Here is my problem and I'm sure no one will do anything about it but I feel I must send this anyway. I set up a pick up yesterday at our warehouse location like I do any other day, whether the customer requests UPS or FedEx. And scheduled my pick up as I always do, then took my package to its normal pick up location, as I always do so that it could wait to be picked up. But when I arrived this morning, the package was still in the same location and had not been picked up. Now this has happened on numerous occasions and no one ever does anything about it, and well quite frankly I am sick and tired of this happening.

Paid $75.00 to ship a small box overnight to be received by 10:30 a.m. When I called, THEY COULD CARE LESS. THEY ACTUALLY OUT AND OUT LIED. They need to go out of business. The package contained medicine I needed and I waited at my daughter's apt all morning rather than being with her in the hospital where she was deathly ill. Then they lied to me about the updated time. Let's get a class action going for consumer fraud!!!

I am very frustrated with FedEx and the delivery of my order. The East St. Louis facility called me last Friday night (Oct. 30) to tell me the address on my order was incorrect and the driver couldn't find my home (in reality the address is correct). They then said the item would be delivered on Saturday, Oct. 31. It was not delivered. I then contacted Fed Ex chat on Monday, Nov. 1, giving them explicit directions to my home and was told someone would call me about the delivery in 2 hours - I did not receive any call. The delivery was then rescheduled for yesterday, and it never came. FedEx has my phone number and if the driver can't find my home, he could easily call me for directions. I've lived here approximately 30 years; UPS can find my home, as can the mail carrier. I don't want to order online from retailers using FedEx because I don't want the headache of their incompetency. I'm now waiting to see if the package will be delivered today.

I have been tracking my shipment. It said on site it is out on truck for delivery. I waited all day. Then after 5pm I called, I was told it should be here any moment. Then I check again online, it now says it's not going to be delivered till tomorrow! The 1-800 # said they would call me back after she got a hold the driver. Yet no word yet from them. If it says online it is on a truck for delivery what else does it mean?! Wow! Will not be using FedEx again. UPS is a lot better! Never had this type of problem with them. Oh by the way, express shipping is 2 days. It's not 5 days & counting.

Fedex is THE MOST annoying to deal with! If I purchase an item from a seller who deals with Fedex again, I will cancel my order and go elsewhere. These people need to obtain better communication and learn about how their company IS RUN! PITIFUL!!! The drivers half-follow instructions... simple instructions. Incompetency is a great thing in the U.S. When you follow your tracking and then call Fedex customer service number, the tracking may show and state two different information about when the package is to arrive. The driver that delivered my package about 1 month ago and which was on a Friday, tried to be slick by stating that the "customer is not available". Nonsense; I was home ALL morning AND with my door open... widely open! I called the customer service and they made her a$$ return with my package on the same day to deliver it. Thank you.

I ordered a small wheelbarrow tire from Walmart using FedEx. They shipped my package on time and it was supposed to be delivered on Wed Oct. 28th. Package not delivered, tracking said no one home. I was home. FedEx said package would be delivered next day Thurs Oct. 29th. No package, same excuse. I was home. FedEx said it would be delivered the next day. I told them to leave package in high place. No package, I wasn't home.

We ordered some expensive equipment via Amazon Prime (10/28), which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days (10/30). Amazon Prime was spot on having it shipped. However, they mistakingly chose FedEx ground for the carrier. Package was put on local FEDEX truck at 8:11 am, all the while status stating "out for delivery". At 7:01 pm (actually didn't received notice until 7:20 pm) a "delivery exception" was put on the package. Because this has happened numerous times, I have the phone # to the FEDEX local hub. Line just kept ringing busy. Called 1-800 FEDEX and they told me they couldn't get through either and that the hub would not read their messages until Tuesday.

Following the shipping notification for my purchases, I saw that the items were being shipped separately in two packages. Luckily they were scheduled to be delivered on the same day and it so happened I was home that day... all day. I live in an apartment building which is on an busy city street lined with apartment buildings. My building is secure with an entry way and a lobby both of which a guest must be buzzed through. The door bell system is also tied into my smart phone so when the door bell rings it registers as an incoming call. By 4 pm when my bell still had not rung, I looked at the tracking info. Imagine my surprise when it said both packages had been delivered at 10:47 am and left at the front door. Now I had already been down to collect my mail around noon and did notice several packages for other residence but none for me so seeing that I went back down to the lobby, the entry way and the front of the building... nothing.

I will never use FedEx again. My daughter shipped 3 packages from Tucson to Nashville. The packages were labeled correctly but FedEx shipped 2 of them to the return address for some reason. Keep in mind I paid to have them shipped. FedEx failed and they actually wanted me to pay again because they screwed up. I took the packages to UPS because I was not going to pay FEDEX twice for their error. UPS got them there in 2 days.

I had a package coming and confirmed to be delivered to me on 12/03/215. I also request notification so all was looking good. I schedule traveling next day for meeting, guess what the package didn't arrive and no notification was made. Just my luck. Went to check the status and was changed for next day. Now Im going to lose the ticket and the meeting for waiting next day for the package. I can't leave since I have no insurance and no one to received. Also I called customer service. It was the worst. She also promise me someone will call me back. No one called. Never again with FedEx.

I recently ordered a tablet computer from Amazon which was delivered via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground damaged the computer by crushing the package as was clearly evident by markings and distortion of the package. Upon this realization, I contacted the seller and was given a Return Merchandise Authorization. I then SAT and waited for several days without hearing anything further. I then contacted the seller who ask me if I had been contacted by FedEx.

Was supposed to get my package Monday but no. So they up it to Tuesday but no -- same thing. I wait all day and nothing. They up it to Wednesday by the end of the day again. This is ridiculous. I have never liked FedEx and this is why. This happens every time and it's 110% annoying how they can't get it together.

We were waiting for our delivery Saturday. The driver placed an attempt to deliver on our door and didn't knock! I have dogs, they didn't bark because he never knocked! I saw the note on my door when I was going outside with my dogs around 10:35 a.m. I called customer service and ask the representative to help me to get my package by picking it up instead and he said that the origination FedEx receiving in my city was closed (at 11:00 a.m) and that it would be delivered a Tuesday! I asked if I could do something else and he said I could transfer the package to be deliver to a closer station so I could pick it up the same Saturday. Well, I waited the whole day to later be told by FedEx customer service that the original service station has been open that day until 6. That they don't know why the representative told me that and that when I request a transfer package it takes around 24 hrs to be done, so that I would still get my package on Tuesday.

I recently purchased an item on eBay that shipped on 10/26/2015. On 10/31/15 it said it was out for delivery. 11/5/15 my package has still not been delivered. I emailed them and they gave me a bogus run around saying they needed all kinda name, address, phone number, what kind of box it was, they needed the part number serial number and manufacturer name. I gave them my tracking number. They said it wasn't enough. Smh. Then I give them whatever info I had about the package. They email me back and say, "We will contact you when we find your package." I hate FedEx with a passion. It shouldn't take 5 days to get a package that's out for delivery.

A computer manufacturer sent me a box to send in a notebook for service. After multiple complaints I finally got it but so late I had to get a box and mail it myself. The manufacturer did a one day turnaround and returned notebook by overnight FedEx. Waited 13 hours next day. Never delivered and FedEx does not know why. Lost. Stolen? Who knows. Tracking terminated. Add me to those who really despise FedEx.

FedEx hung my package on our rural fence where dogs could reach the package, rather than use the provided, legal package delivery container. Dogs destroyed my package and product of course, so I filed a claim with FedEx. Which was promptly denied. I have now filed with the BBB against FedEx and I have been doing some reading up. FedEx has an ABYSMAL delivery record and I am told they rarely pay a claim. When you order something online, make absolutely sure the business you order from is NOT using FedEx. If they are... order your item elsewhere!!

Happened to look at my credit card statement and see that the FedEx charge for an item had mysteriously DOUBLED from the "estimated" charge I paid online for! I weighed my item, used there box, filled in all the information and generated a shipping label. Dropped it off at the local center and then got smacked with a 100% in hidden undisclosed fees?!? This is lawsuit material... I called and there is a "residential" charge, and a "fuel surcharge" and "tax charge"??? ALL UNDISCLOSED. And of course they bill your card after the fact and you have no recourse. I will never use FedEx again. Highly disappointed!! Horrible consumer ethics.

FedEx was supposed to deliver my package on a Friday. Put a tracker on it and stayed at work 3 hours after I got off work... in the parking lot. At 7:00 FedEx said they tried to deliver but business was closed. Lie #1. Then I called on Monday to find out about it. They are off on Monday for home delivery. So it should be scheduled for Tuesday, right? I've tracked it all day Tuesday only to find that package is STILL at the facility and not even on a truck. Once again, I get off work in 3 minutes and will sit in the parking lot only to have them not deliver it again?

