After 14 years of being a loyal customer, we saw our rates start to skyrocket. . . . 34% over the last three years, getting nothing but run-around on trying to cancel service! We started the process in fall of 2012, but are being given different dates on when an old contract from 2005 (eight years? ago) expires, as they claim it's an automatic renewal for one year at a time, but also that it has no pricing guarantees. . so basically we are locked into them for a year, but they can charge whatever they want? They haven't been able to produce a signed copy, but have dragged this process out over a year now, and are now claiming the first dates they gave us were wrong and therefore it will be yet another six months we are under contract. I would have never expected this after all these years, and am disgusted with their treatment of us. We have paid every single invoice on time every month for 14 years and THIS is how they treat us? Calls to management are seldom returned and then we're just told we're under contract. . yada yada yada, same old story. Workers are great, business practices are horrible. Competitors are offering the same service for about 50% less cost, which is evidently why they are fighting to force us to pay them for another six months so they can wring every ounce of blood from us! Do NOT trust them, don't make the same mistake we did that long term customers mean anything to them. Feel free to contact me as every word of this is true, and more. Scale operated is super nice, very little wait Saturday mornings are even better. They will arrange special rates for you. Downside is floor operater can have his issues, befriend him and you're golden. Aka bring timmies

Our local peace officer has contacted Waste Management and I've since written to them directly, but Waste Management still consistently - every single week - violate the residential noise ordinances in the residential community of Parkdale. We had been originally advised by peace officers to file a legal complaint and they even sent us the forms. Lesson learned. They had more experience in these matters, both in general and dealing with this company specifically, and I'm sure if they thought a polite letter to the company would have secured their cooperation that's what they would have advised. I regret that I wasted my time thinking that they would simply cooperate with a reasonable request instead, although I still for the life of me don't understand their refusal to.

We have been putting up with weekly noise ordinance violations from garbage collection vehicles for years. I have posted a photo here of the truck that commits these violations. Waste Management says it is not their truck(!?!?) and have to date offered no cooperation in ceasing the violation. Residents being disregarded and disrespected by the ongoing violations include disabled people with disordered sleep patterns, elderly individuals, young families, and shift workers.

Thinking of dealing with this folks? well my advice is stay away from these rude people. I only called to "nicely" inquire about dumping a few things, and was given an attitude of a mentally ill disturbed woman. Shame on WM. Just a shame. I which she said her name I would of posted it here.

(Smiths is $100/bill cheaper!!!) This company is as bad as comcast. They changed us from mail billing to email billing, but they never told us they switched us over and also never sent out an email saying we had a bill due. So after they cancelled our service due to lack of payment. After restoring the account by credit card that same day, they still did not come and pick up our garbage. Now its next week and there is a large pile of garbage that has been sitting there for a week now. First the recycling truck comes and a few hours later the garbage truck comes, but leaves behind everything they considered recycling. Now it's going to be 2 weeks that our driveway is filled with garbage that they won't pick up, even though they are charging us for it. I wonder if there are enough people in a similar situation to make this a class-action lawsuit? Next there is the issue of them picking up recycling every 2 weeks. I don't think we go thru as much garbage as the average household, yet we can easily fill their container every week. The rest gets easily scattered and we had to empty and dedicate a cabinet in our kitchen to storing it. Early on we tried putting out a second container, but they took that as garbage. This company has no business being in business! I'm going to Smiths - they are $100 CHEAPER per billing cycle and I haven't heard anything bad about them from any of my neighbors. So long WM, don't let the door hit you in the a$$ on the way out...

Terrible customer service. I was a customer for 8 years, prepaying the year for my garbage. Never had a late or missed payment. We recently moved 3 miles away and garbage is included in our HOA with another company, so I have a credit. They refuse to refund me my over payment and they refuse to do a one time bulk pick up for "non customers". So unprofessional. Rep told me "Well you chose to prepay and you chose to cancel". Will never ever have my referral again. If you MUST use them, don't ever prepay!

Three Stars for recycling water bottles, however would've been a higher rating if they didn't charge to do it... i'm sure the money is being "'used" for environmental causes but people would be much more enticed to recycle their water bottles if it wasn't $10 to recycle them.

We just cancelled our service with Waste Management THANK GOODNESS!! We have been being charged about 40% over our contract price for additional 'environmental and fuel fees' . All I can say is pay attention to your bills, don't let them 'auto-renew' your contract, make sure any contract you sign has a max upcharge % on it and shop their competition because there are options. Oh and make sure that there is nothing peeking over the top of the container. It will cost you dearly but they will give you a cute photo.

First, to Google, this number listed is for the general Waste Management customer service, not this landfill location. For the review, there's only two things I have wrong with the location. I use this location to drop of recycling as my neighborhood refuses to pay for pickup. The hours at this location are quite poor. Only being open til 4:30p on weekdays is too early to close in my opinion. But more over, I fail to understand why they need to close at all. It's a dump. They only have garbage. Just lock up your buildings at night and pay a single guard to keep watch. There's nothing to steal. But I digress. The second complaint is a small one. The small service...path (I struggle to call it a road) that you can use to get to the recycling drop off area is very rough. The only way around it is to go on the scale and wait with the garbage trucks which you don't need to do. I understand few people do what I do to recycle, but you should make an effort to make the people trying to be a bit more environmentally friendly feel welcomed.

