you order something online, make absolutely sure the business you order from is NOT using FedEx. If they are... order your item elsewhere!!

Following the shipping notification for my purchases, I saw that the items were being shipped separately in two packages. Luckily they were scheduled to be delivered on the same day and it so happened I was home that day... all day. I live in an apartment building which is on an busy city street lined with apartment buildings. My building is secure with an entry way and a lobby both of which a guest must be buzzed through. The door bell system is also tied into my smart phone so when the door bell rings it registers as an incoming call. By 4 pm when my bell still had not rung, I looked at the tracking info. Imagine my surprise when it said both packages had been delivered at 10:47 am and left at the front door. Now I had already been down to collect my mail around noon and did notice several packages for other residence but none for me so seeing that I went back down to the lobby, the entry way and the front of the building... nothing.

I recently ordered a tablet computer from Amazon which was delivered via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground damaged the computer by crushing the package as was clearly evident by markings and distortion of the package. Upon this realization, I contacted the seller and was given a Return Merchandise Authorization. I then SAT and waited for several days without hearing anything further. I then contacted the seller who ask me if I had been contacted by FedEx.

My daughter's Straight phone stopped working. They told us they would send us a box to send the defective phone to them and they would send her another phone. They said the box would be here in 3 to 5 business days. Straight Talk sent the box to FedEx 10/13/2015. It is now 11/10/15 and still no box. I have called Straight Talk and FedEx about the box seeing how we only had 7 days to send the defective phone back. FedEx is now saying the box will be here Thursday which is in 2 more days. This is not the first time I have had trouble with FedEx. FedEx needs to be shut down.

Paid $75.00 to ship a small box overnight to be received by 10:30 a.m. When I called, THEY COULD CARE LESS. THEY ACTUALLY OUT AND OUT LIED. They need to go out of business. The package contained medicine I needed and I waited at my daughter's apt all morning rather than being with her in the hospital where she was deathly ill. Then they lied to me about the updated time. Let's get a class action going for consumer fraud!!!

I work for a local architect firm. We had a driver arrive, grab and scan a VERY important overnight envelope meant for UPS. I called FedEx customer service 4 times and each rep assured me that the driver would be back to drop off the package he grabbed by mistake. After 2 hours of waiting after hours on a Friday night, the driver never came. No one could explain to me why each rep gave false information and each one passing the blame to another. I drove 40 minutes to get the package from the FedEx hub without 1 apology. I find this to be beyond, "Very dissatisfied with the experience." I will do everything in my power to NEVER use them again if I can help it, as well as share my experience with others.

Customer service is so pitiful and driver is rude. Never wants to make sure packages aren't damaged. Always says he is not taking them back. Acts like we cant get another service to deliver. Probably would like that. On phone service is no help either. Can't help you because you can't understand them.

I recently purchased an item on eBay that shipped on 10/26/2015. On 10/31/15 it said it was out for delivery. 11/5/15 my package has still not been delivered. I emailed them and they gave me a bogus run around saying they needed all kinda name, address, phone number, what kind of box it was, they needed the part number serial number and manufacturer name. I gave them my tracking number. They said it wasn't enough. Smh. Then I give them whatever info I had about the package. They email me back and say, "We will contact you when we find your package." I hate FedEx with a passion. It shouldn't take 5 days to get a package that's out for delivery.

I am very frustrated with FedEx and the delivery of my order. The East St. Louis facility called me last Friday night (Oct. 30) to tell me the address on my order was incorrect and the driver couldn't find my home (in reality the address is correct). They then said the item would be delivered on Saturday, Oct. 31. It was not delivered. I then contacted Fed Ex chat on Monday, Nov. 1, giving them explicit directions to my home and was told someone would call me about the delivery in 2 hours - I did not receive any call. The delivery was then rescheduled for yesterday, and it never came. FedEx has my phone number and if the driver can't find my home, he could easily call me for directions. I've lived here approximately 30 years; UPS can find my home, as can the mail carrier. I don't want to order online from retailers using FedEx because I don't want the headache of their incompetency. I'm now waiting to see if the package will be delivered today.

Here is my problem and I'm sure no one will do anything about it but I feel I must send this anyway. I set up a pick up yesterday at our warehouse location like I do any other day, whether the customer requests UPS or FedEx. And scheduled my pick up as I always do, then took my package to its normal pick up location, as I always do so that it could wait to be picked up. But when I arrived this morning, the package was still in the same location and had not been picked up. Now this has happened on numerous occasions and no one ever does anything about it, and well quite frankly I am sick and tired of this happening.

This is the return item letter I sent out from an item I ordered from Amazon. Pretty much sums it up. Unbelievable. "FedEx is returning this item to you today. The delivery was stated for 5-7 business days, which I would be back in town for and the driver attempted delivery the next day. I requested that it be sent to a specific location by me to be picked up, the driver said that would be fine. It was then delivered back to their major warehouse for me to pickup. I called this morning to verify that it was ready and they were open and they said 9 am to 9 pm.

We ordered some expensive equipment via Amazon Prime (10/28), which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days (10/30). Amazon Prime was spot on having it shipped. However, they mistakingly chose FedEx ground for the carrier. Package was put on local FEDEX truck at 8:11 am, all the while status stating "out for delivery". At 7:01 pm (actually didn't received notice until 7:20 pm) a "delivery exception" was put on the package. Because this has happened numerous times, I have the phone # to the FEDEX local hub. Line just kept ringing busy. Called 1-800 FEDEX and they told me they couldn't get through either and that the hub would not read their messages until Tuesday.

Fedex is THE MOST annoying to deal with! If I purchase an item from a seller who deals with Fedex again, I will cancel my order and go elsewhere. These people need to obtain better communication and learn about how their company IS RUN! PITIFUL!!! The drivers half-follow instructions... simple instructions. Incompetency is a great thing in the U.S. When you follow your tracking and then call Fedex customer service number, the tracking may show and state two different information about when the package is to arrive. The driver that delivered my package about 1 month ago and which was on a Friday, tried to be slick by stating that the "customer is not available". Nonsense; I was home ALL morning AND with my door open... widely open! I called the customer service and they made her a$$ return with my package on the same day to deliver it. Thank you.

I ordered a small wheelbarrow tire from Walmart using FedEx. They shipped my package on time and it was supposed to be delivered on Wed Oct. 28th. Package not delivered, tracking said no one home. I was home. FedEx said package would be delivered next day Thurs Oct. 29th. No package, same excuse. I was home. FedEx said it would be delivered the next day. I told them to leave package in high place. No package, I wasn't home.

Absolutely no concern for customer! Totally unreliable and not responsive. I ordered a rather heavy and cumbersome item from vendor who paid for Fed Ex home delivery to me. Instead, without attempting to deliver to me at my unit, driver left it at complex office and I saw the tracking info come up on my home computer as I was waiting for the delivery--and it was signed for by a name I did not recognize. That was 4 days ago. After numerous exchanges, Fed Ex said they had retrieved the package and would deliver to me but they still don't have a date for that. The complex manager says they do this all the time and they have been admonished repeatedly for it but it seems to be SOP.I no longer accept this obnoxious "service" that ignores the customer and am going to force the issue w. Fed Ex. And then never order anything that includes delivery by them again. Never."

I am using an express service because I need what I am shipping to arrive where I've sent it in a faster time. This was a 2 day shipment that will now take 3 unless as I was told by the customer service operator on the phone this morning, who also didn't give a care in the world about my now destined to be late package, I could change to an overnight service. Seriously, now my company has to pay the extra high price of overnight because one of your carrier decided not to pick my package up?! What kind of logic is that?? I already have to give the customer some kind of discount to help repair the fact that they are not going to receive the materials they ordered in time for the medical research project they are working on. And you're going to say that they called here....they did not, we checked the caller ID's on all the phones in our building and there are no calls from FedEx...also when you call our system it gives you an option for shipping and they would be my phone and I didn't not receive any calls from FedEx about this pick up! It’s pretty ridiculous that this continues to happen. This is the reason we are very limited in our use of your "Services" as we have found them to be so unreliable.SignedOne customer who wishes I never had to use your services again!"

I had over 200 ounces of breast milk shipped from a conference I had to attend and my delivery date was confirmed for Friday morning. When my box was not delivered and I followed up, I was told I could pick it up at the local warehouse on Saturday. The local warehouse person informed me I could not get my box and there was nothing she could do. So Monday, when my box arrived, my 200 ounces of breast milk was ruined and FedEx refused to refund my money. Guess what! Breast milk is irreplaceable and your unwillingness to help or even be kind about this upsetting situation is unacceptable. How would you feel if you paid for a meal and then were told the restaurant ran out of food? Oh and your money is non-refundable. Paying for a service that was not provided is unacceptable. Women are still fighting for equality, so to have to figure out how to pump while working and then make the arrangements to ship it, only to find out that FedEx doesn't care, is not family friendly or helpful. Way to be a barrier FedEx!