I work for a local architect firm. We had a driver arrive, grab and scan a VERY important overnight envelope meant for UPS. I called FedEx customer service 4 times and each rep assured me that the driver would be back to drop off the package he grabbed by mistake. After 2 hours of waiting after hours on a Friday night, the driver never came. No one could explain to me why each rep gave false information and each one passing the blame to another. I drove 40 minutes to get the package from the FedEx hub without 1 apology. I find this to be beyond, "Very dissatisfied with the experience." I will do everything in my power to NEVER use them again if I can help it, as well as share my experience with others.

Multiple, multiple times!!! They send our packages to the WRONG address when, mind you, the CORRECT address is on every single one of the packages. They tried again today. I have been home ALL day and they say I wasn't available? Well, sorry you never came to my door? I mean, the business across the street with the same street number as us shouldn't be considered HOME delivery if you ask me. Definitely done trying to do business with FedEx. They're a load of crap and don't know how to read.

I needed 200 prints. I was quoted $430+, which was out of my budget. I was then quoted a price of $250 for 150 on cheaper paper and I also ordered a poster online. It was suppose to be done by 4pm. Got a call at 3pm, the order wouldn't "print" correctly so I left work to inquire, since the sample earlier printed fine. Fold and stapling made it off centered. I directed Gabriel ** to go ahead and "print" I will fold them myself.

I did not receive a package on time. They were supposed to issue me a refund. I spoke with 5 different representatives calling my personal cell multiple times then to be called back to be told they could not issue a refund. They are very unorganized and a very sorry company when it comes to shipping. I will never ship with FedEx again.

I was expecting a delivery. I am at home and waiting for the delivery. The fedex delivery guy had come and he kept a door tag and left without coming in and calling me. I was looking at the van from upstairs and when I went to take the delivery by that time he left leaving the door tag.

Customer service is so pitiful and driver is rude. Never wants to make sure packages aren't damaged. Always says he is not taking them back. Acts like we cant get another service to deliver. Probably would like that. On phone service is no help either. Can't help you because you can't understand them.

We are a company that does a lot of shipping to customer and to and from our suppliers. FedEx offered us a decent rate to go with them. They have gotten worse and worse with their shipping. The final straw was two weeks ago (Nov. 6) when we shipped to a customer. One of the three packages - a wooden crate of 20x20x18 - was opened, apparently gone through and then when they could not completely close the crate correctly, they packed the entire thing in a cardboard box and taped it up.

My daughter's Straight phone stopped working. They told us they would send us a box to send the defective phone to them and they would send her another phone. They said the box would be here in 3 to 5 business days. Straight Talk sent the box to FedEx 10/13/2015. It is now 11/10/15 and still no box. I have called Straight Talk and FedEx about the box seeing how we only had 7 days to send the defective phone back. FedEx is now saying the box will be here Thursday which is in 2 more days. This is not the first time I have had trouble with FedEx. FedEx needs to be shut down.

This is the return item letter I sent out from an item I ordered from Amazon. Pretty much sums it up. Unbelievable. "FedEx is returning this item to you today. The delivery was stated for 5-7 business days, which I would be back in town for and the driver attempted delivery the next day. I requested that it be sent to a specific location by me to be picked up, the driver said that would be fine. It was then delivered back to their major warehouse for me to pickup. I called this morning to verify that it was ready and they were open and they said 9 am to 9 pm.

My Letter to FedEx about their newest incompetence,Here is my problem and I'm sure no one will do anything about it but I feel I must send this anyway. I am using an express service because I need what I am shipping to arrive where I've sent it in a faster time. And I feel as an express service you should want to make sure this happens for the customers as we are paying a much higher rate for this service instead of sending the shipment ground! This was a 2 day shipment that will now take 3 unless as I was told by the customer service operator on the phone this morning, who also didn't give a care in the world about my now destined to be late package, I could change to an overnight service. Seriously, now my company has to pay the extra high price of overnight because one of your carrier decided not to pick my package up?! What kind of logic is that?? I already have to give the customer some kind of discount to help repair the fact that they are not going to receive the materials they ordered in time for the medical research project they are working on. And you're going to say that they called here....they did not, we checked the caller ID's on all the phones in our building and there are no calls from FedEx...also when you call our system it gives you an option for shipping and they would be my phone and I didn't not receive any calls from FedEx about this pick up! It’s pretty ridiculous that this continues to happen. This is the reason we are very limited in our use of your "Services" as we have found them to be so unreliable.SignedOne customer who wishes I never had to use your services again!"

I will NEVER EVER use this service again -- too many better choices. I am not even talking about "overnight" delivery here, but THREE DAY delivery! This was of course under "Fedex Express" as I submitted my order on Saturday afternoon and due to weekend cost rates, I opted for Tuesday morning delivery. THAT WAS A JOKE. There was a problem with the address??? I spent over 30 minutes in the Fedex store Saturday ensuring the correct address! The Fedex "system" kept pulling up the wrong city that GOOGLE did not pull up as wrong! Then, on delivery try Tuesday morning, they STILL got the address wrong! Did they call me? Oh no! I don't hear about the "non delivery" until Tuesday late afternoon from the expected recipient. So I call and straighten THAT OUT. Then, there is nothing for several hours from Fedex. So I call back -- "SORRY but that never got figured out, recipient will not be receiving the package tonight." The next day was TOO LATE. Recipient is already traveling. A total waste of my resources, time and money and ZERO to show for it. I will NEVER EVER use this service again. EVER!

I wrote a FedEx ceo an email stating my situation:Hello FedEx Executive,My name is Colleen Henson and my shipment that was sent through your company was mistreated resulting in the death of the animal that was being shipped. I ordered an Asian Water Monitor for the amount of 149.90 including shipping costs from the Flordia Herps pet and supplies company. I paid for 24 hour live animal shipping and the shipment was promised on your website to arrive by 10 am on 03-04-2015. The shipment was late so I called your company they said it would be just and hour late. Then that hour passed and I called again they said that a truck the a couple days before with other packages not mine was late so they were delivering those. I was disgusted with that answer because your company should prioritize live animals to go out, I would not have been worried if it was makeup I ordered. Also I paid for the priority shipping so I had to remind them of that and with that they promised within the next hour and they would contact the driver. After waiting that hour I of course called another time and then again had to remind another representative it was a live animal when there legally should be a notice of that already when they did not see one. Again promised a different time when the shipment arrived 5 hours late. Now a lizard is shipped with a heat pack to keep them warm for the journey and besides the fact that it is a live animal the 24 hour shipping is meant for that heat pack. My of course could not withstand the circumstances of being pushed aside for 5 extra hours and not prioritizing a live animal or marking the box correctly. Well as you can tell I opened my package to a dead animal which was a terrible experience in itself. So I called your claims department to make one and had multiple representatives promise the claim would be accepted on a recorded line (feel free to pull the calls). They said all I would have to do is call the shipper and have them finish the claim as it was clearly FedEx at fault and not the shipper or me. So I contacted the shipper who proceeded to let me know that he has a contract with your company stating that he is not allowed to file a claim. Now I understand that company having a contract but FedEx had already promised acceptance of fault when they should be able to see that information. So legally FedEx would just have to approve a one time claim for that company so he is not breaking his contract. So I called FedEx again attempting to get someone knowledgeable and explained the situation once again to many people who once again admitted fault until I got to someone that said he would email and call the company letting them know to do the claim but he said he did not see a contract. So once again that was not helpful because your employees could not seem to understand what a contract is so a random telecommunications employee can not just tell the company they can finish the claim. Also I contacted the company again and they never received anything this rep promised and he never contacted me again as promised. In conclusion I have been a previous happy customer of FedEx but now I feel as though this company does not care about how the animals they ship are handled and in turn do not care about compensating their customers for mistakes. In my opinion if this was a mistake instead of carelessness the company would be working harder to help fix it and reimburse my purchase or fulfill my claim for a new reptile. I have spoke to and dealt with many people that do not keep promises or seem to know what they are doing so I hope and pray that you can help rectify the situation so I do not have to continue on this path to someone else. I would love to be finished with this but I will also not just put up with a company not caring that much.Thank you for looking over my situation and I look forward to your response and resolution.//////////His executive assistant contacted me that day stating they would not do anything because it was a live animal shipment and would not take liability. They are the ones that were 5 hours late on the 24 hour live animal shipping I paid for. FedEx were the ones that prioritized inanimate objects shipping over what once was a living breathing animal. I proceeded to ask her if it is their responsibility to be on time and she stated they are not liable for anything on live animal shipments. So it doesn't matter that they are late, not caring about the animals well being, not marking the package correctly so possibly throwing the package around carelessly, they will not take responsibility for their actions and will mistreat what they'd like. So from everything I have been told no live animal shipper should work with this company if they want their customers happy and their shippments on time with the animal alive. As well customers for your animals health go to a shipper that does not use FedEx but uses a company that cares."