Terrible service! If you are reading this, choose another provider or switch soon as you can. I have had my trash picked up twice out of the last 12 times they were supposed to. This is despite me making calls every week it seems asking what the deal is. Then they would say "we're sorry" and say they would send someone for a "courtesy pick up" the next day. Ha! Ya right. No shows....again!

Absolutely terrible experience in Medford. I live on a main road and 4 times this winter they simply failed to pick up trash or recycle. Like the winter wasn't difficult enough we had to deal with trash and recyclables overflowing. Then yesterday the driver with an attitude refused to take my recyclables because there was broken up branches in the bin. Even though when I called the 800 number they informed me to do so. Now I have a full bin that they refuse to pick up. What am I supposed to do with that? What a waste of our tax money!!! WM is a disgrace! Very disappointed and i will be calling city hall in the morning.

Wm will rob you blind, they start you with low fees and then rob you blind! They increase rates and create new fees every Quarter. Forget the shiny trucks you see on TV, Boston trucks belong in junk yard, employees are miserable, they are being slaved to death, more work and less pay. when i switched to WM, i got double total gallons for less money. with my previous provider, i had two 64 gallons garbage containers and one 96 gallons recycling container for almost $50 a month, now with Waste Management i have two 96 gallons garbage containers, and two 96 gallons recycling containers for almost $42 a month.. and a great service on top.. I am very satisfied..

We did not know DC Trash had sold out to WM until we got a bill from them in July. Since the takeover its been missed pickup at least once a month, get no credit on your bill for lack of their service and here it is less then 4 months and they have increased the rate. We will be changing

Waste management is a "my or the highway" company. When we signed up, there was no mention a a contract, and now they say I have a automatic renewal contract, and I must give a 90 day cancellation notice. With the automatic renewal in there I have another ten months of their crap. All I asked is for the dumpster to be moved so they don't make ruts when they pick up. The driver moved it wrong without actually checking with me. This is an official notice of cancellation. August 13, 2013.

Pit our trash out every Sunday. Pick up is Monday morning. It's Friday...trash is still on the curb. Called Tuesday the reason the driver gave was something was blocking the driveway. It's close to impossible to block our trash cans on a rural rd. Called again Thursday because they were still out. The story then changed to our trash wasn't outside. Still waiting on someone to pick up the trash. Think I'll be changing services.

I have used Waste Management Services for many years and for the most part have been very pleased. However, when a holiday occurs and the regular schedule is altered there is a problem. For example, this week was Labor Day. Our regular day of pickup is Tuesday. We received a recorded phone message that told us that trash pickup for the week would be delayed by one day. I followed the rules and placed the trash out on Wednesday morning at 6:30 am (as I was instructed to do so per the recorded phone message). However, my trash was never picked up on Wednesday or Thursday. I called both days to report no pick up. The first time I called I was told that they would be there before the end of the day on Wednesday. They never came. When I called back on Thursday morning, I was told that they would be there sometime on Thursday. They never came. When I called back on Thursday evening, I was told that they didn't pickup on Wednesday because the trash was not out or the driveway was blocked. The trash has been out since 6:30 am on Wednesday morning and has not been move. I live on a state highway and if it was blocked, traffic would be backed up for a LONG way. Like I said in the first statement above. I have used the company for years, always paid my bill on time and have always been impressed with their service except when holidays occur. I am also disturbed by the representatives at the 800 number when you call with a problem. If they see a customer that is faithful and there is an issue, they need to get some results. Here we are at Friday at 11:00am and my trash has not been picked up yet. I wonder if they would be so patient if I stopped paying my bill? Robert S Marion, Van Buren, Arkansas