I so wish I could give this company minus 10 stars. They have messed up shipping so many times it's not funny. They never knock, they just leave stuff on my uncovered porch even in the rain. That's when they actually make the delivery. Their new hires are untrained and can't find addresses. One of their delivery men forged my signature and marked the item delivered when he couldn't find my house. They've delivered to the wrong house. I can't tell you how many times the driver has marked a package as delivered when it hasn't been, and then there's a huge mess, sometimes taking weeks to sort out, before the merchant either refunds my money or ships the item again. These are the worst ever. There are some merchants who only ship Fedex so I can't avoid them, but oh boy, I'm sorry every time they're involved. They are just awful.

I will NEVER EVER use this service again -- too many better choices. I am not even talking about "overnight" delivery here, but THREE DAY delivery! This was of course under "Fedex Express" as I submitted my order on Saturday afternoon and due to weekend cost rates, I opted for Tuesday morning delivery. THAT WAS A JOKE. There was a problem with the address??? I spent over 30 minutes in the Fedex store Saturday ensuring the correct address! The Fedex "system" kept pulling up the wrong city that GOOGLE did not pull up as wrong! Then, on delivery try Tuesday morning, they STILL got the address wrong! Did they call me? Oh no! I don't hear about the "non delivery" until Tuesday late afternoon from the expected recipient. So I call and straighten THAT OUT. Then, there is nothing for several hours from Fedex. So I call back -- "SORRY but that never got figured out, recipient will not be receiving the package tonight." The next day was TOO LATE. Recipient is already traveling. A total waste of my resources, time and money and ZERO to show for it. I will NEVER EVER use this service again. EVER!

I had a 21 package business consignment shipped from abroad, paid with insurance cover by the express service. Several days later, 2 arrive late and one is lost.I reported this, however they made me arund around for about 6 weeks, never calling me back or even emialing me as promised.In the end, nearly 6 or 7 weeks later without telling me anything. It arrived repackaged by them with the box clearly labelled by them as "damaged in handling by fedex". The original box was also in the packaging so I could see what had happened. Clearly the original box was badly torn from bad handling (it was an official USPS strong parcels box).The item inside was severely damaged in a way that could only have been done with very bad handling. As the metal chassis was actual distorted so badly I could not even get it back in place by force. At first they told me they would grant a claim, but then made me wait even more weeks, and eventually came back and said another department denied the claim and they cant help. When queried they said they tried to fob me off by saying packaging was inadequate, even though even a simple minded person can see clearly that this nature of damage has nothing to do with packaging, as it was so badly damaged. Its so obvious the FedEx team had tried hide the item, as it had been so badly damaged, and so it was lost initially, but after my chasing it up and complaining, they mysteriously found and delivered it, and then within the company tried to cover it up under an agreed story of bad packaging.I always thought FedEx was meant to be one of the best, professional and trusted global couriers. Believe me, you do not want to risk having to deal with them in the event of an issue or problem.To further underline this, they are refusing to even provide me with the customs invoice, that I need to claim back the tax from the government on it. Even the customs government department could not believe how badly FedEx was behaving."

Fedex took a 50g packet of Gold. Lost it. And paid me 50 eur (minimum to legally, and maximum they let me declare) out of 1600 eur.The man from Fedex who got it, put another packet in my name.Mine was officially lost.Fedex sent me email detailing how legally I can not sue them, and paid me the declared 50 eur. (Transport still on my account).They just stole my packet and part of my savings in my face, and no person was punished, no mechanism of tracking. No monetary compensation...Simply put. I knew this could happen. But I trusted Fedex. And this trust became a total impunity for any of their employees to still any valuable packet under their legal umbrella. Absolutely moreover I was paid minimum and reminded that their employees have impunity to steal. Be aware guys of valuable objects. No kidding. Barcelona, Spain

The people don't even try to deliver the package. I was home all day two days in a row when they supposedly tried to deliver the package. Never heard anyone try to knock on either door. It is a small apartment and we use the back door. On the second day I found the door tag way up high on the door. I had checked the mailbox and the door the first day when I expected the package, but didn't see it way up there. Ended up calling and having it delivered to the store for pickup, wish I could just have it sent there in the first place, I could have had it 3 days earlier. I also tried to do this online, but it just kept saying my information couldn't be verified but no directions on how to verify it. I would not use fedex when I have another option.

On my order placed Sat 7/18 I checked tracking info and FedEx said it was delivered to my front door on 7/21. After multiple calls I discovered they left package in a very hot mailbox 1/4 mile away. I will never order from a company that uses FedEx again and I will never use FedEx again for any of my business.

Excellent Non-delivery ServiceI sent two International Priority parcels by FedEx from Namibia to New York and South Korea respectively, the first to an art gallery and the other to an university. Both were consignments of non-commercial materials accompanied by full descriptive and recipient contact information delivery notes, including estimated value. After arriving in the destination countries both were returned to Namibia due to 'inadequate commercial invoices' for customs purposes. FedEx did not even bother to contact the recipients, even though the New York consignment being billed to the recipient's account. Are FedEx employees illiterate or do they simply don't bother to read accompanying documentation? Now the materials have to be resent a month later at the same cost, though not with FedEx again. Postal services would have been quicker and more reliable

Delivery was fast, but i got headache to receive my item. There is no door-to-door delivery in Kazakhstan office without $11 extra charge! Either i had to pay $11 or i had to go to Fedex office to get documents and then go to custom and receive my package by myself! But even i paid extra charge i had to print contract, sign it, scan it and send it to fedex and only then i got my package after 1 day.Also i spent about 1 hour to know what i had to do. I had known about problem because i tracked package every day, nobody contacted me to inform.And is i know now this happens with EVERY delivery to individuals, while EMS never.My verdict - will never use it again in Kazakhstan.

I wrote a FedEx ceo an email stating my situation:Hello FedEx Executive,My name is Colleen Henson and my shipment that was sent through your company was mistreated resulting in the death of the animal that was being shipped. I ordered an Asian Water Monitor for the amount of 149.90 including shipping costs from the Flordia Herps pet and supplies company. I paid for 24 hour live animal shipping and the shipment was promised on your website to arrive by 10 am on 03-04-2015. The shipment was late so I called your company they said it would be just and hour late. Then that hour passed and I called again they said that a truck the a couple days before with other packages not mine was late so they were delivering those. I was disgusted with that answer because your company should prioritize live animals to go out, I would not have been worried if it was makeup I ordered. Also I paid for the priority shipping so I had to remind them of that and with that they promised within the next hour and they would contact the driver. After waiting that hour I of course called another time and then again had to remind another representative it was a live animal when there legally should be a notice of that already when they did not see one. Again promised a different time when the shipment arrived 5 hours late. Now a lizard is shipped with a heat pack to keep them warm for the journey and besides the fact that it is a live animal the 24 hour shipping is meant for that heat pack. My of course could not withstand the circumstances of being pushed aside for 5 extra hours and not prioritizing a live animal or marking the box correctly. Well as you can tell I opened my package to a dead animal which was a terrible experience in itself. So I called your claims department to make one and had multiple representatives promise the claim would be accepted on a recorded line (feel free to pull the calls). They said all I would have to do is call the shipper and have them finish the claim as it was clearly FedEx at fault and not the shipper or me. So I contacted the shipper who proceeded to let me know that he has a contract with your company stating that he is not allowed to file a claim. Now I understand that company having a contract but FedEx had already promised acceptance of fault when they should be able to see that information. So legally FedEx would just have to approve a one time claim for that company so he is not breaking his contract. So I called FedEx again attempting to get someone knowledgeable and explained the situation once again to many people who once again admitted fault until I got to someone that said he would email and call the company letting them know to do the claim but he said he did not see a contract. So once again that was not helpful because your employees could not seem to understand what a contract is so a random telecommunications employee can not just tell the company they can finish the claim. Also I contacted the company again and they never received anything this rep promised and he never contacted me again as promised. In conclusion I have been a previous happy customer of FedEx but now I feel as though this company does not care about how the animals they ship are handled and in turn do not care about compensating their customers for mistakes. In my opinion if this was a mistake instead of carelessness the company would be working harder to help fix it and reimburse my purchase or fulfill my claim for a new reptile. I have spoke to and dealt with many people that do not keep promises or seem to know what they are doing so I hope and pray that you can help rectify the situation so I do not have to continue on this path to someone else. I would love to be finished with this but I will also not just put up with a company not caring that much.Thank you for looking over my situation and I look forward to your response and resolution.//////////His executive assistant contacted me that day stating they would not do anything because it was a live animal shipment and would not take liability. They are the ones that were 5 hours late on the 24 hour live animal shipping I paid for. FedEx were the ones that prioritized inanimate objects shipping over what once was a living breathing animal. So it doesn't matter that they are late, not caring about the animals well being, not marking the package correctly so possibly throwing the package around carelessly, they will not take responsibility for their actions and will mistreat what they'd like. For some reason @@@.com decide to deliver a package using FedEx as a carrier, For some reason the "FEDEX SMARTPOST" took the smartest and cheapest / efficient way to deliver the package. The package travel from CA - NV - North Salt lake, UT - Denver, CO - less than 18 miles 23hrs to Henderson, CO located in Denver CO - FedEx Smartpost Salt lake UT- Back to North Salt Lake, UT. Calling the Costumer service was a enlighten since I was told by them that that was the most economic / Smart way for delivery. I wonder were they took their classes on economy since for me it looks like a waste of gas / time. But one have to love their costumer service, is never the driver made a mistake or the facility put the package in the wrong truck. Is always "sorry sir the smartpost system takes the most economic way to deliver the packages". How do I fix this, well I contacted the seller and they have 1 day left to deliver, if not I get a refund and told them already that if they send another package using FedEx I will stop doing business with them. BTW the package is in UT and it need to be deliver somewhere in the mountains of Colorado. Update: From FEDEX SMARTPOST Salt Lake City, UT. Is back on the road to Henderson, CO and it took another day to arrive to FEDEX SMARTPOST Denver, CO. The package is touching each place that is being before and they have the right address.