Fedex took a 50g packet of Gold. Lost it. And paid me 50 eur (minimum to legally, and maximum they let me declare) out of 1600 eur.The man from Fedex who got it, put another packet in my name.Mine was officially lost.Fedex sent me email detailing how legally I can not sue them, and paid me the declared 50 eur. (Transport still on my account).They just stole my packet and part of my savings in my face, and no person was punished, no mechanism of tracking. No monetary compensation...Simply put. I knew this could happen. But I trusted Fedex. And this trust became a total impunity for any of their employees to still any valuable packet under their legal umbrella. Absolutely moreover I was paid minimum and reminded that their employees have impunity to steal. Be aware guys of valuable objects. No kidding. Barcelona, Spain

Excellent Non-delivery ServiceI sent two International Priority parcels by FedEx from Namibia to New York and South Korea respectively, the first to an art gallery and the other to an university. Both were consignments of non-commercial materials accompanied by full descriptive and recipient contact information delivery notes, including estimated value. After arriving in the destination countries both were returned to Namibia due to 'inadequate commercial invoices' for customs purposes. FedEx did not even bother to contact the recipients, even though the New York consignment being billed to the recipient's account. Are FedEx employees illiterate or do they simply don't bother to read accompanying documentation? Now the materials have to be resent a month later at the same cost, though not with FedEx again. Postal services would have been quicker and more reliable

I had a 21 package business consignment shipped from abroad, paid with insurance cover by the express service. Several days later, 2 arrive late and one is lost.I reported this, however they made me arund around for about 6 weeks, never calling me back or even emialing me as promised.In the end, nearly 6 or 7 weeks later without telling me anything. It arrived repackaged by them with the box clearly labelled by them as "damaged in handling by fedex". The original box was also in the packaging so I could see what had happened. Clearly the original box was badly torn from bad handling (it was an official USPS strong parcels box).The item inside was severely damaged in a way that could only have been done with very bad handling. As the metal chassis was actual distorted so badly I could not even get it back in place by force. At first they told me they would grant a claim, but then made me wait even more weeks, and eventually came back and said another department denied the claim and they cant help. When queried they said they tried to fob me off by saying packaging was inadequate, even though even a simple minded person can see clearly that this nature of damage has nothing to do with packaging, as it was so badly damaged. Its so obvious the FedEx team had tried hide the item, as it had been so badly damaged, and so it was lost initially, but after my chasing it up and complaining, they mysteriously found and delivered it, and then within the company tried to cover it up under an agreed story of bad packaging.I always thought FedEx was meant to be one of the best, professional and trusted global couriers. Believe me, you do not want to risk having to deal with them in the event of an issue or problem.To further underline this, they are refusing to even provide me with the customs invoice, that I need to claim back the tax from the government on it. Even the customs government department could not believe how badly FedEx was behaving."

Delivery was fast, but i got headache to receive my item. There is no door-to-door delivery in Kazakhstan office without $11 extra charge! Either i had to pay $11 or i had to go to Fedex office to get documents and then go to custom and receive my package by myself! But even i paid extra charge i had to print contract, sign it, scan it and send it to fedex and only then i got my package after 1 day.Also i spent about 1 hour to know what i had to do. I had known about problem because i tracked package every day, nobody contacted me to inform.And is i know now this happens with EVERY delivery to individuals, while EMS never.My verdict - will never use it again in Kazakhstan.

The people don't even try to deliver the package. I was home all day two days in a row when they supposedly tried to deliver the package. Never heard anyone try to knock on either door. It is a small apartment and we use the back door. On the second day I found the door tag way up high on the door. I had checked the mailbox and the door the first day when I expected the package, but didn't see it way up there. Ended up calling and having it delivered to the store for pickup, wish I could just have it sent there in the first place, I could have had it 3 days earlier. I also tried to do this online, but it just kept saying my information couldn't be verified but no directions on how to verify it. I would not use fedex when I have another option.

I so wish I could give this company minus 10 stars. They have messed up shipping so many times it's not funny. They never knock, they just leave stuff on my uncovered porch even in the rain. That's when they actually make the delivery. Their new hires are untrained and can't find addresses. One of their delivery men forged my signature and marked the item delivered when he couldn't find my house. They've delivered to the wrong house. I can't tell you how many times the driver has marked a package as delivered when it hasn't been, and then there's a huge mess, sometimes taking weeks to sort out, before the merchant either refunds my money or ships the item again. These are the worst ever. There are some merchants who only ship Fedex so I can't avoid them, but oh boy, I'm sorry every time they're involved. They are just awful.

Absolutely no concern for customer! Totally unreliable and not responsive. I ordered a rather heavy and cumbersome item from vendor who paid for Fed Ex home delivery to me. Instead, without attempting to deliver to me at my unit, driver left it at complex office and I saw the tracking info come up on my home computer as I was waiting for the delivery--and it was signed for by a name I did not recognize. That was 4 days ago. After numerous exchanges, Fed Ex said they had retrieved the package and would deliver to me but they still don't have a date for that. The complex manager says they do this all the time and they have been admonished repeatedly for it but it seems to be SOP.I no longer accept this obnoxious "service" that ignores the customer and am going to force the issue w. Fed Ex. And then never order anything that includes delivery by them again. Never."

I had over 200 ounces of breast milk shipped from a conference I had to attend and my delivery date was confirmed for Friday morning. When my box was not delivered and I followed up, I was told I could pick it up at the local warehouse on Saturday. The local warehouse person informed me I could not get my box and there was nothing she could do. So Monday, when my box arrived, my 200 ounces of breast milk was ruined and FedEx refused to refund my money. Guess what! Breast milk is irreplaceable and your unwillingness to help or even be kind about this upsetting situation is unacceptable. How would you feel if you paid for a meal and then were told the restaurant ran out of food? Oh and your money is non-refundable. Paying for a service that was not provided is unacceptable. Women are still fighting for equality, so to have to figure out how to pump while working and then make the arrangements to ship it, only to find out that FedEx doesn't care, is not family friendly or helpful. Way to be a barrier FedEx!

On my order placed Sat 7/18 I checked tracking info and FedEx said it was delivered to my front door on 7/21. After multiple calls I discovered they left package in a very hot mailbox 1/4 mile away. I will never order from a company that uses FedEx again and I will never use FedEx again for any of my business.

When i tracked my laptop, it was mentioned that "refused by recipient". I immediately called their CC but they just keep transferring me from one # to another and finally said your parcel has been shipped back to shipper. Now, according to their policy they should have tried 3 times before sending it back or just have kept it at their pick up store in the city and informed the customer. But none was done regarding it.

The more I am forced, by retail companies, to use UPS, the more I love FedEx. Not only are they on time, and reasonably priced (sometimes they actually BEAT UPS), but their employees are happy people. And, they will go out of their way to make you whole, if they screw up. I wish everyone used this company. And I wish UPS would go bankrupt.

I will never use Fed Ex again as they do not want to accept any responsibility for damaging my college textbook. I shipped out a college textbook to Valore books in good condition from Nevada. However, when the book had been received I was notified that the book had severe water damage? I filed a claim with Fed Ex as I also sent the claim forms certified mail. When I had not heard back after 3 weeks I called customer service and had found out that the claim had been denied. It is Magic how a book that was shipped out in good condition ended up with severe water damage. Customer service is getting worse every day as companies do not accept any responsibility and they pass the buck. Neither company is accepting the responsibility for damage. I will not give either company my business again.

Fedex took a 50g packet of Gold. Lost it. And paid me 50 euro (minimum to legally not be in trouble) out of 1600 euro.The man from Fedex who got it, put another packet in my name. And mine was officially lost. Fedex was incompetent in doing anything. They just kept saying everything could had happened. They tried to solve it but they want not admit what I think is the obvious. One employee took it. He changed my address for other paket. And they know who was. Sent me email detailing how legally I can not sue them, and paid me minimum. They just stole my packet and savings in my face, and no person was punished, no mechanism of tracking. No monetary compensation... All they cared is that legally they were not sued.

I have numerous experiences with FedEx and my latest experience has led me to the conclusion that they just don't want your business. They have enough on their plate and they just can't be bothered with the individual. Mar 18 - Item picked-up by FedEx in Ohio. They sent it to Washington. Then to Wisconsin. Then downstate Pennsylvania. Then to my home. And the USPS ended-up delivering the package. They sent notices and attributed the delay to the earthquake in Japan. It took them 12 days to deliver a package to a state for which it shares a border. I used to get excited knowing that FedEx is delivering a package. Now, I try not to think about it and am surprised if it arrives. Oh, and don't call and try and get help from CS. They can tell you nothing you can't find out for yourself by looking on the Internet. Use UPS, USPS, or even a freaking Boat. Don't recommend FedEx.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE therefore it is not a cost-effective shipping method for small to mid-sized businesses. It alright if you are shipping small items but if you are shipping a large item such as a bike or desktop computer, iMac...etc it is by no means a practical option. Best alternative would be definitely UPS Express or DHL ocean/air freight.