Ever since Waste Management took over our trash service, it has been nothing less of a nightmare. The Monday before Thanksgiving, Waste Management came and picked up my trash and recycling containers. I had not received any letters or phone calls stating there were any issues with my account. I thought perhaps we were getting new containers, so I waited until the following week to see if new containers would be delivered. I called the following Friday to find out they had a "billing error" for my entire neighborhood, and none of us received a bill for the October-December cycle. Since they had made the error, they kindly had me pay $84 to them to cover the October-December quarter as well as a reinstatement fee. I told the CSR that I expected my containers to be delivered back to me the following week as it was their error, and I was not only having to pay for their error by paying a reinstatement fee, but also had been without trash service for two weeks.The rep advised me it would take up to two weeks to get my containers back and she apologized for the inconveniences and would waive the reinstatement fee, and would take the money paid for reinstatement and apply it to my account as a credit on my next bill. She also stated they were behind on getting containers to customers because they had ran out and were expecting a shipment to be received soon - hence the two week wait for new containers. I waited the two weeks and still no containers. Here we are, 4 weeks after they took my containers in error due to their own billing mistakes and lack of communication regarding their mistakes. I have now had to go out and purchase a large trash bin so we had a place to put our trash as we were having issues with animals getting into our trash, and we had also purchased a large plastic tote to place our recycles in - another issue because if Monday happened to be windy, you can imagine what happened to our recycles. I call back and speak with a different rep and am told once again they are receiving a shipment of containers that week and I will have containers back within two weeks. I advise them this is completely unacceptable and explain what has already taken place. The rep apologizes, tells me there's nothing she can do, and to call back in two weeks if the containers have not been received. Low and behold, 3 weeks later, still no containers. I waited until after the holidays, giving them the benefit of the doubt since the schedules were a little off due to Christmas & New Years. I call back yesterday, 01/04, and speak to yet another rep who seems to know nothing about my account and the troubles I have been experiencing, despite the fact the previous reps advised they are notating my account. I have to explain to yet another person everything that has occurred. I tell her there is a $15 balance on my current statement and I expect it to be credited since I have been out my full trash service for 8 weeks now. She speaks with the manager and comes back to tell me they can go ahead and issue the credit. Our conversation rolls on, and I advise her I want my containers back that day because I have waited long enough and I was tired of excuses and being given a run around. She speaks with dispatch and comes back to tell me it'll be impossible to deliver them same day. I tell her they have 48 hours to deliver them to me or I would be coming up to the facility to speak directly with a manager. She tells me she will go ahead and have a manager call me, but it'll be a couple of hours as all the managers are now in a meeting that typically lasts until 12:00. The manager finally calls me back around 2:00 and advises me the containers will be dropped the following day. I came home last night and my containers had been delivered. I do not know what kind of business they are running, but taking someone's containers due to the their own error, making them wait 8 weeks to get them back, and giving them the run around phone call after phone call is completely unacceptable. Avoid using Waste Management at all cost.

Well first off, it took them almost 2 months to get my trashcans to me. They tried to tell me that they were "back ordered" and that they would be there within 5 business days. Once the business days were up, I called again and they lied and tried telling me that they already delivered my trashcans when they didn't! And on top of that, they like throwing my trashcans in the middle of the street on trash day along with everyone else's trashcans. Worst customer service ever.

I'd like to thank you so much for hassling my parents, who own a small business, for MONTHS regarding a bill that never should have been charged in the first place. And for adding onto it diligently every single month without just cause. In addition to automatically renewing their contract with your company, you refused to provide them a copy of this to them so that they would have the chance to cancel per your terms. Your questionable business practices prompted me to check with the Better Business Bureau, where I found that we are not the only people who have had issues with you so extreme that we felt the need to file a formal complaint. A healthy portion of these are due to billing issues as well as problems with your service, or likely lack thereof. I can sympathize with what I assume are these former customers of yours. You can expect a review with accolades at this same level on every site I can find. I'd like to note this still have not been taken care of and it has been ongoing since October 2014. Your service and complaint management/rectification are ever-so-appropriately GARBAGE.

Over all the service is sub-par at best. When the trash was picked up if the driver dropped any trash it was left on the side of the road. If you need special pickup they claimed to offer it but then informed me after purchasing their service that they do not offer it. I recently cancelled services when I found that Terry's Waste-management was 25% cheaper, actually take all the trash including special pickup, and Waste Management raised their prices without notice. If you cancel I recommend doing so when your paying period is up rather than in the middle as I just found out 24 days after cancelling that it will be at least 4-8 weeks before they will even process the refund.

I had wrong pickups, no pick ups. over charges, nobody knew when to get my pickups for a whole year I suffered with this over-sized company. I didn't even talk with anyone in New York where I am; all calls go to Mass. I have had to call every month for billing errors and pickup errors right down to my closed account in July 2015 being charged, another $215.00 to remove their own dumpster. Buyer BEWARE.

as residential customers, we were obviously the bottom of the priority list for this very large automated corporation. I am switching to a smaller, less expensive, more local trash pickup service after having trash pickup delays and cancellations for the third time in the past couple months. It is hard to have to wonder every week whether or not trash will get taken.

After reading a good number of reviews, I felt I should put mine up here, not to dog pile onto Tri R Recycling/Waste Management, but because I wanted to put what I think is a more accurate review of things. I have lived in apartments my entire adult life, and have not had the luxury of being able to have anyone come and pick up my many of my recyclables until this last apartment that I moved into almost 3 years ago. Back in 1987 when I first moved to Denver, I wanted to clean up my recyclables. I didn't want to throw them "away" to end up in a landfill. I made the effort to find a place that would take many of them. I found Tri-R Recycling, which is also at the same location as Waste Management. I separated and bagged up my recyclables as I needed, and when I got a good bunch to bring, I would load them up every month into my vehicle and regardless where I lived, I would make the effort to drive to Tri-R Recycling and dump them off. I've always appreciated the fact that you can go there anytime day or night to drop off the items that they take. They take mixed paper (mail too), phone books, cardboard and paperboard, steel and aluminum cans, glass, and plastic CONTAINERS ONLY 1-2 type, no plastic bags or other grades of plastic as of yet, as far as I know. I've had to call them a few times for questions, and I will admit, the customer service over the phone is very bad. It's not helpful and feels like whenever you call someone from a government office, like they don't even want to help you or care. I hope that this will change for other people that have to get answers to questions from them. I also hope that they will improve their experience in picking up peoples' things who are paying customers. All in all, I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars. Just an FYI, I found the service received by Alpine Waste & Recycling where I currently live to be exceptional. I'd never known the convenience of getting my recyclables picked up for me until I moved to my current apartment complex that has a recycling dumpster from Alpine. Now I can put all the above recyclables in there, plus any containers that are plastics 1-7. Also styrofoam food containers Alpine will also take, AS LONG AS THEY'RE THOROUGHLY RINSED, but NO BAGS. I found that Best Buy will take all your plastic bags 1-2 type, along with any electronics you don't want or use, and recyclable batteries only, no alkaline. Alkaline batteries can be taken to Metech Recycling and they are wonderful over there. Sustainability Recycling has become a real favorite of mine because whatever isn't picked up by Alpine, or taken by Best Buy or Metech, I can take all the above and more to Sustainability Recycling and it goes to a good cause. Now, after almost 30 years of living in Denver, I can finally bag up all those bottle caps, jar lids, lotion-soap-and cleaner product pump assemblies (completely rinsed out and pumped out of anything in them of course) and take a large bag of them every several months over to Sustainability Recycling. They've also taken scrap metal (tiny to large pieces), an old broken metal desk lamp, and in the coming months I'm going to take them a bag of old worn and torn blankets and linens, my computer, my external hard drive, speakers, old printer/scanner, and possibly my keyboard, mouse and monitor. Sustainability Recycling will take many more things that often others will not and like I said, it goes to a very good cause. The people down there are all very helpful too, both on the phone and in person as I've done this many times with them. I hope my review helps inspire someone else to do all they can to recycle everything they can, so as to leave less trash on this place we call our home.