Fedex took a 50g packet of Gold. Lost it. And paid me 50 euro (minimum to legally not be in trouble) out of 1600 euro.The man from Fedex who got it, put another packet in my name. And mine was officially lost. Fedex was incompetent in doing anything. They just kept saying everything could had happened. They tried to solve it but they want not admit what I think is the obvious. One employee took it. He changed my address for other paket. And they know who was. Sent me email detailing how legally I can not sue them, and paid me minimum. They just stole my packet and savings in my face, and no person was punished, no mechanism of tracking. No monetary compensation... All they cared is that legally they were not sued.

I am a disabled woman how happens to live on the 3rd for of an apartment building. This is not the first time but hopefully will be the last. If you thought the USPS was bad, I personally do not anymore, then you will absolutely hate FEDEX SMART POST. I placed an order with TWICE (liketwice.com) and apparently they have started using this service. BAD CHOICE! I have a review on their profile also. I live in Southern California and TWICE is in Northern California. They shipped a package to me via FEDEX SMART POST it is going to take 8+ days to reach me. Why? No one knows, not even FEDEX employees. I called to find out why the package was shipped to the city next door and then 50 miles away. They stated that SMART POST is the company processing it through to the USPS. OK fine. But why is the package getting further away I asked. No answer. No one seems to know the inner working of this company, although it is a FEDEX run company. So the end result is, I have to wait, as of this morning until 7/15/15, for possible delivery. The date has changed several times, it started out as 7/10/15 (a date give by TWICE), then went to 7/14/15, and now 7/15/15. This is the last purchase from TWICE until they change shippers, and in the future I will check business shippers before purchasing to make sure they ARE NOT using FEDEX SMART POST. QUESTION OF THE DAY: Why does it take FEDEX SMART POST seven (7) plus days to ship a package from San Francisco to Los Angeles?

I will never use Fed Ex again as they do not want to accept any responsibility for damaging my college textbook. I shipped out a college textbook to Valore books in good condition from Nevada. However, when the book had been received I was notified that the book had severe water damage? I filed a claim with Fed Ex as I also sent the claim forms certified mail. When I had not heard back after 3 weeks I called customer service and had found out that the claim had been denied. It is Magic how a book that was shipped out in good condition ended up with severe water damage. Customer service is getting worse every day as companies do not accept any responsibility and they pass the buck. Neither company is accepting the responsibility for damage. I will not give either company my business again.

The more I am forced, by retail companies, to use UPS, the more I love FedEx. Fed ex should be Xed from existence. Worst customer service anywhere. I actually was called a dumbass by one of the employees at the non service center in Round Rock after I had been through the ordeal I experienced in getting a simple $15 Dollar part. I was lied to by a phone operator that told me they would deliver the part the nest day and was forced to drive 70 miles to get the part. The security gate that they have installed on that property to get your part literally backed up and bruised my chest as I tried to enter the prison like compound where my part was being held in the truck that literally past my house the same day. I also fail to mention that earlier the day I was at the bed side of my dying mother that I left to go and be sure that I was at my house in time to get the part. Yes Dying mother. A big fat slob of an employee then had the gall to call me a Dumbass when I complained about the security door that hurt my chest. Fed Ex you are the very worst service organization I have EVER experienced. Period

I had an incoming package, a repaired laptop that required a signature for delivery. I am one of those strange an unusual people that have a job! They refused to deliver it at a time when I was home saying they only deliver to my town around 10 AM-noon. They refused to wait five days so I could move my day off to be home to get my computer. FedEx did say I could come pick it up that day only at their distribution center, 86 miles away, about an hour before they closed. They claim they made three attempts and returned the computer to HP. HP resent it to my work address with my waiving all their responsibility for safe delivery and I feel I was lucky to get my laptop back.

It's true. I can't prove the Fed Ex driver made a mistake and delivered my package to someone else. I can't prove he took my package home and kept it. I can't even prove I didn't receive the package but I know (I didn't). I can however prove that he didn't ring my doorbell because he told me he didn't have time to ring doorbells. He has too much work. I do an unusual amount of business (on line). The companies I deal with use UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. I will no longer do business with a company who uses Fed Ex and I'll let them know why. It may take me three or four months to cost Fed Ex as much money as they cost me, (by myself). However, I have many friends and relatives. I'll make sure they all know what Fed Ex did to me. I'm sure Fed Ex thinks a company as big as theirs considers a million dollars to be insignificant and I wholeheartedly agree. Even if I could influence several hundred people to stop using Fed Ex, it would take years to cost this company that much. Please note, my goal is not to cost Fed Ex a million dollars. My goal is to put the company out of business. It's a worthy cause. I'm retired. What else do I have to do? Bob.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE therefore it is not a cost-effective shipping method for small to mid-sized businesses. It alright if you are shipping small items but if you are shipping a large item such as a bike or desktop computer, iMac...etc it is by no means a practical option. Best alternative would be definitely UPS Express or DHL ocean/air freight.

When i tracked my laptop, it was mentioned that "refused by recipient". I immediately called their CC but they just keep transferring me from one # to another and finally said your parcel has been shipped back to shipper. Now, according to their policy they should have tried 3 times before sending it back or just have kept it at their pick up store in the city and informed the customer. But none was done regarding it.

I have numerous experiences with FedEx and my latest experience has led me to the conclusion that they just don't want your business. They have enough on their plate and they just can't be bothered with the individual. Mar 18 - Item picked-up by FedEx in Ohio. They sent it to Washington. Then to Wisconsin. Then downstate Pennsylvania. Then to my home. And the USPS ended-up delivering the package. They sent notices and attributed the delay to the earthquake in Japan. It took them 12 days to deliver a package to a state for which it shares a border. I used to get excited knowing that FedEx is delivering a package. Now, I try not to think about it and am surprised if it arrives. Oh, and don't call and try and get help from CS. They can tell you nothing you can't find out for yourself by looking on the Internet. Use UPS, USPS, or even a freaking Boat. Don't recommend FedEx.

Printing business cards at Kinko's for a small business - Kinko's business card summary: --Kinko's is good if you have your own artwork and layout --Don't get the 90lb business card paper -- it's too thin. Consider getting your own paper. --There's no minimum order, so if you have a small order, Kinko's could be cheap. But if you are ordering 1000+ cards, a real printing place is probably cheaper. After getting crappy cards from Vista Print, I decided to try Kinko's. As usual, Kinko's is best if you can do everything yourself. I brought in my business card artwork in a Photoshop file, and they told me that it costs $16 to lay everything out, $15 to cut the cards (they print 10 to a page), and another $1.50 per page to printing including color, one-side, no bleed on "business card" paper (bright white, 90 lb). I decided to layout the cards myself (which was easy using guides in Photoshop) and have them printed on "business card" paper. The results were not bad -- the printing and cutting was fine. But the business card paper was too thin and flimsy. They said that was the thickest paper they had and standard for business cards, but if you use Kinko's I would recommend getting your own paper. The prices are OK, but the good part is that there is no minimum purchase. So 100 cards would cost $15 ($1.50 x 10 sheets ) plus cutting or layout costs. Net net: not bad for small orders, bring your own paper.

They offer everything you'd expect from a great copy/print shop. They accept pretty much any kind of media you'd be able to bring in and if you just need to quickly print out a couple papers you can just go to the quick machines near the front of the store and use a usb stick to quickly print a few pages. One of the biggest problems here is parking, pretty much the only option is their small lot since there's no parking on Kapiolani. You have to get a ticket and get it validated, even if you're only going in for a few minutes, its a little frustrating when you're in a hurry to have to spend extra time waiting to get a ticket validated.Just a heads up, though they do take credit cards in those print machines I recommend using cash and getting one of the prepaid cards, when you use credit they put a hold for a ridiculous amount of money.