You should be ashame of the way your company conduct business, the delivery time and appointments are based on the driver schedule and not the company's rules, this comes from the amount of sub contractors you use which to no surprise they can care less about the company image and polices, they move on the amount to be made for the deliveries than customer satisfaction and uplifting your company's name,been waiting for a box for 5 days ,they pin a note on the door ,don't ring the bell or make a courtesy call, which is totally wrong, I used to work for your company and I feel totally shame to say that, you should put more attention to your customers but I guess like your employees all you care about is the mighty dollar, can say I wish you well but hope you get what you deserve .

I had an incoming package, a repaired laptop that required a signature for delivery. I am one of those strange an unusual people that have a job! They refused to deliver it at a time when I was home saying they only deliver to my town around 10 AM-noon. They refused to wait five days so I could move my day off to be home to get my computer. FedEx did say I could come pick it up that day only at their distribution center, 86 miles away, about an hour before they closed. They claim they made three attempts and returned the computer to HP. HP resent it to my work address with my waiving all their responsibility for safe delivery and I feel I was lucky to get my laptop back.

For some reason @@@.com decide to deliver a package using FedEx as a carrier, For some reason the "FEDEX SMARTPOST" took the smartest and cheapest / efficient way to deliver the package. The package travel from CA - NV - North Salt lake, UT - Denver, CO - less than 18 miles 23hrs to Henderson, CO located in Denver CO - FedEx Smartpost Salt lake UT- Back to North Salt Lake, UT. Calling the Costumer service was a enlighten since I was told by them that that was the most economic / Smart way for delivery. I wonder were they took their classes on economy since for me it looks like a waste of gas / time. But one have to love their costumer service, is never the driver made a mistake or the facility put the package in the wrong truck. Is always "sorry sir the smartpost system takes the most economic way to deliver the packages". How do I fix this, well I contacted the seller and they have 1 day left to deliver, if not I get a refund and told them already that if they send another package using FedEx I will stop doing business with them. BTW the package is in UT and it need to be deliver somewhere in the mountains of Colorado. Update: From FEDEX SMARTPOST Salt Lake City, UT. Is back on the road to Henderson, CO and it took another day to arrive to FEDEX SMARTPOST Denver, CO. The package is touching each place that is being before and they have the right address.

Printing business cards at Kinko's for a small business - Kinko's business card summary: --Kinko's is good if you have your own artwork and layout --Don't get the 90lb business card paper -- it's too thin. Consider getting your own paper. --There's no minimum order, so if you have a small order, Kinko's could be cheap. But if you are ordering 1000+ cards, a real printing place is probably cheaper. After getting crappy cards from Vista Print, I decided to try Kinko's. As usual, Kinko's is best if you can do everything yourself. I brought in my business card artwork in a Photoshop file, and they told me that it costs $16 to lay everything out, $15 to cut the cards (they print 10 to a page), and another $1.50 per page to printing including color, one-side, no bleed on "business card" paper (bright white, 90 lb). I decided to layout the cards myself (which was easy using guides in Photoshop) and have them printed on "business card" paper. The results were not bad -- the printing and cutting was fine. But the business card paper was too thin and flimsy. They said that was the thickest paper they had and standard for business cards, but if you use Kinko's I would recommend getting your own paper. The prices are OK, but the good part is that there is no minimum purchase. So 100 cards would cost $15 ($1.50 x 10 sheets ) plus cutting or layout costs. Net net: not bad for small orders, bring your own paper.

I am a disabled woman how happens to live on the 3rd for of an apartment building. This is not the first time but hopefully will be the last. The drivers refuse to bring my packages up to my apartment or even to my door. Yet UPS never asks just brings everything straight up to me. FEDEX you need to hire drivers who care. It's true. I can't prove the Fed Ex driver made a mistake and delivered my package to someone else. I can't prove he took my package home and kept it. I can't even prove I didn't receive the package but I know (I didn't). I can however prove that he didn't ring my doorbell because he told me he didn't have time to ring doorbells. He has too much work. I do an unusual amount of business (on line). The companies I deal with use UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. I will no longer do business with a company who uses Fed Ex and I'll let them know why. It may take me three or four months to cost Fed Ex as much money as they cost me, (by myself). However, I have many friends and relatives. I'll make sure they all know what Fed Ex did to me. I'm sure Fed Ex thinks a company as big as theirs considers a million dollars to be insignificant and I wholeheartedly agree. Even if I could influence several hundred people to stop using Fed Ex, it would take years to cost this company that much. Please note, my goal is not to cost Fed Ex a million dollars. My goal is to put the company out of business. It's a worthy cause. I'm retired. What else do I have to do? Bob.

I actually was called a dumbass by one of the employees at the non service center in Round Rock after I had been through the ordeal I experienced in getting a simple $15 Dollar part. I was lied to by a phone operator that told me they would deliver the part the nest day and was forced to drive 70 miles to get the part. The security gate that they have installed on that property to get your part literally backed up and bruised my chest as I tried to enter the prison like compound where my part was being held in the truck that literally past my house the same day. I also fail to mention that earlier the day I was at the bed side of my dying mother that I left to go and be sure that I was at my house in time to get the part. Yes Dying mother. A big fat slob of an employee then had the gall to call me a Dumbass when I complained about the security door that hurt my chest. Fed Ex you are the very worst service organization I have EVER experienced. Period

If you thought the USPS was bad, I personally do not anymore, then you will absolutely hate FEDEX SMART POST. I placed an order with TWICE (liketwice.com) and apparently they have started using this service. BAD CHOICE! I have a review on their profile also. I live in Southern California and TWICE is in Northern California. They shipped a package to me via FEDEX SMART POST it is going to take 8+ days to reach me. Why? No one knows, not even FEDEX employees. I called to find out why the package was shipped to the city next door and then 50 miles away. They stated that SMART POST is the company processing it through to the USPS. OK fine. But why is the package getting further away I asked. No answer. No one seems to know the inner working of this company, although it is a FEDEX run company. So the end result is, I have to wait, as of this morning until 7/15/15, for possible delivery. The date has changed several times, it started out as 7/10/15 (a date give by TWICE), then went to 7/14/15, and now 7/15/15. This is the last purchase from TWICE until they change shippers, and in the future I will check business shippers before purchasing to make sure they ARE NOT using FEDEX SMART POST. QUESTION OF THE DAY: Why does it take FEDEX SMART POST seven (7) plus days to ship a package from San Francisco to Los Angeles?

The only business I do at this FedEx location is sending and receiving packages. I must say, I have always received good service here. Nothing AMAZING but always a fast and easy experience. I never have issues sending packages and I always receive really good customer service when picking up. The location always calls me when there's a package waiting for me. I never felt the need to write a review but this holiday season, I've been picking up lots and lots of packages and I'm just happy with the service because I've had very bad encounters with other "Customer Service" workers in other establishments. IMHO this is the best FedEx on the island. There's one located closer to the office but after several co-workers told me about their terrible experience there we now always choose to have our print jobs done at this location.I've never used any of the machines here because we always just order our items using FedEx Online.The staff is friendly and professional. They have always completed our print jobs before the scheduled pick up time (granted our print jobs are fairly simple but it shows that they are on top of things) and send an email to let us know when the job is ready to be picked up.They also are able to ship your FedEx packages and have a mailing center. I believe pick up for overnight deliveries is at noon so if you miss that deadline your overnight package will ship the next day but will be date/time stamped the day you drop it off.They will validate your parking for 20 min so if you're just picking up an online print order you're good to go.

Came here yesterday to get passport photos for the kids. as you can imagine it is not easy to get a 1.5 and 3 year old to sit still for the right photo that is going to represent them for the next 5 years. The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center offers pretty fast & friendly service with ample validated parking directly in front of the store.  If you have a large print job, you can just bring it in on a flash drive and plug it into the self-service machines and print it out yourself and pay by credit card.Personally, I hardly ever print things because now you can show coupons & vouchers on your smart phone to restaurants and other establishments. I print so little that my ink cartridge dried up well ahead of its print capacity. If needed, you can even email your document to usa2802@fedex.com

Why on earth would I go out of my way to write a review about a FedEx that's not even in my hood? Because I need to give props when they're due, and I gots a late notice.Rolled in there with my boo one blistering hot day to pick up a creative request (via e-mail). First, the staff member we worked with was a gem. Without any huffing or puffing, she took care of our order and exemplified professionalism to a "t." While we did enjoy the air conditioning inside, we didn't get to enjoy it long enough since our visit lasted only two minutes. Speedy and friendly customer service, FTW!Call this location for their e-mail, so you can just pickup your order without having to do it yourself in the store.

They offer everything you'd expect from a great copy/print shop. They accept pretty much any kind of media you'd be able to bring in and if you just need to quickly print out a couple papers you can just go to the quick machines near the front of the store and use a usb stick to quickly print a few pages. One of the biggest problems here is parking, pretty much the only option is their small lot since there's no parking on Kapiolani. You have to get a ticket and get it validated, even if you're only going in for a few minutes, its a little frustrating when you're in a hurry to have to spend extra time waiting to get a ticket validated.Just a heads up, though they do take credit cards in those print machines I recommend using cash and getting one of the prepaid cards, when you use credit they put a hold for a ridiculous amount of money.