Had fine service until they keep raising the rates without telling me. Also missed my trash pickup and a new company happened to come by that day and cut my bill in half and promise not to raise the rates for 2 years. I emailed to cancel services... this is like pulling teeth. I then called after a usless email exchange. The girl was easy to deal with because she didnt care or know how to do her job. She stated I would get a refund of my $23 and the service was canceled (I had to tell her I was canceling twice and she asked me if I needed services at a new address.. No, I just told you I was switching). I called back today and was told it is policy for WM not to issue refunds. This right here is a load of crap. Ill let my bank know they stole my money and then they can figure it out. I am finally having them pick up the cans after month of not getting anywhere with that either. Switched to Waste Connections.

There seems to be a major disconnect between customer service and the trucks. It took nearly 3 weeks and daily phone calls for the last 5 days (not an exaggeration) after we set up service to get our receptacles delivered. We were told multiple times that they would be delivered "tomorrow" to no avail. Then on the day they were finally delivered, we set out our 3 weeks of collected trash only to have it left. The truck dropped off the receptacles but left our trash sitting at the end of our driveway. We called them as soon as we got home and were told they would be by that evening (the trucks make pick ups until 6pm). Well...still no pick up. I'm VERY disappointed in this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered and PAID for a service to be done on a Tuesday. It was extremely simple- pick up 8 bags of yard waste. Tuesday came and went and no one came and I recieved no phone call as to why. I had to call 3 times on Wednesday to tell people I needed the waste picked up and each time they acted like it was the first time I had called. They assured me someone would be out to pick it up that day. Wednesday came and went, so on Thursday I call again and find out they sent "the wrong truck" to pick it up, so they just left it there. Now 2 days past deadline, I'm still calling and being assured "someone will come" to get the yard waste. I seriously doubt they will follow through given their poor track record and lies they've made in the past. This is so simple; there is no reason for this level of incompetence.

We had been WM customers for about 30 years and they did a fairly good job. This last year to present was a downhill slide in service. Our experience with WM lack of professional service matches most of the posted complaints I've read here. They just raised their monthly rate after not picking up our trash for THREE WEEKS! Feel lucky to find a much better service that picks up at 7:45 a.m. instead of WM's delayed pickup of 5:30-6:00 p.m. Doing a happy dance!!

I would say that this is the worst disposal company we've dealt with, but in fact it's the worst company I can remember having dealt with in general. We signed up for their service more than three weeks ago and they have yet to pick up any of our trash. The best part is that our neighbors also use WM and have had their garbage removed weekly. So.. They come around, see our 3 week accumulated street side mountain of trash, know we are paying customers, and decide not to pick it up. I guess I need to put out a sign, or drop it off myself. We have called multiple times only to be lied to about when they will be out to do their job. We're switching to Western, as they would need to go very far out of their way to top this insane level disservice and negligence. Instead of WM I'd recommend finding a company that manages waste, instead of wasting your time and money.

As soon as they pick up my recycling from a week ago, I will be changing trash companies. Yes, my recycling has been outside on my driveway for EIGHT days! Waste Management customer service makes up a new story every time I call them (9 calls in 8 days resulting in 9 promises and NO results. I cannot even get there employees on the same page! Corporate no help either, just another drone with another excuse. Shame on you Waste Management!

Called every day for a week to have a desktop taken away. Was ASSURED every time i called that it would be removed by end of day. The 5th day i asked to talk to a supervisor, got one, was disconnected, waited another 20 minutes on hold, talked to ANOTHER supervisor, was told how sorry they were, then ASSURED the desktop would be picked up by end of day. NOPE. Its now the next week, and im STILL trying to get them to do their JOB

Trash service has been great, recycling on the other hand is hands down the worst service experience I've ever had. Continuously missed scheduled and rescheduled pickups, dishonest reports by driver as to why pickups are missed, no follow through on problems when reported. Countless hours spent on the phone with customer service who can only see what's on their screen and put in requests for local dispatchers to contact you, and then they rarely ever do. How does someone important at WM not care about this? Look at these reviews. How are they still in business?