IMHO this is the best FedEx on the island. There's one located closer to the office but after several co-workers told me about their terrible experience there we now always choose to have our print jobs done at this location.I've never used any of the machines here because we always just order our items using FedEx Online.The staff is friendly and professional. They have always completed our print jobs before the scheduled pick up time (granted our print jobs are fairly simple but it shows that they are on top of things) and send an email to let us know when the job is ready to be picked up.They also are able to ship your FedEx packages and have a mailing center. I believe pick up for overnight deliveries is at noon so if you miss that deadline your overnight package will ship the next day but will be date/time stamped the day you drop it off.They will validate your parking for 20 min so if you're just picking up an online print order you're good to go.

Why on earth would I go out of my way to write a review about a FedEx that's not even in my hood? Because I need to give props when they're due, and I gots a late notice.Rolled in there with my boo one blistering hot day to pick up a creative request (via e-mail). First, the staff member we worked with was a gem. Without any huffing or puffing, she took care of our order and exemplified professionalism to a "t." While we did enjoy the air conditioning inside, we didn't get to enjoy it long enough since our visit lasted only two minutes. The only business I do at this FedEx location is sending and receiving packages. I must say, I have always received good service here. Nothing AMAZING but always a fast and easy experience. I never have issues sending packages and I always receive really good customer service when picking up. The location always calls me when there's a package waiting for me. I never felt the need to write a review but this holiday season, I've been picking up lots and lots of packages and I'm just happy with the service because I've had very bad encounters with other "Customer Service" workers in other establishments. I do not recommend customer service from Nicole. When you stand in line for customer service, she ignores you for awhile, while she works on some other copying project... there was two people in line, but didn't want to assist anyone. When she finally decide to give any assistance she was unpleasant to me. This makes me think she should not be in a customer service job. I had to stand in line because I needed to use their self-service printing with using a special paper not the usual white letter-sized copy paper since I needed it for a special purpose. She walked over with me to the machine I was working with and verbally told me the instructions on what buttons to press and to select the bypass for using my jump drive and walked away quickly. She didn't bother waiting til those selections showed up before walking away. *Even the guy in front of me in line tried getting her attention for assistance and tried asking another employee who was helping someone else because she looked like she didn't want any interruption from her other copying project/assignment/task that wasn't for anyone who was standing in line.**Anyway, I was supposed to get a refund because of the machine I was working on also did not print my selection and the machine charged my fedex card. In the end, I just got my stuff done and left. I certainly didn't want to deal with her again, even though I was owed a refund and she said so herself earlier when I asked about the red blinking error light.

The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center offers pretty fast & friendly service with ample validated parking directly in front of the store.  If you have a large print job, you can just bring it in on a flash drive and plug it into the self-service machines and print it out yourself and pay by credit card.Personally, I hardly ever print things because now you can show coupons & vouchers on your smart phone to restaurants and other establishments. I print so little that my ink cartridge dried up well ahead of its print capacity. If needed, you can even email your document to usa2802@fedex.com

Where does one mommy go to print this massive baby birthday bash?! Well FedEx of course! This is the only place I know that prints invitations, pictures, favor tags and such. So one day my boyfriend, 11month old and I came here and needed to print out some party favor tags and party hats. So I asked one of the workers, Dillon if we could use our own cardstock paper and the prices and such. Dillon was such a lifesaver! Instead of me paying to use one of their computers he suggested that I just email him the documents and he would print it out from his computer. So I did was he told me too. The only down size is that the internet connection is slow so it took him a while to receive my email. But once he got it he took it from there and that was that. I printed about 70 pages of colored cardstock paper and he gave a really good price for it and could not have been happier. I will definitely go back and see him to help me with all my other printing needs.It is quite tricky to get into the place If you are coming from ewa side because the incoming traffic is always bad unless you are really aggressive and force your car in the parking area. Parking is not free so its best that you know what you're doing and they also have that send from home option where you send your files from online and can print there. I do know they do validate but I have no idea how much the parking is with validation, yeah I wasn't really paying attention to that.

Fedex is by far the worst shipping company I have EVER dealt with. I run a small business and can never give customers a good fast timetable because fedex NEVER SHIPS IN a timely fashion. The driver is not courteous, the packages are often damaged, & it's got in my last nerve. A 5 year old could do better. Hate to bash a mid south company, but this is out of hand & BS!

Please I beg you in the name of God DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! PLEASE!!!. I sent a package to Nigeria, after getting what I understood to be a quote for a discounted quote. Well guess what? My package was 2 inches larger than the measured amount, and I was charged an additional $118 dollars for it. Even though I was very specific and used a tape measure to measure the dimensions (I even added an extra inch to all my dimensions just because I wanted to avoid under quoting). To make matters worse, despite the fact that I used international priority it took 2 and a half weeks for my package to get delivered, even though they guaranteed a delivery within 4 days. Just coz things were not bad enough, I ended up getting charged $1000 in duty fees for the package. In total I spent $3000 shipping a 65lb package that was worth $2000. To think i turned down an opportunity to ship the same package earlier for in the week $650 from an air cargo company. There are too many frustrations to write about this company. From the poor, poor, utterly poor communication, to the nonchalant attitude of the employees I can't even deal with this. Thankfully I afford the painful costs. I just want to save someone else from getting into the same situation! AVOID THEM!! whew!!

I have had to use FedEx 4 times in recent years. Out of those 4 times, I only recieved my package once. Out of the other 3 times, once the item was "put on the wrong truck" and it took them 3 days to track it down, delaying my arrival of the items I ordered, and the other 2 times, I NEVER recieved the package at all and had to make several phone calls and wait "10 business days" to recieve a refund on the products that FedEx never delivered to me. Although their tracking numbers said it "was delivered". It was not and it took weeks to get my money back. All they gave me were excuses and tried to put the blame onto something else. I will never order anything that uses FedEx as their delivery. USPS has never "lost" one of my packages.

Payed for priority shipping which is $60 Canadian for an important 1-3 day delivery for a birthday present. I ordered the package last Monday, it shipped and arrived at the nearest fedex an hour away a day later. It has been a nightmare with numerous calls to there support, to get that package to be delivered to me, them being nice but inevitably not helpful at all. It was supposed to be delivered today but the driver forgot to load it in his truck. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. Avoid fedex, I've ordered Totten about six packages shipped now through fedex and they all arrive late or last minute.

This review is in reference to the team's amazing service rather than a delivery or pick-up. I accidentally left my phone on the counter right before closing on Saturday. Monday morning, totally frazzled, I went in to see if maybe *maybe* someone had spotted it. The guys who'd helped me were off, so no one knew if they'd found it, but searched the office just the same and promised to call the instant the Sat. team was back in to let me know. We got a call at 6:30am this morning letting us know they had the phone and I could come pick it up at my convenience. The woman behind the counter was so helpful and kind about something that was in no way her job, following through to the end, and I really, really appreciate it. Thank you!!

Fedex should not deliver packages before 5:00 (the time that most people are at work) and then only give a 15 minute window to pick up a package. Not only that, but for some reason my package is not eligible to be sent to a Fedex location of my choice to pick up. This does not make sense as my package is at a distribution center, and it should be able to go to any Fedex location from there. I feel as though I am doing half the work to get the package delivered to me, that is not right as my sender has spent money on shipping to receive very little value.

Terrible service! We got burned for 1000 dollars of VAT tax because their international driver never bothered to show up. Proper forms weren't filed. They generated some at customs that made a repair look like a new unit being exported to England. Avoid the fuss, $$$$ and FedEx! Shipping even ground shipments isn't a great idea. They like to let stuff rattle around on their trucks instead of delivering it "early". Ups will deliver what they have on-board. Avoid, avoid avoid....

I have been waiting all day for a package I purchased from Amazon. The ETA date was today Sept. 3. At 7:35 PM I decided to check on my package and tracked it. The tracking page indicated that my package had been delivered at 7:11 PM!!! Imagine my shock!!! There was no delivery!!! I can clearly see the street and hear the Fed Ex truck from my couch. I did not miss any delivery because there was none!!! How can the driver indicate and fabricate a delivery when there was NONE! How can you get away with this? The people on the phone were not helpful at all and were quick to dismiss me with ": I'll call you in 2 days IF i hear anything!" I am speechless!! What kind of business fabricates these things? The people i called were in India or Pakistan and they told me they promise someone would call me that day. (I called about 5 minutes after they posted that it was not to be delivered that day)

I can't even give this company 1 star - had something overnighted to me - the first day it was supposed to be delivered the plane couldn't leave Memphis, okay this I understand the next day - swore it would be delivered - WAS on the freaking truck to be delivered and the LAZY driver took it back to the facility instead of delivering it, I do live out in the country a little - so I called again was SWORN to that it would be delivered on the next day - Saturday - called early - NOPE it didn't get on the truck, but I could feel free to drive 60 miles one way to pick it up myself - needless to say I am SUPER NOT HAPPY with FedEx!!!!

This FedEx is by far the worst in the entire state of OKLAHOMA! I live in a gated neighborhood and have given them the code. But every single time a package comes from this facility they say "the business is closed" 1. If they don't have the code its not hard to look at the name on the package and then press that name on the box. 2 They have been given the code multiple times from multiple people in the neighborhood. STOP BEING LAZY.