In March I had some important documents needed to be sent to the east coast. I was assisted by Alma and she was great. She helped me setup an account, answered all my questions, and double checked everything as far as my documents reaching there on time and getting back to me. I do not recommend customer service from Nicole. When you stand in line for customer service, she ignores you for awhile, while she works on some other copying project... there was two people in line, but didn't want to assist anyone. When she finally decide to give any assistance she was unpleasant to me. This makes me think she should not be in a customer service job. I had to stand in line because I needed to use their self-service printing with using a special paper not the usual white letter-sized copy paper since I needed it for a special purpose. She walked over with me to the machine I was working with and verbally told me the instructions on what buttons to press and to select the bypass for using my jump drive and walked away quickly. She didn't bother waiting til those selections showed up before walking away. *Even the guy in front of me in line tried getting her attention for assistance and tried asking another employee who was helping someone else because she looked like she didn't want any interruption from her other copying project/assignment/task that wasn't for anyone who was standing in line.**Anyway, I was supposed to get a refund because of the machine I was working on also did not print my selection and the machine charged my fedex card. In the end, I just got my stuff done and left. I certainly didn't want to deal with her again, even though I was owed a refund and she said so herself earlier when I asked about the red blinking error light.

Where does one mommy go to print this massive baby birthday bash?! Well FedEx of course! This is the only place I know that prints invitations, pictures, favor tags and such. So one day my boyfriend, 11month old and I came here and needed to print out some party favor tags and party hats. So I asked one of the workers, Dillon if we could use our own cardstock paper and the prices and such. Dillon was such a lifesaver! Instead of me paying to use one of their computers he suggested that I just email him the documents and he would print it out from his computer. So I did was he told me too. The only down size is that the internet connection is slow so it took him a while to receive my email. But once he got it he took it from there and that was that. I printed about 70 pages of colored cardstock paper and he gave a really good price for it and could not have been happier. I will definitely go back and see him to help me with all my other printing needs.It is quite tricky to get into the place If you are coming from ewa side because the incoming traffic is always bad unless you are really aggressive and force your car in the parking area. Parking is not free so its best that you know what you're doing and they also have that send from home option where you send your files from online and can print there. I do know they do validate but I have no idea how much the parking is with validation, yeah I wasn't really paying attention to that.

I had a FedEx driver come to my house on the day a package was supposed to be delivered to me. He sat at the top of my driveway for about 10 minutes with my package at the front of his vehicle. I'm not sure what he was thinking but he put my package back inside his truck and drove off before I could walk outside to claim my package. I later went to check the tracking device and it said "delivery was unsuccessful because there was no one to claim the item". My garage door was wide open and there was a car inside. The man never walked down the driveway to so much as ring the door bell.

I had 2 large, heavy packages delivered to my home on Saturday, November 7, 2015. I was expecting a dog food delivery soon, so when I saw the truck stop at my mailbox I figured it was mine - but nobody came down the driveway. Later, the doorbell rang and it was my neighbor (standing in the rain) with two boxes on his hand trucks. How in anybody's world, could a driver stop at a mailbox, with the house number on the mailbox, and walk ACROSS the lawn of another house and deliver 2 very large, heavy packages? Normally, they just pull down the driveway and unload them in front of the garage (rain or shine) instead of sitting them on the front porch (only a few yards away), out of the rain.

Please note that all times listed below are approximate. It is the interval between times listed that is most important. We were home ALL Day waiting for FedEx to deliver a lap top computer. During the day we continued to check the tracking number and it always said "out for delivery". Around 5:30pm we checked and the status said "Unable to deliver, no one available for delivery" or something like that. We called FedEx in Gainesville and were told that they would be open until 7:00 pm and that we could pick up the computer there, in person. We did drive there and, as I signed for the laptop, asked when the driver had checked in / completed his route. The manager looked at a log and said the driver was back at the FedEx location at 6:00pm or something like that. I asked when the driver had attempted to make the delivery of our computer and was told it was around 5:30 or so... I then pointed out that we lived a minimum of 45-50 minutes away, and how in the world did a FedEx truck drive 45 miles in 30 minutes? The manager stared at me for a moment and I went ahead and said aloud, "You driver is a liar". I signed for my laptop and left. That's FedEx nightmare #1.

One FedEx office is a lot like another FedEx office, and this one in particular is pretty small, without a lot of frills. However, the staff here have been exceptionally helpful when I've come in with some complicated bit of mail for one international destination or another, so if you're in Bronzeville/IIT and need to do some quick international shipping, this is the place to go.

They have to change Fedex Express to Fedex Slow. There was only one staff with grim face in that center. Suggestion to that staff- if you work in the customer service, it's good to have some smile on the face. I had to ship the document internationally and the fedex guy asked me to fill the form. There was only one guy with 7-8 boxes ahead of me. The fedex guy literally took 10 min per box to print the fedex sticker. After 35 min of wait when I saw 4 more boxes, I just left to ship via UPS. And at UPS it took only 2-3 min for me to ship the document.

I had a package overnighted this friday before Labor Day, The driver would not take 5 mile detour because a bridge on our road is closed for repairs. I had a package delivered the day before by fed ex and it arrived with no problem. I needed the part today, but i have to wait until tomorrow and drive 40 miles after paying for overnight delivery or wait until tuesday. I will stop doing business with anyone that has to ship Fed Ex. IF the driver could not get to my house on friday how will he get here on tuesday?

I ordered a package from Khols that fedex claimed they left at my house. I was home all day and they never even came. I called this location many many times and was told that the driver would be in contact with me. I never received a call from the driver. Finally, almost a week later I get transferred to a lady who tells me that since it has been over so many business days and I still have not got my package that fedex has "misplaced it" and that I need to call the buyer and deal with it. I feel sorry for the next person who has to deal with this FedEx location because they are liars and now I am out $60+ and a pair of shoes.

Pitiful service. I have had several experiences in the past few months in which the wrong package was delivered to my address. I was able to contact our regional office via the 800 number. The manager there told me he would "address it with the contractor being used in our area," but that was the most he could do. Know what the most I can do is? Never use FedEx again in this area. I won an ebay auction for a Dell computer on 4/21/14 and the package was delivered 4/24/14 with a hole in it that matched the ruined disc drive location on the computer. FedEx retrieved the package to assess the damage, and I haven't seen it since. They were told to return it to me because I had access to repair parts. By 5/19/14, the package was inexplicably returned to the seller in Kansas who promptly put another label to me on it, dropped it off at a FedEx pick-up site in Wichita, and now, no one knows where it is. ebay closed the case 6/6/14 with no resolution. FedEx's special investigator closed his case about 6/20/14. Phone conversations with the FedEx station have been less than fruitless. Please, somebody find this package! .

I've had several experiences at this location. There always seem to be more employees than customers, which is nice because I'm usually helped relatively quickly. Have had mostly positive experiences until today. Today, I was informed by staff that as of recently, they "do not accept" flat screen televisions for shipment, per new company policy. However, when I called FedEx ground headquarters, they said no such company-wide policy exists. Not sure if this "policy" extends to other items or not, but just be aware if you need to ship a television, you may want to call first or choose another location.

They left 3 door tags on my door. All three days I had at least 2-3 people in this house all day. During the same week I had over 10 packages come in from USPS and UPS with not a single missed delivery. They actually knocked on my door unlike fedex with this one delivery. I called them to schedule the delivery when I was home personally. I left instructions on the door to knock very loudly. Not only did they not leave a door tag which is suspect whether they showed up at all, the delivery was labaled as "refused" and returned back to Amazon. Dont use fedex because they clearly dont have their stuff straight.

I sent an Priority Overnight Letter and filled out the multipart form requiring the addressee to sign for the delivery. When the clerk entered the delivery information into the system to create a label, she failed to note that a signature was required. To top matters off, the delivery was made after 10:30 am. Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about FedEx but this time they slipped up.

I was waiting for a package this morning. Was supposed to arrive by 10:30 am. It was 11 am so I checked the tracking. Tracking said it was "conveniently" attempted at 10:28 am. They didn't ring the door bell nor left a note. I called the 800 number and they are a bunch of liars just like the drivers are. Any way, now they are going to "re-attempt" to deliver between now and 5 pm. What was supposed to be a "before 10:30 am delivery" now turned into a "whole day delivery" for them. How convenient is that?!!