The WORSE service ever! They can't provide even half way decent customer service. For the past 3 months the pick up service has been days late and/or don't come at all. They never proactively send an email or call about an issue notifying us of delayed service, even though they say they do. The representatives are ineffective and poorly trained. Seriously - look for other service, that's what I'm doing this afternoon while my trash is still in my driveway waiting to be picked up (since yesterday morning)!

It's a landfill people, it takes a lot to maintain. The price is fair for what they offer, it costs money to dispose of things properly. The people there are very nice, especially considering they work at a landfill!! Dumping your couch or other trash anywhere else doesn't make you frugal, it makes you a jackass.

11/4/15. Beware of fees! I searched for fees before making the trip of 15 miles +/- one way to this landfill but could not find them on their website or on Waste Management's website (WM apparently operates this landfill for Denver & Arapahoe County). Assuming the fee would be reasonable I decided to go ahead and haul my old couch to this landfill in my pickup. The charge was going to be $66 which I thought was outrageous so declined to utilize their service. I have found another county landfill in the front range area that the fee will be $11 but unfortunately is going to be a longer haul.

This place is a joke. I called to see if I could drop off a old couch and mattress. They told me it would be 25 for the matters and 66 for the couch but if I had a truck it would be 66 for a truck load?? Like seriously? So I decided to just take it and sit it by a dumpster. We are 5 months at our new home and inherited the WM account from the previous owners. We have a scheduled biweekly recycling pickup. Trouble is, they have missed almost half of the scheduled pickups to date. This means I often have four weeks of trash in my garage. I've called them everytime this happened and at least in the beginning they would schedule a makeup pickup. Sometimes, they would even come through, other times they needed multiple reminders. Recently they basically say, wait until you next cycle. We asked for a refund for the missed pickups and they responded with, "if we miss another pickup we'll give you a refund". What a joke! We're canceling our service. I wish I would have given them less chances to correct themselves because they clearly don't care about their customers. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Stay away...

Waste Management is awful. They miss pick-ups; they provide erroneous recovery dates which means they lie. It requires an act of congress to get credited for failure to provide service. I feel sorry for Josh who works hard and bears the brunt of criticism from unhappy customers. He is a one-man crew who works really hard. I hope someday he can find a better company for which he can work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has the WORST customer service I have every experienced. We moved and tried to transfer our services to the new house. They kept telling us they would pick up the trash at the old location and did not. The new homeowners had moved in and had to deal with our trash sitting outside for weeks. Then they told us to take the bins with us only the later tell us they should have stayed. They are rude, unapologetic for mistakes their employees make, and disorganized. Months after canceling their service because of the ridiculous customer service they send us a bill. I call to find out why and they tell me its because we didn't cancel our service. Absurd! We cancelled and sent the bins back. DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT!!!!!

Irma was very pleasant and quickly apologized and resolved the issue. Everything else has been smooth and pleasant. Once even the trash guy helped me when I had extra stuff to toss. I moved to a different town and when I transfered my service they told me to take my can which I did. They didn't collect any trash for 3 weeks. Now I have about 20 bags piled up. they said they could pick up 7 extra bags as a one time courtesy service. I put the bags out early morning and they never picked it up. So, now our bill came and they charged me a deposit and fee for a new can. I complained to someone with no reply. They started skipping our pick up and finally last week they picked up the trash along with the can. Now they are wanting over 200 dollars. I don't think so. NOT THIS PERSON WM!!!!! And by the way, the bags I left out got torn up by animals. Big mess every where that I had to clean up. I am disabled and this task was very painful for me. Also every time I called they acted as if it was the first time. Someone isn't keeping track of my calls. Why I do not know. Now I'm going to have to hire someone to do WM's job. This isn't right.

We canceled our service after three months. The office staff, accounting staff, management, and the truck drivers DO NOT communicate with each other. When you talk to them on the phone and explain the problem, they act as if they understand what you're saying and tell you the everything is ok. Unfortunately, everything is far from ok. No one keeps notes on what was discussed and so nothing gets resolved. You could talk to them at 9:00 in the morning and if you call back at 1:00 in the afternoon, you will encounter the same problem that you called them about in the first place. And while all the back and forth are occurring, your trash is left on the curb because the truck drivers are not informed of what is going on. Our recyclable bin was not picked up for three weeks! Extremely unhappy with the service from this company. Extremely unhappy!

Where to begin. Lets start with random charges with no explanation as to the charges even after being with them for 4 years. Who has ever heard of a contract that renews for 48months. Deceptive practices. I haven't signed a contract for 3 years but I have 36 months left on a contract. Then I thought to cancel guess what $1750 plus HST cancellation of contract fee. Then I paid and thought I would complain to the BBB . I got an apology and they said that they would return the $600.00 they over charged me 3 months earlier. I haven't seen the $600.00 they promised me and I was sent another statement from Waste Management telling me I owe them $384.00 . The kicker is the $49.00 pick up charge for the empty bin. The company has the best lawyers the contract has so much fine print it is not even worth going to court. My advice use any other company except this one.