Horrible horrible horrible!! I would give zero stars if possible.. I will NEVER use FedEx again! They have been bs'ing me around all week long. I've called multiple times (called a total of 11 times) and requested a two hour call back (3 times), never heard back. I needed a package that was supposed to be delivered Thursday. Today, Saturday, it's still not to me. Now they are stating I won't be able to pick up until Monday. Not only did I need my package today, I am out hundreds of dollars because of a class I signed up for. I needed my package and I made that very clear to them Thursday, Friday and today. It was delayed first, because a bird hit a plane. Ok? That was Thursday. Friday, it still hadn't arrived. No reason. I called and made it very clear that I would drive 45 minutes and pick it up MYSELF this morning since, again, I NEEDED it for my class at 2pm. I finally got ahold of someone and they tell me that there aren't enough people working today, my package is there, but they won't have time to get it off the pallet and sort through them. WHAT?! So if I would've let them deliver themselves, I would've received my package today. I was so aggravated, I was crying. I've never had to deal with such ignorance. They acted like they didn't care, at all. It'd be different if I hadn't been waiting and calling for four days prior. I will go pick up my package Monday, and after that, I'm done with FedEx. I'm not surprised to see so many negative reviews.

I decided to use FedEx Office to print a marketing presentation for a client because the turnaround was quicker than local company I normally use. This was a big mistake. Two days later and I still don't have the documents. It seams that they cannot count pages (literally they cant count 17 pages). I am still waiting to hear back from the manager. I went to this store to ship an X-box back to the manufacturer for repair. Microsoft said they would pay to ship it. Fedex made me purchase a 25 dollar box to send it in! I used to work at Fedex and know there are cheaper boxes than the laptop box. They advised me to buy a 20x20x12 box and bubble wrap and *PEANUTS* ack! which would have costed more. They refused to show me their pricing on having them package it in ANY other box than the laptop box. To top it off Misty banged my bare x-box around while putting it in the plastic wraping. I heard it bang a good 3 or 4 times. And she did not make sure ALL SIDES WERE TAPED. I had to finish the exterior taping job myself. When I asked questions I was getting comments from a tall skinny guy like "WELL things have changed since you worked here, maybe you should get a job here and we will teach you how it is done". (Why would a take a job with an 8 dollar/hour pay cut?) I did not need any condescending crap from a cocky kid. The box they used had tape all over it as if it had been used in the past as well. I will be calling the manager or district manager about this as well. I just wanted to warn the rest of you trying to return an X-box to microsoft. Buy a box and bubble wrap at walmart... 4 to 6 inches should be good tape all sides, and don't pay a dime to these condescending degenerates.

I received a box of $200 worth of candy for our daughter's wedding. The delivery guy rang the doorbell and I watched him get in his truck as I stood at the door. There were packing peanuts all across my lawn and as I lifted the box, 3 pounds of peanuts fell out of the box and the bottom fell out. I called Fed EX Norman, OK and got a royal runaround of it not being their fault, as she waited simultaneously on someone else in the store. Avoid this place.

worst customer service I have ever experienced, but as slow as humanly possible. Not only did the misprint my baby shower invitations, they charged me an extra $16 to fix them. Then today, after waiting 30 minutes to be helped, they told me that because I use a Mac, they could not print my item due to the file being damaged. I am a state employee, and this place is not state wide friendly. The customer service was horrible, from the central manager. Staff can be a little hard to flag down, but machine signage getting more user-friendly if you have to wing it. If a document is accessible on your phone, there's a way to print a hard copy. Scan/take photo of important docs and store in the cloud on Evernote or Google Drive, etc. They're preserved and accessible anywhere.

I wish I could write a good review, however, each time I have had to visit this office. The customer service is terrible. They are unfriendly and if you ask a simple question they are rude and act like you are disturbing them. The laminating fees are extremely high too! Unfortunately, if you need laminating performed on Sundays, Mardels is closed and Lakeshore is in the city and open until 5:00PM. The charge 25 to 50 cents per foot. Fed Ex charges 5.99 (6.00) for 8x11. Note: I would visit this location more often if they were kind and their prices were resonable. Otherwise, I only visit when I am desperate and have not other choice.

I have a package being delivered sometime today; "Fri 2/26/2016 by end of day", is what the tracker reads. There will be no one at home between 7 A.M. and 6 P.M. The package requires a signature so I asked for the package to be held at the FedEx location. My assumption was that the package would arrive in Oklahoma City and instead of being put on a truck for local delivery, it would be held at the main Oklahoma City FedEx receiving station a couple of miles from where I work. I figured I could run down there and get my package so that they wouldn't show up at my house and find that no one is there to sign for it. That turns out to not be the case.This morning when I used the Tracking software, I see this: 8:43 am On FedEx vehicle for delivery OKLAHOMA CITY, OK I was a little confused. If it is being held for pick up, why is it on a vehicle for delivery? As I have now discovered, searching for FedEx using Google doesn't give you the location of the main location. Instead, it finds a local store geographically close to the person doing the searching. This is where the package will be held. I wasn't too concerned. I figured this would be one of the first stops the vehicle would make. Not true! It's after 3 P.M. and still no notice that my package is ready to be picked up. For this location, the End of the Day is 11 P.M. I hope they contact me before then.

Wow... What a waste of time! Spent a month going back and forth trying to get 2 different business cards. They didn't even come out to the quality expected. First, the cards did not come in in time, then the Outsourced company did not make them right, then they only made one card instead of both, then because I didn't pick up the messed up cards "in time" they recycled them. So many things wrong with this process. The only good thing was Jamie, the sweet FedEx worker. Was not her fault and she did her best to make it a better situation. According to Geico insurance, the employees, possibly the assistant manager himself, gave out my name and number to a lady who had been backed into by a white truck. I don't have a truck and I wasn't even there the day the accident happened! I got a call from her insurance saying there was a claim against me for a hit and run and I had to take time off work to get to the bottom of this. Whoever gave out my information should at least be terminated.

The customer service here is a joke! The employee Nemo is a joke, Patrick is a joke, the only good employee is Sarah. I hate this place but I have to use it often because I live in the area and I look at name tags when getting helped and/or getting ignored by employees (etc. Nemo). Or when employees try to stall on your order (etc. Patrick). One day I remember after getting my items printed the employees engaged with personal conversations as if I was not standing there. I'm not sure what is happening with this location. We have used it for years and had pretty consistent service and pricing until recently. The last two times I have been here we were quoted prices twice what our usual order would cost. Today when I questioned why the price was so high they proceed to tell me that what I know I have ordered in the past and what I have actually ordered in the past (according to their computer) are different. Our orders are fairly consistent: 14 to 20 sheets, printed on card stock, cut to size and laminated. We have had these orders almost twice monthly for years. Today they told me that what I know I have ordered with them in the past simply was not true as they had no record of it in their computer. I was told that previous employees were not charging me for services I claimed Fedex Kinko's had done and been doing for our company for years. I finally gave in and paid TWICE what I paid every other time because I needed the order for a presentation that was due today. Once back at the office I retrieved my receipts to see if what I was told about receiving free services was true. I'll give you one single, solitary guess as to what those receipts reflect. Those receipts show consistent orders, for at least the last 6 months, of 14 to 20 sheets of printed card stock, cut to size and laminated all with very similar pricing that is about half of what I paid today. I don't appreciate being lied to or given the run around. If you had to raise your rates for one reason or another just say that. Don't look me in the face and tell me that these orders never happened. I made the order, I picked them up and I paid for them. If I could upload the receipts to this review I would. Needless to say I am done with this location. I will never use their services again. My advice to anyone reading this is get a second quote from somewhere else. I could have had the entire presentation printed and bound by another print shop for the same price as I paid for 20 covers.

I walked into the store with four, 4!, employees doing nothing. when I walked in ONE of them rolled their eyes, like "ohhh. A customer again" The 1 guy, who tried to i guess you could call it help, was so incompetent or trained so poorly he or the other 4!!! employees couldn't print me out a prepaid label. Printing a Prepaid label is not rocket science. On top of that they actually said it was my fault it didn't work. WOW! I was treated so poorly that I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. And the people that were working there sure didn't appreciate their JOBS which I'm sure thousands of other people would love to have a job like that and be proud to have it! I am soo fed up with no one wanting to do their jobs anymore as we shift over int this computerized, digitalized,( ROBOTIC) age. Seriously, the sad part is a Robot would have helped and been more friendly and probably been able to print a label out. These guys just wanted to play with their stupid smart phones and the hell with the customer, because wee all know how hard it is to print something. Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated. The staff here is completely incompetent. All I wanted was to ship some documents to Korea, but they had me waiting for two hours! The lady in front of me was trying to ship a package and for some reason they couldn't figure it out. So I waited in line behind her for at least half an hour, while plenty of other staff members looked like they needed something to do. When it was my turn there the staff member would punch my info into the computer and wait for a few minutes before proceeding. When I asked what was the reason we were waiting, I got attitude and was told that their computer is having issues...