I put a package on hold at Fedex center on Saturday but was told shipping container could not be opened until Monday. Call 1800 call center (twice) to request delivered package, Reps are incompetent and speak poor English, they told me package would be delivered to my home. Never was delivered. I wish there was a -Star! Package tracking said package would be delivered Monday, bright sunny day in MD and website described package not delivered for weather. Then can't find the address. I called customer service and the experience went downhill from there. I gave them exact directions, GPS coordinates and phone number for a Tuesday delivery. Web site says Package delivered Tuesday at 3:11. I get home, no package. Called customer service again, Their response, "our scan says your package was delivered". But they can't tell me where. Said they would call me back in 2 hours after they talk to the driver. They called back and asked my address for the 8th time and then stupid questions like did I look all around the property; really? Now the driver has 24 to 48 hours to remember where he left my package. If he can't find it, then I have to call the shipper. I will pay extra to all vendors to use ANY other shipping method.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. My package was supposed to be next day. They apparently attempted delivery on Saturday, but unless they just stood at the door and hoped someone telepathically knew they were there, they did not knock. My package must be signed for, so I was not able to receive it Saturday. Now, on Monday, they will not deliver it until Tuesday nor will they let me pick it up. They said I must wait until delivery on Tuesday. Hopefully, who ever delivers this time, actually attempts to make the delivery, because if not then they will have to hold it for 5 days at a hub, when I'm not sure if I will be able to find time to pick it up, as I will be working 10 hour shifts for the next five days, as well as picking and dropping children off at school. This is absurd and I will never willingly use FedEx again. I'd rather use the POSTAL service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the BEST experience EVER! I had a supplier ship late to one of my clients. My client called (on Saturday) asking where her mugs were.These were gifts for a Christmas luncheon for ladies who were cancer survivors. The luncheon was today. I called the 800 fed ex number to ask if I could pick up the packages.They said no one would be there today and I could not pick up. Since I was only 30 min. away from this Fed Ex, I thought I'd just drive over and give it a shot. The security person was so nice. She found someone working in the office. (Usually no one would be in on a Saturday in that area.) The gentleman in the office pulled the boxes off the truck and got them to me. I drove into the luncheon just as it was ending and everyone received their gift!! They were clapping and smiling and so very excited and grateful...as am I. Thanks Jeff Fed Ex!!!! YOU. ARE. AWESOME!

I have had a lot of trouble getting boxes shipped out of this location. The manager will hand you a box, then tell you it cannot be used to return the item because it is not properly packaged or there are dents in the box or other issues that ultimately require you to buy a new box and or packaging material. I do not understand how a package can be delivered to this site, then refused without ever opening the package. Disgruntled management issues prevail. go someplace else for quality service.

Talk about harming the environment. So from shipper to my house is 25 miles. 22 from the first fedex facility. After the first they shipped my package 30 miles further for a total of 55 away to be resorted. Now it has to shipped to my house for another 2 day delay. Close to 100 miles of travel for a 22 mile delivery.

Went there last thursday to ship a package containing lithium batteries to Africa and the women working insisted that a declaration form for the batteries was not needed even though i told her that I was pretty sure it was.. I had to drop off a very large item and print out a label. I thought they could do it for me and I had even called prior to ask if they had computers. Unfortunately, I needed to access the internet myself to print out the label and they charge you for this. They werent' very helpful and I had a hard time getting on. I actually never did but I was charged by the minute. I had to end up having the label emailed to the manager. I never got on and I don't know why. I was having issues with my password when I never do. I ended up paying almost $2.00 for nothing. On top of that they watched me struggle into the store with this huge box and didn't assist me.

I went to FedEx the other day and the office staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to ship something, but had forgotten it was to be sent to a PO Box address (FedEx can’t ship to the Post Office). Since I was already there and the employee was working to find a box that would fit my item I decided I would buy the box and take it to the Post Office the next day to save a little time. I was initially planning to ship from the FedEx store, so the employee had already begun boxing up my item. When the other staff member was ringing me up the total came to nearly $30 after taxes. I thought this was high, but then I silently realized it was due to the fact that they boxed the package for me. I hadn’t thought to ask about whether this service cost extra; however, I didn’t see a sign that indicated there was a fee to package your item and the two employees didn’t tell me that this service was at an additional cost. The employee that boxed up my item was very nice I didn’t have the heart to complain that they didn’t tell me beforehand that it would cost an extra $15+ to box up my item (I have packing tape and stuffing at home and could’ve done this myself). Also, I don’t think the employees were intentionally trying to mislead me since I was initially planning on shipping directly from that store and was reminded that FedEx can’t ship to a PO Box after they had nearly finished packaging my item. The employees were helpful and I got what I needed, but I’m frustrated that FedEx doesn’t advertise these fees next to the prices that they show on their sign. A cardboard box for $13 plus $15 to pack that box for you is pretty steep. Needless to say I don’t plan on using FedEx’s services again and in the future I will be sure to ask about potential additional charges before I visit UPS, USPS, etc.

Don't leave a project with them on a Sunday, because they will find an excuse to get out of having to have it finished by close. I actually left my project with them on a Friday. They had finished it by Saturday, only for me to find out that they had printed the wrong page sequence in double-sided format and hadn't fulfilled the only personalized request I had left about the project. So I left it with them on Sunday, only for them to seek out an excuse not to do it. They messed up the project multiple times, wasting my time with poor customer service to boot.

Although I was not able to print my items at her location, she was so helpful in pricing and also being honest about the time she would have my product ready. Since we called too late to get the items printed in time, she sent all of my information to a 24 hour FedEx and spoke with the representative there about my requests and needs. Extremely helpful staff. Got to give 5 stars to the store manager and staff. Helped me track down a package with incorrect tracking number due to a technical glitch. Have a one star off for the logistics - technology FedEx uses. Their automated answering system is pathetic. Had it not been for a good store manager and ground delivery staff, my package would have shown ended up in Africa instead of Arizona per the tracking#. The technical "glitch" is not expected from systems of this big a brand.

Dave didn't like my packaging. inside the item I was shipping after he shook my box and said they would t ship it and it would cost me 2-3$ more to add "paper" to it. FedEx is completely incompetent. I ran a small guitar shop, and when I'd order parts, they would deliver the package to the wrong address, and leave packages with electronics in them in the snow. Most recently they delivered my package to the completely wrong address after sending me an e-mail saying it had been delivered. I have to wait another 48 hours to even hear back from them. This has never happened when I go through the Postal Service. Never, ever use FedEx.

I sell alot of car parts online and through ebay that requires shipping of item sizes from 4" to 52" boxes and weigh up to 45 lbs. The fedex drop off location here is always easy to use, very seldom has any line at all. They took they time to help me set-up a fedex frequent shipper account and gave me stacks of shipping paperwork to save me time at the location. They're way cheaper than USPS and UPS for shipping to the lower 48 US states, plus you get a reliable tracking number to send to your buyers and so you can track it online. A tracking number is a MUST when using paypal for transactions. I've never had a buyer complain of items arriving damaged or being delivered to the wrong address or anything. However, they do have a limited offering of packaging to purchase. They never seem to have a box that fits exactly what I need.

My experience with the Fedex Center never happened. The website says they are open until 5pm Saturday. I arrived at 2pm and they were closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Window sign says Saturday hours are 9am to 1pm. The hours posted on this website are incorrect for weekdays and Saturday. That sucks.....

Maybe the busiest FedEx/Kinkos in the city and it probably has the record for being the smallest. Every time I come here it is because I think to myself, "it couldn't possibly be as bad as last time" and then it is worse. Not too many alternative to this place around here but I have learned to use the feature where they pick it up at your front door. Good luck.

The team member, Alexys, was extremely helpful and fast! I had never printed anything at FedEx and was a little nervous and unsure of what to do. She put me at ease with her friendly and knowledgeable attitude. My experience with Fedex was great in North Dakota. Here in DC i've been pretty annoyed with the late night (10pm) deliveries but most of all the deliverer doesn't have the decency to push the door bell so I know my package has arrived. If you get a printing job done here, just walk in and ask for the manager. Don't even mess around with anyone else. I learned that the hard way yesterday when the staff member who assisted me quoted me a price that was a thousand ($1,000!) dollars more than it ended up being in the end. Because I was skeptical of the high price, I called the FedEx bid center, and he quoted me a much lower price after finding countless mistakes in the quote from the staff member.

I stopped at this location on occasion when I need to ship something related to travel expenses for my employer or in the rare occasion I have to RMA a package. Sometimes getting the attention of employees is a bit difficult but not overly time consuming. This location seems to occasionally have odd items on end caps that are clearanced.

When I went to this location I was charged twice by mistake and went back into the store for assistance. When I showed the assistant manager my bank statement showing this, she gave me attitude the entire time she was "helping us". I was nothing but kind even though she had an ugly attitude because I know how it feels to be in situations like this, and she continued to be rude. I never at any point blamed her for the problem i had or anything in that nature since it wasn't her fault. Instead of being nice she was just plain rude the entire time. This was not my first time in here and the employees are usually always super friendly! However the assistant manager is just unfriendly.

I showed up at midnight with a huge project today and the guy was swamped. However he was incredibly courteous and helpful. I was having issues figuring things and he was very patient with me. We call back and another young lady couldn't seem to care less. We were told that it could be 24 to 48 hours and to wait. What a joke.

-You may receive what you ordered. -The normal meaning of 'overnight shipping'-to receive the next day. -FexEx's meaning- maybe by two or three days after ordering along with excuses of why it is considered overnight. -UPS meaning- it will be there, and if not we'll refund your money without giving excuses.