Worst customer service ever at the highest price possible. We cancelled our contract on a Thursday, and was told the bin would be removed on the following Tuesday. Wednesday the bin was still in place (and in our way). We were PROMISED it would be gone by 6PM that day. Did not happen. Our next step is to move the bin on to the street curb and let the RCMP deal with it.

Very upset with this company. You have to wait until your first trash pick up after the 1st of the month for 3 months to get yard waste pick up. In March it goes to every week But you have to wait a full week so it will 2 nd week in March to get a pick up.. They over charge terrible customer service and you have to pay for recycling and they get paid for your suff. Aptments around here have no recycling options they throw everything in the regular trash. Now in Dec of 2015 Spokane Wa had a terrible wind strom trees down leaves and yard waste everywhere you would of thought this company would of helped the community by picking up their yard waste.

Horrible service!! I purchased a home, called to have the service transferred to me and the person said that they would deliver new cans because the old cans would be picked up because the prior owner has discontinued their service. They delivered new cans as promised and that was the last time I would be happy with them. The next week, they picked up my new cans so I called and they said that it must have been a mistake but they would not deliver new cans until the next week. I had to keep my garbage in my house and garage which stunk the place up so I ended up taking the garbage to my second home and getting rid of it there. They refused to credit me for the week that they did not provide me services. Then today, they didn't pick up my recycling when they picked up everyone else's. The bin was overflowing because they hadn't picked up my recycling for a month. It is horrible we are stuck using them for our garbage!!!

I've been a waste management customer for over 15 years in Spokane and never had a problem that I've read in these postings. My drivers have always been outgoing and courteous. The garbage guy always stops and talks with my child there a joy to have in our neighborhood! I don't know what these A-holes are talking about. I guess everyone needs a place to complain. First inept with the picking up of garbage cans from previous owners, blaming it on Venders of course, they said that there were no cans 2 different times, garbage sat for 2 weeks. I missed getting the trash out in time and called asking if I could pay them extra to come back and pick it up. Apparently you can't pay for a special pickup. I was told I could take it to the city dump. I mentioned being legally blind I can't drive and thus couldn't take it to the dump. I don't have anyone available to take me so I guess my trash will just have to pile up for a week since it won't fit in a full cart. One would think I could get a second cart or something. I just switched from paperless billing using e-mail back to snail mail billing. This is about the only company that I don't use e-mail billing. I found that WM does not send any reminders before they cut off service. If their e-mail bill should come during some period when I am traveling or otherwise get heavy e-mails they don''t send a reminder and quite honestly I can end up forgetting about the bill. Every other company send a reminder that my bill is about due. At least the regular mail will sit on my desk in plain sight until I pay it. I had service from ETC for 20 years and never had such an issue. Their electronic billing worked great. ETC is a smaller local firm.. You'd think WM could get it together.

After 30 years of WM service, they changed my pickup day to Thursday--no exceptions. When I missed a pickup (of course, it's ALWAYS one you really needed), I asked if just this time, since I was only 2 miles from the dump site, if they could come pick it up when a truck was near my street. They so NO, unless I wanted to pay $75. I called the central office in TX, and they said my trash would be picked up by Friday, or at the very least, the following Monday. Since I was leaving town, I took the chance to put my trash out, and hope for the best (my neighbors are NOT happy about cans sitting out). When I returned on Tuesday, the cans were still out--full--never picked up. I called TX again. They said they stopped for a pickup, but my cans were not OUT. I said, indeed they were, and my neighbors could attest to it. I promised to move my service to a new one when I returned again (today), and am finding much cheaper prices. Certainly the service couldn't be any worse, so now I'm worried they'll try to zap me with some kind of surcharge (as in another review). Shame on you, WM. You're supposed to be a service industry. Where's the service?

My area had a bad snow storm and they refused to pick up my trash told me to but double out the next week because since their drivers missed my stop there were not coming back out until the following week. I do live on a hill however the street was clear no snow at all. A week prior I had called because they didn't pick up my trash and was told because they got my payment a day after the schedule cancel letter was sent out. They stopped my service until I pay $25.00 resume fee. I remind you my check was cashed for two week and I guess they had realized that they didn't stop the service prior they quickly stopped it when they realized it wasn't stopped for $25.00 and then told me they will be billing me another $25.00 resume fee because it was stopped after they cashed my check. I told them I am switching to a better provider with better service. This company is so money hungry. The bad thing about it is I have relatives that work for them I clearing expressed my issue with this company.

It's kind of out of the way, but our apartment complex (on the other side of Dupage County) doesn't seem to have any kind of recycling options. Luckily this isn't that far from my job, so I can drop off our recyclables before work. Don't even bother going on a Monday or right after a holiday--the dumpsters will be packed solid.