I sent a package that was time sensitive and due by 10:30am. Sending it on a Tuesday it was to be delivered by 10:30am on Thursday. Not only did the package NOT get delivered on Thursday but I received one excuse after another. Each time I called FedEx I was told that the package was delayed in Memphis due to weather. Okay, I could accept that EXCEPT the package was already in Lancaster on Wednesday with a status of "Not due for Delivery." No problem, right? Well, since it's already in Lancaster and only about 15 minutes from the destination to be delivered it should have still been delivered by 10:30 on Thursday, right? In a perfect world, sure but, that sadly does not exist at this location. I called FedEx several times. On one of the calls they attempted to tell me that they had attempted delivery (5:46pm) but, that was a lie! How do I know? Because the person it was being delivered to was home all day and I was in communication with them. The driver didn't knock, didn't ring the bell and didn't leave a slip! Sad, but it gets worse! So someone finally calls me back and I tell them to call my GF (the recipient) of the package and they do. They tell her it's the Lancaster FedEx and don't give her the address. They tell her bring your ID and be here before we close. She goes to the location (thank you Google) and the CSR's are rude to her. They belittled her and were dismissive all in the name of "Multitasking." If Multitasking is how you spell RUDE then she fit the bill. My GF was asked for a door number (which she did not have) and when she attempted to show her ID and give her the tracking number the woman gave her a look and refused to touch the ID or even look at it like my GF was a leper or something. The staff were rude and in a Customer Service position that is unacceptable. I for one will not ever send anything FedEx if I know it will be delivered from this location.

my only experience with this hub is the drivers, truck number 314271 on march 28 app 2:10 pm this gtruck was doing an extreme high rate of speed down my residential street. so much over speed limit he almost bounced the van off the road at a hump in our street and into the ditch . then got out to talk to another driver wich truck number i didnt get and yell and act crazy in the middle of the street for at least 10 minutes until they both drove off like it was a race down the street.

I came in to mail a package and also to get a self return address. They employee did not even say hi. He allowed me to enter all information into the computer by my self and later did not even know his job to print a self return address. He asked me to wait and he will look for someone to help. Terrible. The assistant did not mention the fact that the normal printing is down and referred me to the rental work station. Not only I was charged .30 per minute, but a black and white copy costs .50. Total rip-off. UPDATE: Originally I rated as 1 star. A couple of days later I talked to the store manager. She is really nice and apologetic. She promised to better train staff and also refunded my money. I was quite impressed. Now I am giving it 3 stars. Still lots of room to improve, but I felt the manager made things right for me, so it does not deserve 1 star that I originally gave.

I've shipped here several times and considered stopping because of the various issues but due to this most previous experience I am not holding back. Poor customer service. Long lines. They typically only have one person doing the shipping for customers so the line gets really long very quickly. They wanted to charge me to use one of their boxes because the corrugated and thick box I had my items packed in was "not acceptable" even though it is thicker than the box they were trying to make me purchase from them. So I simply walked out. Good thing USPS is right down the street.

I had a super fast, efficient experience today! Anders helped me and he was totally awesome!! Great experience. I was here for less than 10 minutes, and I saw him get griped out twice. My only advice is to the customers who come here: Calm down and BE NICE! What's wrong with you?!? You can clearly see there are 30 customers and 5 guys working, and they are killing themselves to take care of all of you. Do the math, you can see there is going to be a wait. I think working here must be miserable, and my heart goes out to these guys! I wish that customers would take a moment to put themselves in the shoes that are on the other side of the counter.

I visited this store today which is Friday. I needed to ship a package that was 13 pounds, not including the box, with the contents having the dimensions of 30"Lx20"Hx13"W. Multiple employees including the manager Edward, could not figure out what box to use for shipping and eventually settled on a wardrobe box that they severely cut down to fit the contents. I needed the package to arrive the following Wednesday in Milwaukee and was told the charge would be $538.00. When I balked at the charges, the manager came back over and told me the original employee was incorrect and that the charge would be $433.00 to ship. This whole process took almost an hour. I knew the amount was incorrect so I took the contents back and headed down the street to the UPS store. They were able to pack and ship everything for $67.00. I would save your time and money and go a little further down the street to the UPS store.

I've been in the specific location over 5 times to pickup packages. My brother is disabled and he orders items on the internet, and evertime I go to pickup a package they never hassle me about a different first name, never once have they asked why he couldn't come pick it up himself, so I respect them for that. The drivers originating from this location are good people too. I had 6 packages being delivered while I was at work and my brother out of town, so I planned ahead and got door tags and signed them, he took every last one of them and left me my packages on the door despite being in an apartment complex. These guys at this location haven't let me down yet, and if HR or staff is reading this, your doing a great job.

Horrible service. I had a $300 package being delivered today, and around 1:35PM I receive a notification stating that "no one was home?" How can I not be home if I work from home? So I tried calling and of course they tell me the same thing, and that I can have them send in a request to see if the driver could turn around if they had time to do so, or if not, I'd have to go and pick it up between 6pm-8:30pm. Like why do I have to pick up my item, when it was them that screwed up. Unless the driver was being a lazy ass, and said, I wasn't home... Cause there wasn't even a door tag. No nothing. Just an email notification. I work in my living room so I'm more than sure I would have heard the door bell or someone knocking. Terrible service but sucks because I couldn't choose who I wanted to deliver my package.. Cause UPS, is my first option 24:7. FedEx sucks!

On 9/15/2015, Shortly after arriving to deliver my package, the female driver stated she could not leave my package with my neighbors the day before when she came to deliver it because they refused to keep it. She began to question me why and admonished me for not getting along with them. This FedEx employee is paid to deliver packages to customers. In the past, I've enjoyed my experiences at FedEx as I often found it to be a great place to take a nap. I chalked it up to exhaustion but now that I've been hanging out in line with a couple other disgruntled customers, I'm realizing that 1) I'm not even tired usually and 2) the wait at every FedEx I've been to has been extraordinarily and painfully long. Fortunately, interacting with employees here is more or less pleasant and makes my 1.5 hour wait for shipping a little more bearable. I'm not sure that my boss will understand though, so I'll probably stick with UPS going forward.

Had a free label in email for return, they asked me to email the label link, guess the scanner didn't work. While I did that guy took the box told him about the marker and tape in box, he took them out and wrapped it up. Before I leave he charges me 4$ .... For what I ask, he said packaging the box,... I love this FedEx center! Kathy is my go-to when I visit! I'm so happy KEN doesn't work at this FedEx anymore. He is so rude! Everyone avoid the Southlake town square FedEx. I think they put him there because he is super lazy. He helped everyone BUT me when I was there and I was shopping 15 boxes OVERNIGHT FIRST DELIVERY which you would think he would be happy because we were spending so much. I sent an order in to this location and on the subject line even included the words "can you rush". I had to call early the next morning (7:40 am) because I had not heard anything about my order. Went with 2 packages to ship but only ended up sending one when I found out the price of a large item I wanted ship. After I told him I just wanted the one sent I paid and left and walked out, but I noticed he stapled my receipt to the shipping label is cancelled. I went back in and pointed it out, he went in the back said he had accidentally switched them but had fixed it..... or so I believed. I just found out Laurence has been up-selling me on boxes i have not needed. My guess is that it is either because it is easy to take advantage of a new customer to Fed-ex that does not understand proper shipping requirements or because he is ignorant of shipping details and/or does not care to do his job efficiently. If I could leave a 0 I would. I work at a Cancer Center and set up a medication delivery for Saturday. The FedEx person never attempted to actually delivery patient's cancer medication. Instead of calling provided phone numbers he/she stated business closed and drove off. I have been waiting 3 hours and I think a patient's cancer medication is pretty important. When I called FedEx back multiple times to arrange for driver to come back do you think they were helpful?? Well lets just say I'm still sitting here waiting for the boozo to return. Do not ever use this place. They are complete idiots. At least the delivery drivers are. The counter staff is polite. But the drivers on numerous occasions have not delivered my packages, and when I check the status it said that I was not home or refused the package. In all instances I was sitting at home specifically waiting for these packages and why the hell would I refuse a package of my own anyways. Also there was no door tag so it obviously was not even attempted. I assume the driver is either completely overweight and too fat perform all of his work or has a drug problem requiring him to end ha day early. The drivers for this route are horrible and should be fired immediately. They need to get a job cleaning toilets where they don't have to provide customer service.