Okay so story time. Had a package that needed a signature that was supposed to be delivered on Monday, waited all day but it says it will come until at least 8:00. Okay no problem, I had to take off work but I know I can sign for it at least. 6:30 comes around and I call asking if its still on the way, and apparently it was never sent out to be shipped but they said I could drive to get it. Fine no problem, mind you I live 1 hour away. I get there, apparently I'm not able to receive the package because its locked in the truck. Disappointed but understanding since I know problems happen, so I call again to request that the package is held at the facility for Tuesday so I can pick it up on my lunch break, even though its another hour away ( just one way, 2 hour round trip ). I call before I head that way and was told yes you can come pick it up, and I get there and was told it was on the truck for delivery!! Visibly mad at this point I have to take off work ( again ) and miss a class to be sure I can sign for this dreaded package that has caused me so much time and money in gas. So I wait all day until 7:30 to find that its at the holding facility and was never delivered to me. This is unacceptable, as I have to make another trip up there tomorrow to receive something I have already paid for when it should have been done days ago. Never using FedEx again in my life. The front desk people at the facility are in no way to blame for this, its the people behind the scenes. The ones that don't have to see your face!

Not happy. I sent a package Priority Overnight to Greenville, SC, which is a 4 1/2 hour drive. My package arrived two days later after noon. They said there was a thunderstorm somewhere and their planes were grounded. The first person I spoke with could not give me any break on the price I paid, the second person said I had to call back after I received my credit card statement. I told him to please put me on record as an 'unsatisfied customer' and he said I'd have to speak to yet another department for that. No thanks. I'll just write a review, so here it is.

Terrible ! a pkg. sent to me priority overnight because it was perishable, was not delivered. After talking to 3 people, someone apologized. the first two wanted to see if I wanted to lodge a complaint against the driver and could pick it up at the station. I told them that was their job to manage their driver and they charged a lot of money for overnight priority, no signature was required AND their was no door tag left. Later found out that it was a new driver and he probably could not find the house. We get pkgs all the time! What kind of driver would take a priority overnight perishable delivery, with no signature required, would take it back without notifying anybody. The computer, when I checked their message said, customer not available or store closed. We are in a strictly residential area. Finally the 3rd person had the pkg delivered on Sat. Then Sat. afternoon my credit card company said they sent my new card out FedEX on Thurs for delivery on Friday. Did I recieve it? AAARGH I am still trying to get it from FedEx. It is supposedly on the truck. It is now 3:30 no card. I will never use FedEx. The gentlemen that I spoke to today was polite and apologetic so perhaps the card will come. I am still asking that anything that has to be shipped to me use UPS

Waited 45 minutes to ship a FedEx envelope, there were only 3 people in front of us. Several employees were wandering around aimlessly instead of assisting customers while we waited. Then FedEx sent us a bill for $140 after we had already paid ($12) in the store. When we looked at the tracking number online it was never even marked as delivered. Absolutely ridiculous, we'll be sticking with UPS and USPS from now on. UPDATE: Spoke with FedEx customer service this morning and they cancelled the $148 invoice. Was a quick, easy, 5 minute conversation. Apparently the store generated an extra label that was never used but I was billed for anyway. Incompetency at its best. Will not be returning, but I'll find another FedEx location that has their heads on straight.

Customer service is sloooooow. They chat with customers (or friends??), casually while making actual paying customers wait and wait in line. They seem to be incompetent, as they ask each other questions back and forth about how to ship, what box to use, etc, and none of the employees seems to know! We've had an...interesting... time trying to get them to pack our presents and ship them back east before Christmas. I wanted to say that if I could only rate Reuben a five-star performance, I would. After two days of dealing with the mistakes of other employees, we came in today to get our package and were determined that we going to ship through someone else. Reuben took the time to figure out what the problem was, find a better and more appropriate solution for our packages and we ended up shipping through FedEx after all because he was highly patient, understanding and sympathetic to why we were upset. My husband and I went to this shop and neither of us could believe our eyes! There are two signs above the counters, one for shipping packages the other for print & copy work - There were a four people in the shop when we arrived but only one man standing at the print & copy counter, we took our place in line behind him as we needed banners made for our business..... Five minutes pass and no one who works there came to the print counter to offer any help, say they would be right over nothing! The man in front of us continued to stand there and wait - so I asked him how he'd been waiting, he said 5-10 minutes. While we were there 3 other people came in to ship packages, although a few came in after us, and Definitely after the man in front of us at the print counter They were helped right away and those of us at the print count were simply ignored!! Reaching my limit, I decided to leave - the shop is not a large one, the people who work there saw us, they simply choose to ignore everyone there - If you are looking for assistance DO NOT go to this shop, clearly they do not know how to handle simple customer flow......

this morning at approximately 5:30 am i showed up to create a flyer and make copies of a missing dog sign/post. i was welcomed by both visible staff members and despite my being frazzled/distraught over my dog they were kind and respectful AND displayed/showed empathy/compassion. when emailing fed ex a picture of my dog the big gentlemen with glasses at the counter was patient in waiting for info and even created/designed the flyer h imself. i was blown away yet still not able to show my appreciation because i was consumed over my dog being missing. the gentlemen behind the counter asked me to edit the info on the flyer to get the best possible result to display the contact number. the woman behind the counter also came and petted my dog i brought with me (the other one missing; featured on the flyer) i was very touched and appreciated the sincere sentiment to retrieve my dog. he even printed the flyers on premium paper. although i have to get my dog back this small genuine kindnesses bestowed on me by the staff here won't be forgotten. i'd like to see both the woman and the young man get whatever their heart desires for taking the time to be kind to me.

I will never request any package from this place again. Hijos de P.......... The employee’s (Driver’s) are lazy. I live in an apartment complex; I was to receive a package since last Thursday and the driver stated he had issues with access; there are Fedex trucks here every day. The customer service I have received at this location has FAR exceeded my expectations! I had a package stolen off my porch I spoke with this office & they couldn't have been any nicer & sympathetic. The driver stopped back by my house to let me know that yes, he did put it on my porch & how badly he felt for me... I had the package redelivered the next day with a signature required and on the ticket left on my door (I was at work) the driver let me know that I could call if I got home before 5 & he would come BACK to my house. Again, FAR exceeds expectations :)

I have had no problems with this store. I have used them a lot to receive many very large size packages for me. They have all needed signatures for delivery and I have not been able to be home to sign for them. I have them rerouted to this fed ex location. When I get there they put them in my car for me. There are parking spaces right out side the store. The decor is functional for a fed ex store.

Wonderful staff, polite, office was busy, they needed more staff as they had enough stations for more employees. The FedEx office used to be on the east side of street. I could not find the new FexEx office, walked to old location, checked with that new office tenant, she gave me directions that were not good, and then Security Cart Guy wandering the parking lot in his cart told me it was behind the Walmart. I found FedEx Air Cargo, easily, but that was not for overnight envelopes, back to Eastern Avenue, & walking north towards towards Starbucks the office appeared. Different colors on the building, not the normal Logo I remember, but the office was located. Today was 99.3 °F a perfect day for walking around a black pavement treeless shopping center parking lot, from directions provided by several people that apparently were not very versed in providing directions. Once in the air conditioned store, the staff (2 people) worked efficiently, and I was served rapidly with 10 clients in-line before me. Nice new office several doors down from the Starbucks on the South West corner of the intersection of Russel & Eastern. It is not anyplace near the Airport Walmart.if you are on a bicycle, a foot, or in a wheelchair. .

Needed to have a rug packed for shipping. Had had a bad experience with a different store, figured I would give this one a shot. Man working there was incredibly helpful and kind. He quickly figured out a way to pack my rug into a ski bag, as it would not fit in a box. He carried the rug in, refolded it, helped me get it into the bag, and got it sent on its way. Restored my faith in FedEx. This will be my go to branch from now on.

Usually have great service in here, but today I was told that I could not use my own box that was brand new and in perfect condition for shipping my item because u-haul boxes were against FedEx policy. I just found out Laurence has been up-selling me on boxes i have not needed. My guess is that it is either because it is easy to take advantage of a new customer to Fed-ex that does not understand proper shipping requirements or because he is ignorant of shipping details and/or does not care to do his job efficiently. Went with 2 packages to ship but only ended up sending one when I found out the price of a large item I wanted ship. After I told him I just wanted the one sent I paid and left and walked out, but I noticed he stapled my receipt to the shipping label is cancelled. They had just opened and a few people were in there. They were backed up a bit and one lady was a bit confused, but they all apologized and were extremely polite. The only reason it isn't five stars is because they were not prepared as they should for opening. But still, I left smiling.

I went in on a Saturday to simply print a few images on card stock paper & needed to get a couple of pages laminated. There was only 1 person working. She directed me to a self print printer, which did not print my files. There was an error. She was not available to help me. I also could not resize my file as needed. I ended up wasting time & money and did not receive any thing in return. I walked out with no printed or laminated documents in hand. I will never use this store again. If only we had stores like kinkos with employees who are available to assist, as large printers like they have always have issues. I will only use the kinkos on glenstone from now on as they always have several people working & are always available to assist with amazing customer service.