After keeping Waste Management through our contract term plus 3 additional years our company decided to evaluate ours trash service verse recycling after receiving a renewal notice and the the constant fee increase. I returned the notice certified mail with a cancellation note, 47 days in advance. Based on the notice terms and criteria sent to me on that months on renewal letter. After we replied to the renewal request to cancel services by certified mail as stated in the terms on back of the notice which identifies the procedure and time frame specified on back in fine print. They proceed to tell us we have to wait 14 months to cancel that we missed the window to cancel or pay a large penalty. I referred them to the the terms on the back of the notice they just sent, that says respond at least 30 days prior but no more than 180 before the end of the contract term.Which I did with 47 days. There smug reply was that's not valid because the original 3 year contract signed 6 years ago are the actual terms which states cancel between 60-180 days to the end of your term.The terms on the notice are note my signed terms As a business owner, I would think after 6 years of service how do we keep a relationship with a loyal customer, not can we squeeze an extra nickle from them. Even they could be a good customer for there recycle program. Instead this shows me that squeezing there customer is more important to them. My opinion steer clear if its to late ask for a non auto renewable contract and a set monthly charge. It helps to shop but I recommend staying away from this group. There are other groups that will be priced far and allow you not to do contract term periods.

Most customer services places will credit one's account while on vacation. WM's policy is that they will only put a stop on your service and/or credit my account if I am gone 4 weeks or more!!! How many people actually take a FOUR WEEK vacation?? Ridiculous!! It is also very difficult to purchase yard waste stickers!! They used to be conveniently located for purchase at my local County Market; every other Garbage Service in town has stickers available there!! After calling WM, I was informed that the nearest place of purchase is at ACE Hardward which is a distance. Very frustrating!! Please make them available at County Market again!! Horrible customer service on the service end: driver could not empty recycling totes because there was /recycling in the way/...wth? If that's not their job I'm not sure whose it is. Conniving service agreement that auto renews for three additional fun-filled years of picking up your own garbage. 1-800 number does not work from Springfield, so that's nice that they plaster that number on the dumpster. Should something fall under the dumpster while it is lifted up to be emptied, you can be sure it will remain there forever, or until you can complete the 6 year contract and switch to Republic, or Lake Area, or a local crackhead with a pickup truck. Not in the habit of posting reviews, but this place has my blood at a boil, and there's little else I can do apart from vent frustrations, and hopefully impact their business by saving even one hapless victim from becoming their customer.

Very friendly phone people. People who have no powe at all and a lazy scraggly garbage man who never picks stuff up. Company always say that they can't pick it up that day but will have the guy come back next week. There is about a 33% chance that they might actually do that. The company will say you should switch to one of their cans, costs a little bit more but you can put more in it. Again this is important because the company will remember to pick up your trash about once a month. If the parent corporation in Arizona had any sense they would just fire all the local branch and rehire from other companies. But good luck talking to those guys.

I used WM on the West end of town for my home and there were several occasions where they would not pickup my garbage. I would call and the driver claimed it was not there even though I had put it out the night before and had it placed at the end of my driveway. They said they would do a quick pickup for me the day I called but I told them that I was not home to put out the garbage. Then, the next day they wanted to charge me an extra $30 for the pickup to collect my 3 weeks of trash they missed. Terrible company in every way.

The employee's are an embarrassment to this well established company.They drive there trucks down the middle of one way streets I understand it's for they're convenience but when you intentionally block off the whole street facing the wrong way that's a little much. It's even more of an issue when during the next pickup you intentionally throw my can in the truck. Customer service was notified three times promises were made to replace my can on two occassions.No response no return phone calls as promised.Spoke with supervisor still no replacement. During my property clean outs in the future they will not even be a thought. This is not how I expect a company of this caliber to conduct business. Wish I could rate as a star deduction.

Their prices are higher than all competitors in my part of Papillion. Their truck, in my area, leaks some fluid as it goes down the street. They give you a schedule for recycle pick up on a annual post card & then deviate from that. Phone their local number and it sends you to a Michigan call center, who then has to transfer you again. They, like other companies, USED to make an automated call to you when schedules change due to weather or holidays.

Stevens sold out to Waste Management. WM picked our trash up last week, but missed picking it up Monday. I called Monday and they assured me they would be back later Monday to pick it up. They did not come so I figured they would come Tuesday. Called them Tuesday and they said Wednesday. Told them really need it picked up because having my sons 18th birthday party. They said would be picked up within 24 hours. Called Wednesday would be picked up Thursday. Told them again about birthday party. Called Thursday was told 24 hours. I asked the girl is this the way you treat your customers? She said she could not believe it had not been picked up. Called Friday and was told they probably would not be out to pick up. So day of party and this is what my guest have to look at first thing pulling in my drive way. You can bet I will be sure and let them know the whole story also. My wife and I cancelled our service after the by-weekly recycling pickup became an almost by-monthly pickup. This problem existed throughout our neighborhood and after multiple phone calls to Waste Management for customer support many of us switched to another provider (Garbage Man). The service issues evaporated with the new provider and have been near perfect for over a year. I do however still have a 96 gallon recycling bin which has yet to picked up by Waste Management. My wife and I have both called the company and have been told to leave the bin at the curb to be reclaimed. The bin has been out from 6AM - 6PM on the designated day for over 2 months without being picked up. I would return it personally but it will not fit in my car and I am very near the point where I chop up the bin into smaller pieces to send out via my now reliable by-weekly recycling service. I do not know the root cause of situations like this but the pattern of inconsistencies and unreliability is quite frustrating.