The amazing lady, 'Pre', who works there also catches my errors and calls me if what I ordered is 'out of the norm' so that she can make sure that's how I wanted it. Dear fed ex please find new employees whom are right for this job, who have great customer service and are friendly, your employee "PRE" (is what she called herself) is the Worst employee ever, she's very rude she gave the worst customer care to my mother whom was just trying to help me out by going to pick up my package since I've just had a baby and can't leave my home! She gave my mom so much trouble she told her, I had to come myself and get it that she wasn't able to and gave my mother attitude the whole time, as soon as I sent my mom the tracking #, she was trying to show it to "pre" and "pre" put her hand in front of her phone as replied with "wait" ..... Wait?? Is this the way to speak to any customers??? I even had to call myself to inform her that she was there for me and pre gave me attitude over the phone and hanged up on me and I was not even done talking!! I paid for this shipment it was not free! I'm a paying customer. I deserve respect especially my mother, she deserves way better care than what we both experienced today! My mother called me very upset to let me know your employee "pre" was so rude to her! Pre I'm not sure what your deal was but please take a moment to rethink your life over and if this is the right job for you! I will definitely be calling Monday morning and to speak with the manager Adriana Rodrigez, and I do hope actions takes place, my mom is a very sweet lady and it's rare to ever receive a disturbing phone call from her being upset!! The Staffs here are racist. They try everything to give me hard time and not allow me to drop the package. Once, i spring wrap package to make is secure, they reject say they not allow spring wrap package, what kind of policy is that? Next, they reject me again because they not allow small package for ground, because it is easy to be damage. What is that? Then luckily the drive pass by, so i just hand the package to him, quickly the staff came out of office and told driver: do not scan the package. What kind of attitude is that?

I work for a company that helps raise money for non-profits. We spent close to $400 to have this place print and bind 13 copies of a 41 page client presentation. They skipped 13 pages. When we pointed it out to them originally they said, oh well take care of you and reprint the books that night. Then they called back and said, sorry, not only we will not be able to reprint the books, but we are going to have to charge you for any additional work. So they charged us an additional $95 to print the missing pages and then we had to unbind all 13 books and put them back together with the missing pages (and they had gotten some of the pages out of order). It is one thing to make a mistake, but for management to not take any responsibility (the employee was willing) shows how this store is run. They don't really care about their customers...I will never return here again.

I ordered a tool for my job and paid extra money to have a guaranteed delivery in 2 days. I missed the first attempt so they were supposed to make a second the following day. When there was no attempt made I called customer service which directed me to go to this shipping facility. When I requested my package at the shipping facility they told me no one had scanned it in after the first attempt and they could not find it. They knew who the delivery driver was who was supposed to deliver it but would not attempt to contact him to attempt to see if it was on his truck nor would they look for it at the shipping center. They then directed me to call customer service again and said they would be able to track it down. I called customer service and they again told me it was at the facility. When I explained to them that I was at the facility and they did not have it they told me they would look for it and I might get it Saturday but if they couldn't find it still maybe Monday, 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered. It is now Saturday and I have been told the same thing repeatedly that its at the shipping center and that they would contact me when they found it. I was also told I could just go ahead and file a claim for a lost package. By not having this package delivered or available for pick up I have missed multiple days of work because the package is a tool I need for work. So not only have I been robbed of the extra money I paid to have the package delivered early I am losing wages as a result as well. I never use fedex because this is a common problem with them unfortunately USPS uses fedex for expedited shipping. There were multiple other individuals at the facility at the same time I was dealing with the same issue. This is the worste managed facility I have ever had to deal with. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING ANY FEDEX SERVICES AND STICKING WITH UPS SHIPPING SERVICES.

These guys are great! I came in at 7:30pm with some poster prints I needed for the following morning. Randi and Sam did a fantastic job and ensured that I was happy with my prints. They even re-ran them on glossy after printing on matte (which was what I had originally requested) so that the images looked their best. Thank you and I will definitely be back!

I use this all the time for Fax and sometimes copy because I live close by. But don't expect quick personal service. There will usually be three to five people waiting for service, only one person at the front and two or three people working on projects. Sure they are friendly. But if you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go. Worst of all, if you want to reach them on the phone, the extension number to use is NINE (9), not zero as it is with every other system in the United States of America. It cost me three phone calls on my cell phone before I finally could get through the menus to a live person. First, you have to listen to the introductory message out of which you can not click. Then it goes through a long series of menu selections as if you are sending packages or receiving packages. And this is KINKOS!!! It is a COPY place! Finally, the last menu option (after you have been waiting for almost 60 seconds) is to click NINE (not zero) to speak with a human being...if they have time to answer the phone. Damn, I had time to drive over there by the time I was able to reach a human being!!! What's the deal, Kinkos? Can't you just use ZERO, the same shortcut on every phone system in the USA?? Now I know why I always ship UPS!!!

Always receive great service from the FedEx Bridgeport, WV location and their drivers. The cutoff time for the last pickup at the FedEx location is 6PM M-F. I needed to drop off an important package and failed to make it there by the cutoff time due to an accident. I arrived at 6:20 PM and a driver saw me and walked to where I was standing and offered to turn my package in. That is great service that normally you wouldn't get. To top it off, I paid for 2 day service and the package was delivered the very next day. So for all of the negative, nasty comments I have seen on here, I have a sneaking suspicion these are people that can't be pleased no matter what someone does for them. People that don't serve the public have no idea how to treat service personnel or professionals that serve them. Many of them are exceptionally rude and unreasonably demanding. I've been working with the local FedEx with personal shipments and business shipments for many years and I've never been disappointed. One of the FedEx Express drivers--named Tom always goes above and beyond. Once he delivered a box to my house that clearly showed on the outside what the contents were. Since my daughter was only 4 years old, he took the box to the other side of my porch and hid it behind my swing so that she wouldn't see it when we came home. Now that is a real good man and he is an asset to FedEx.

Terrible experience. I got there as a Fed Ex delivery driver was picking everything up. I asked him if he'd take the packages since they already had prepaid labels and we're ready to go, he asked me to take them inside so they could scan it and then he'd take it. I went in and was given a hard time by the worker at the counter. He tried to tell me the box I was using couldn't be accepted, even though it was the box the company originally used to send me a product (shipped Fed Ex of course). The other item was an irregular shaped snowboard box. He also gave me a hard time about that, even though when I filled out the information for the pre-paid label I indicated it was an irregular shaped box and put the box dimensions in, never was I prompted that this box couldn't be shipped. After going back and forth, he ended up accepting both packages. After all that....the boxes didn't go out with the driver who was there picking packages up. They sat in the store until the next night. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Avoid it and use USPS or UPS

have to agree with other reviewers. the staff here obviously have no respect for customers and don't know jack about how to pack items for shipping. they also don't have basic shipping supplies like tape for sale. there is a ups store close by (sadly closes early on sat afternoons or we would have used it), staples (not much better than this place, but if you're patient they may be able to accept a package for shipment by ups - have had about 50% success in actually shipping something from there), office max/depot, etc. just say no to this fedex - maybe if enough people do it will close and not subject other unsuspecting shippers to their incompetence and arrogance.

UNBELIEVABLY rude and sarcastic staff member! Apparently, helping me was a huge bother for him, even though there was no one else in the shop. He took it upon himself to sarcastically criticize the business cards I had printed (for a client - I am a graphic designer), saying: "Next time tell this girl she needs to come in here and get some REAL business cards made." He also did a piss poor job of printing and cutting the cards. A good third had to be discarded because the cuts were so skewed. I will NEVER set foot in that place again.

Rude staff! Wanted to ship something prepaid and he was still trying to charge me $10 to pack it! It was a snowboard helmet which was already in a box! Never experienced such thing with UPS or USPS! Stay away! There is a UPS 3-4 blocks down south! Especially if the ponytail guy with glasses is there do not even talk to him just walk away! Every time I used the Kinkos in CMU campus, I experienced their poor & slow customer service. Employees at this store always seem unhappy and distracted. I guess they must be tired to deal with lots of students, but it doesn't mean that they can be rude to customers. If I need to use Kinkos, I usually try to go to the one in Oakland. They are more reliable, friendly and FASTER, no matter how many customers are in line. Also,they put more cares on printings.

Terrible customer service--and not the first time. I think i have had only one person working at the Monroeville Location ever be kind or helpful to me (he doesn't work there anymore). The workers are unfriendly, jaded, and most of all--unhelpful. When you ask a question, you get a huff or smart remark. I was just in here the last time and told the girl twice that i had a fragile package and still, she kept whipping it around. If you're sending packages, go somewhere else. Or maybe this staff should be fired. Clean slates are always helpful.

Went in to mail a return which had a prepaid shipping label. I was told that they could not ship it because of how it was packed. Funny thing is, FexEx shipped the item to me in the first place, and I was mailing it back in the original packaging (exactly like FedEx shipped it to me the first time). After I politely pointed this out, they became very rude and argumentative. I was told that to ship my return, I would have to buy their box and packaging. So in short they were rude, made no attempt to help, and tried to get an additional sale. In addition, they took several minutes to come to the counter, even though no one else was in the store. Save yourself a lot of headache and go to the UPS store. It's right down the road.

I used to use fedex a lot at my previous location. Now I have had to avoid them at all cost because the Morgantown drivers cannot find my house. I am the only house on the street. My mailbox is white and has numbers right on it indicating my address...and its a thru street so that you have to pass my house to exit. I can't believe how incompetent their drivers are.