The people AT THIS STORE were incredibly helpful when I called to complain about the package that arrived three days late. They apologized, told me I needed to deal with FedEx's 800 number people. The people at FedEx's 800 line, though, were as BAD as the local people were good. Fedex screws up, charges me for timely delivery of an important package that got there 3 days late, make me sit on on hold to complain about it and try get a refund, and the whole time they act like I'M inconveniencing THEM.

I normally use UPS but this was a prepaid shipment and they unfortunately use fedex. I haven't gone to fedex in a long time and had no idea which line to get in, so I got in what appeared to be the normal line. The other line said packing and I saw someone packing someones box for them. I could only assume that is if you need their help packing your item in the box. At the time both lines had one person in them. I stayed in the line for maybe 5 minutes and started noticing people just dropping off their packages in the opposite line. So finally I went over there and then had to wait behind 4 people. While I am waiting in this second line I hear the lady from the original line I was in, now telling people if they are shipping packages to go to the other line. Why couldn't she give me that same courtesy? She could clearly see I was holding a box with a label. I really don't think I will be going back to fedex, and if I do it will not be this location. I never have a bad experience with UPS.

The epitome of Poor management and poor quality of staff. Not only did I wait for 25 minutes, but The employee kept taking other people before helping me to get them out the door, despite the fact I had been waiting since 9:15. When I finally was assisted, I was told "oh yeah we don't do that kind of binding here." That alone proves poor management since I had gone to this same fedex less than 24 hours to ask about options and to specifically ask their binding options. The FedEx is clearly understaffed, their staff has no idea about their options, and this a clear example of the of poor management. Don't waste your time going to fedex on division, you will leave disappointed and angry!

Worthless worthless worthless company!!!!!!! My package was due to arrive monday and it needed a signature which is understandable. I signed the door tag and left it for him to pick up and leave my package. Yesterday he never showed up because I was personally here to receive the package. Today he leaves a door tag on my car saying I would have to pick up my item because his lazy butt would not go to the door he left the original tag on to get my signed tag! Let's not mention the fact that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE FACILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A FREAKING JOKE!!!!!!!! Wish I could put no stars but they won't let that happen.

Fedex continues to show their incompetence through lazy employees and drivers. I truly wish i could stop vendors from using Fedex when delivering to me. I receive packages multiple times a day on a daily basis. And the only times i have issues is with Fedex. And then I have to stay on hold for extended periods of time to get it resolved. This is the worst FedEx location on the planet. I mean it has to be. Yesterday, they printed my postcards on 8.5x11 when I ordered postcards, when have you ever seen an 8.5x11 postcard? Then a nice young lady walked in to return her Amazon order and they refused to accept her box because it had a "scratch" on it. I was like, are you serious? Then today was the final straw, I returned a package here that was shipped to me via FedEx and I didnt even open the box and they said it was not packed properly. Pretty unbelievably terribly awful service. I will try a different location, but am considering doing everything at UPS now. Damn.

I needed something printed out for my father who has issues with processes. I called in advance and sent an email with detailed instructions(along with my phone number and the files in-case he forgot to bring them). I was troubled to learn that none of the staff helped my father. In the end my father left the store forgetting a step. I called back and the staff member who answered the phone just said "he can come back, but I'm not going to be here". This is not the level of service I expect from FedEx.

This FedEx location has changed a lot, from what I assume. Many review from about a year ago state that they did not accept packages because they were under packed. However, I made a recent trip dropping off a Ground package and they took it with no problem. The agent was very kind and he even gave me some of the pouches to use for labels. If you have had a bad experience before, I recommend that you try going here again. They have improved quite a bit. Thanks FedEx for a great Office location. It's very convenient and helpful for your customers. :-)

WORST SERVICE EVER -- I ship art all over with brand new boxes customized for the large pieces I send. Usually use UPS or USPS but tried Fed Ex with a prepaid label. Tried to drop it off (REMEMBER: PREPAID LABEL) and was told "No, we can't ship this. This box is bad. We would do a LOT better job of packaging." (Again, I ship all over and never have a complaint.) We said "OK, repackage it." Was told no, they had no boxes to use. Real jackass at the counter. Totally rotten attitude. Plain rude. AVOID! One star is too kind.

They seem to have a location specific policy to be as condescending as humanly possible. I ship and receive at least 20 packages a week, if this location wasn't so close to me I would never go in there. Nearly every single time I drop off a pre-packed and pre-labelled package, an employee gives me the same rehearsed speech "This feels under packed, I will fix it as a 'courtesy' to you THIS time". All of my packages are packed to certain specifications due to the nature of my business, my customers call me and complain whenever the employees at this office break into my packages and add packing. I have told more than one of my clients that if they would use UPS instead of FedEx that this would not happen as the UPS store that is across La Cholla from this location is staffed by professional and service minded people who are not condescending and don't try to create situations where they open up your packages every time you drop them off. I will never ever purchase anything from this location, but it is too convenient to stop dropping packages there for now.

If I can give a “zero” star, I will give zero star. This place is horrible. I run a small online retail business, I ship more than 1000 packages a year by FEDEX. I have my own FEDEX account, I print my shipping labels by myself and drop off packages at FEDEX locations. Though this location is closest to my office, only 2 mins driving, I would avoid this location as much as I can. Every time I went there, they always told me I need to buy their packing service, otherwise they will refuse to accept the package, because my packing was inadequate. Of course they will charge ridiculous extra for the service. When I drop off my packages at any other locations, Officemax, and FEDEX on Broadway, I never had any problems. And I never had complains from my customers that my packing is NOT adequate. If they do not want to accept pre-paid FEDEX packages, they just tell customers, they would not provide this service at this location.

This location is trying to make every bit of money out of you. When I take my boxes there, they told me, I have to use their box and they will do the packaging for me. A small box 8''x16''x12 inch they charge 13usd. Right, you can get this box on Uline for 2$. I also have two other boxes they try to charge me 22$ each box. What???? I was like, cancel it. I took my boxes to UPS and they just ship my boxes out. UPS never said anything about my boxes being not good. This place will rip you out making money on you. RIP OFF.

Worst location ever! A customer and myself had to walk through the offices and into the garage to locate someone to help us. Upon finding ONE person to help, customers on the phone took priority over me. On top that, I called to have my package held at the location and it was put on the truck anyway. Way to go Fedex! I've been using this Kinko's location for over a year and a half now. I like it alot more then the one I used to use down in Marin. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Most of my projects are digital files, and I've had very few problems getting my stuff to print they way I want it. Awesome parking here too. I mean the parking lot is huge and there are allways spaces. Most times I'll drop off my project, get lunch at Panda Express or Quiznos and then pick up my stuff. I even went and saw a movie one time at the Pacific Theatre while waiting (I think its called something else now but the sign still says Pacific).

This is the first time that I am writing a negative review; but what the guy in the Fedex office did was a kind of cheating and, unfortunately, it wasn't the first time, so it is better others know and be cautious about them. I had some pages to scan, it was less than 100 pages; when I asked about the price, he told me $37 for 150 pages. It was suppose I pay according to the number of pages. When he did finish the scan; I was told" it was 92 pages and you have to pay $48." and when I asked 150 pages was $37; how 92 page is $47; he answered because more than 100 pages had discount( it is ridiculous). I told in this case you should have told me before scanning, but his reply just was a evil smile.

Every time I ship items from this location it is always a pain in the neck. The workers do not know their own policies and each time blame the customer. Example: If an item is over xx amount, they are supposed to check the box to ensure the item is of value. If you come in and the package is taped, they grumble and tell you not to tape the package cause they just have to open them and re-tape them anyways. However, if I go in there and the package is not taped, and the item is over xx amount. They tell me I need to purchase tape (cause they ran out?) and that I should have taped everything at home!?! I have many many many examples of this location acting in this manner. So if you want to ship anything and be stress free, I suggest finding another location.

Came in to inquire on the cost to print 8 color 11x17 prints, the trainee asked another associate for help, she showed him it would be $4 and change. I agreed, 25 minutes later (trainee was learning and the other associates were busy, not an issue for me), a different associate helped him ring up the order at $10 and change. I alerted them that just minutes ago I was quoted $4, I got an apology and asked if I would like to change my order. I would like my 25 minutes back. Boo.

Owner is INCREDIBLY nice and outgoing. He went above and beyond what he had to do to help us and was beyond kind. We needed to have a package overnighted in order to get Visas in time for a last minute trip and he handled everything in a matter of minutes, laid out all of the options and prices, and proceeded to have it stamped and on it's way to arrive exactly when it needed to. Awesome shop, awesome guy, fantastic service. I will literally always use this FedEx shop from now on :)

Stupid! I was seeing the fedex truck coming, stopping at my place, and the driver even didn't get off the truck! He just stopped for 1 minute, marked my package status as "delivery exception" and left!!! Great!!! Now I know why UPS is better!