If it was possible to give this location less than one star, I would have. We've had nothing but bad experiences with this location. Typically FedEx is awesome, but not in Morgantown. The younger delivery man is in a huge rush each time he comes in and in result, packages are either not delivered or go missing. We wish that he would scan them in the office instead of in the truck so we know what we are responsible for. Please use UPS for further deliveries.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. FedEx labeled a package as refused by customer and they were going to return it to sender. BUT they never even showed up with the package!! I had a package shipped from Michigan to a store in PA(FFL). It was to be 2 day. They keep saying can't deliver, store closed and it is a lie. The store is open from 7am to 9pm every day. They just don't want to deliver fhere for the Morgantown Fedex. Lazy and stupid. I even call the owner of the store and he says they always have trouble with Fedex. I have not seen one positive review on this Fedex location. They attempted to drop off our package at a business on Saturday when it was closed, which is okay. But the next time he tried to drop it off he came earlier than business hours, (20 minutes before) and he knew what our business hours were. We needed the package that day and there is no way to get it because there is no way to contact the local office, and (according to the 800 number) refuse to stop later the same day when the driver goes by 5 times a day.

My fiance was suppose to receive a package early in January. The tracking showed that it had been delivered but he never received it. The address was also correct. There was never a knock on the door nor was the doorbell rung to notify the delivery. He also called FedEx twice about the situation and they told him they would call him back on the matter. He never got a call back after 2 weeks. Finally, he called a third time and the lady from FedEx said he needed to do a claim. It's about a month now and nothing has happened. My fiance's brother also experienced a similar situation where he did not receive his package from this specific FedEx.

Two things you should know about FedEx in Rhinelander: 1) They don't mind if they deliver your package a couple days late, or even notify you that's going to be late. 2) If you're ever tracking a package and notice that your package is in fact at the local facility in Rhinelander, but it's a day or so before the 'estimated delivery date,' they'll never deliver early, even if it's a day early. If you call them and ask them if you can go pick up your package since it's just SITTING THERE and has been for a day or a couple days, they'll inform you that you are not allowed to go pick up YOUR package. If you want to pick up your package, you have to wait for the day it's supposed to be delivered. 3) If a FedEx agent informs you that someone from the FedEx center in Rhinelander will call you back with the assistance you need for a drop off, delivery, etc, they will never call you back.

FedEx Kinko's is highly overpriced for the service it renders, and I have had very poor customer service experiences the two or three times I've gone into the Stillwater branch. I've waited for long periods on employees who appeared disgruntled that I was needing assistance; this was often when there was only one or two other customers in the entire store. If you're shipping in Stillwater, try using Cheetah Copy a block south. They ship with the US Postal Service, and always seem happy to help. Plus, supporting smaller businesses is a great practice!

I just spoke with an employee on the phone to get some pricing information (you'd think you could find it on their website). Answers I was given were rushed, and the employee apparently was not interested in helping me. The thing that blows my mind is that they will print one file off of a USB drive for no additional cost, but the second on costs $2.49, with each after that costing $1!! That is ridiculous if you ask me. This can be avoided though by doing it at the print it yourself kiosk.

The guy who helped me seemed very uninterested in helping me, he was very short with me and didn't seem to care. There were 2 other men in there who greeted me when I walked in but never asked if I needed any help or if they could help me, they stood talking most of the time I was in there. WORST AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I told the clerk I was picking up a package which as an iPhone 6 Plus, and told me that somebody had already picked it up the day before by some "E. Jone" !! How can this be POSSIBLE! I requested to speak to their manager, she then told me she was at their warehouse and was unable to come over!! I asked the clerk how can they just give out important packages to random ppl! She didn't know what to say, and only told me that the person who gave it must've "overlooked at the address" and didn't realize it was an apt complex! First of all my name is nowhere close to E. Jone! These ppl are UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL! Told her this was absolutely unacceptable!!!! Now I have to wait for another phone to arrive while this guy is enjoying my brand new phone or the money if he sold it because an incompetent clerk was unable to do his job RIGHT! EXTREMELY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never had any issues with this location. They have always been very friendly and polite. Being open till 9 during the week is a huge plus because I am never home during the day to accept a package. Every time I've missed a delivery I've been able to pick up my stuff the same evening.

My family has a small business and we have suppliers ship us things all of the time and they use UPS and FedEx and UPS is the best one hands down. We also have bought things from people and have had the choice between UPS and FedEx and even if UPS is more expensive it is well worth the extra cost.

They put on the piece of paper they left at my mailbox that this was they're 2nd attempt and it couldn't have been cuz they didn't leave a paper yesterday saying it was they're first attempt so they are lying pos I hope I never have to deal with them again!

They have had my package overa week and still haven't attempted to deliver it! ..They don't even have the option to puck up your items from them like UPS. I called to see if they could locate the driver who's truck it was on for 3 days to see why it hadn't been delivered and they said they couldn't get in touch with anyone at the main base after 5pm. But there business hours are listed as if they are open until 6!..I ordered phone case that shipped on the 28th of December and here it is the 3rd of January!...That's what I call very poor service. You shouldn't give people the option of tracking their packages if you're not going to deliver them when your system says they we be delivered.

James at FedEx on Mayfair road is the man. I had two very important jobs I needed done in preparation for my wedding last weekend. James worked with me on helping understand my options, and worked with me through several size changes to ensure the work came out just right. Manager "couldn't" open my blueprint link because "it's not allowed anymore." Sent me to a workstation, said come back up when you move them to the drive. I spent 30 mins downloading bluprints to a thumb drive. I did it wrong (computer dork), because they weren't on the drive and guy failed to mention computer deletes all recent activity when you remove your card. Went up to desk, Manager (middle aged male, glasses and beard) said you'll have to do it over, the computer didn't save it and it's not on the drive. He SHOULD have said "come and get me when you are done so I can be sure it's all there." Told him I had no time, he just lost my business. I left and went to UPS. Location was busy, he was stressed, but he had terrible communication skills (even though he did avoid talking down to me.) Fail.

When I needed help with printing the guy at the counter (middle-aged, glasses, beard) just directed me to the self-service station. Never asked if I needed help or told me how to print my own labels in the self-service printer. Terrible customer service- well actually NO customer service.

Every time I ship items from this location it is always a pain in the neck. The workers do not know their own policies and each time blame the customer. Example: If an item is over xx amount, they are supposed to check the box to ensure the item is of value. If you come in and the package is taped, they grumble and tell you not to tape the package cause they just have to open them and re-tape them anyways. However, if I go in there and the package is not taped, and the item is over xx amount. They tell me I need to purchase tape (cause they ran out?) and that I should have taped everything at home!?! I have many many many examples of this location acting in this manner. So if you want to ship anything and be stress free, I suggest finding another location.

Fedex Office is quite good and this one complaint is very uncharacteristic of what I feel to be an outstanding organization but I need to address the policy of only scanning documents to an USB flash drive. I didn't have a problem with the staff, my complaint is against the company policy of only scanning to USB drives and not sending the images out on email or out to a drop box - cloud platform. Scanning to a USB drive sounds easy but I really don't have a USB flash drive and when I do have one I lose it and even then I use the drive twice a year when I get scans done. A $.98 scan typically costs $25 - $30 USD and it takes well over an hour. You can try to circumvent the process by copying the images that you need and then faxing it to yourself but you need to get cash from a ATM to fill you Fedex card so you a ATM fee to start. $2.50 + $2.00 = $5.00 ish to find out the resolution of the fax makes the image unusable. So ... ATM plus copy machine plus fax machine takes 30 minutes and you fail. Typically I don't have a USB flash drive and I don't typically need one. So then I got to Walgreen's and buy one for $20.00. I make sure I keep the receipt and guess why? I take my USB device back to Fedex and get my scan and then copy the fiel to my laptop and deleted the file from the flash drive and then I go back to Walgreen's for a refund. I'm too old for that. Really, between Drop Box and the other cloud platforms, is there really no way to make scans without a USB flash drive?

Disappointed in the services today after trying to print 40 colored copies on cardstock. Everything seemed fine until I got home and found half the pages had yellow ink stains all over them. Shame on me for not checking all the pages before I left. When I returned a new clerk saw me and moved to a different printer. He said he called up the same print job, but the sizing wasn't the same and cropped off portions of the print. Lastly, as I type this I realize they still have my flashdrive behind the counter. Not my lucky day.

when i walk in the store a clerk named kevin acting like why i there to ask questions when i called on the phone a nice person told to swing by and my print would be done in a jiffy but when i was there they look a me first and told me my art was stolen or copyright deal something then i told them it was my art then they told me that the symbol was a copyright infringed i think so i ask then if they can rid of the symbol for me so i can still print it then they told me that it would take 4 hours to print and printer wasnt ready (a printing store mind u)and listing off a ton of reasons why they didnt want to work i emailed there manger he told i was in the wrong for the copyright symbol and their printers werent ready (A PRINTING STORE mind u ) Office Max did my prints in less than 5 minutes so i know where to take my business now thank u fed ex

If you are any other race other than white do not go here. You will not get service and the staff is rude. I asked a worker if she could help me and she said after she finishes with another lady she would. I waited and after I noticed she was finished with another lady the worker disappeared. How rude is that.This