Prices seemed high enough for me to wish I had heavier stuff to offload. They didn't charge me by weight, but by the trip. Have patience and you'll be fine here. Watch out for fast driving dump trucks, and grab a pint at Drakes Barrelhouse nearby when you're done with work, it's near the Walmart parking lot nearby.

I couldn't bring our bulk pick up outside because cars parked all along curbside near our home. I called Waste Management as soon as they opened to inform them there was no space for our items on the curbside and if we could reschedule for the following week. They indicated that I lost my free bulk pick up for the year because I didn't call at least 24 hours before the actual pick up day. Talking to the representative was like talking to DMV clerks...no compassion or manners at all.

Sucks! have to sort every single item instead of just dumping it like the old days, takes 10 times longer! Just charge a bit more and provide min wage jobs for people to do that. People have been hurt having to throw each item into the large metal bins (Porcelain explodes, things cut you, etc ) Used to be able to just push everything off the truck, now you look like you've been rolling around in garbage all day by the time you leave. No wonder people just dump stuff wherever they can. Great job on the "improvements" guys!

I can't believe that nobody realized something was wrong sooner when the recycled materials was being hauled to the trash for several months. That would be a major slow down in work flow for the recycle department. Sounds like there is more to this than what is in the newspaper. People don't go to work everyday planning on not doing their job correctly. Supervisors get their orders from someone. I'm Disappointed. The gentleman that come by the house do a great job and are always professional.

Please beware they will rope you in to a 3 year contract that can ONLY be cancelled 90-120 days by written, certified letter- OR the contract will automatically renew! If you want to cancel, they will charge tons of fees. Plus they will quote you for the trash dumpster, which ours is $87/month but our monthly total bill is $178!!! They have all these extra taxes and fees others do not. We are trying to get out of an "auto renew" contract and never would recommend them! If a customer does not want to do business with you anymore, why make it impossible? Worst company we have ever worked with... our current waste management company is 1/2 the cost!

Don't know how you can F**K up trash and recycling service but somehow these people can. All the drivers and collectors have to be felons, they are liars, rude and generally useless. They stole MY recycle bin that belonged to me and threw it in the back of their truck and then refused to give it back. I have called so many times over the past 10 years to complain and the issue is alway "supposedly" escalated to a manager. NO ONE SINGLE PERSON CALLED ME BACK ABOUT MY STOLEN BIN. This place operates like the mob, we have had several days that the dumpster has not been dumped. waste management told me that they have five days to complete the pick up. also the driver just lies to the dispatch and says that we have been serviced. it is all bad service and they wont let me cancel service unless I pay 1200$ even though they have not lived up to the contract. Choose anyone else besides these guys. The service I have received has been absolutely horrendous. I was told at the beginning that I needed to pay 3 months in advance for my service, but then came to find out that I didn't even need to pay upfront and that they would just bill at the end of each month... Then my first two pickups were missed... When I called customer service it took 15 minutes to find my account, then later, I found out that the account they pulled up was not actually my account, so they reported trash not being picked up for the wrong account and address. In addition, I asked for a manager to call me back, and I was assured that they would call back that day. I was disappointed when after two days I had not received a call back, and also... they missed the trash pickup again. This has been my experience with Waste Management in San Antonio.

Horrible Customer Service and Service! They offer a gurantee but when they break the guarantee they dont do anything about it but well, so sorry! They were scheduled to come out to my home several times with there guarantee and failed too and then when i asked for a credit, they credited me only for a mistake on my bill, not for all the inconviences they caused me. Dont recommend. Call Tiger or someone else!!!

Awful. I live in a condo. Waste Management sends a huge truck into our complex a couple of times per week in the middle of the night. They just woke me up. Again. At 3:53 in the morning. It is loud. The truck beeps, clangs the dumpsters around and flashes lights. Not only do they wake me up, they wake up my son who had a hard time going back to sleep. Who also has to get up and go to school in 3 hours. Now: I have called. And called. I have spoke with the route "manager" twice. He's assured me that they wouldn't pick up until after 7 am. This has ended up being a lie. Three times now I've asked. This company is rude and inconsiderate. If you're thinking of hiring them don't. Run the other way. They'll show up to your home in the middle of the night, wake you up and not care or treat you with any decency whatsoever.

Went to the Texas Disposal Systems Starcrest Transfer Station at 11601 Starcrest Dr on July 6, for the free landfill day and was only allowed 1 cubic yard of free dump services. I had wooden fence panels. Bulky trash pick up in my front yard is July 15 and they allow me 8 cubic yards. The attendant said I had 5 cubic yards and was going to charge me $76 on free landfill day. They will just have to pick it all up off my front curb.

I want to give no stars. Because both times today in my alleyway I had to put all 8 recycling and garbage cans away because they were blocking my way of getting in and out of my parking spot. If you are able to move the cans from their original spot you can put them back the way they were instead of leaving them in front of someones parking spot in the alleyway. My old garbage man put them nicely back every time he would take the trash and recycling.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. You cannot discontinue service in Reno unless you prove no-one is in the house. This happened twice on a rental - they kept charging until they could verify no-one lived there. Of course, since it went one week into a period, I was charged for the whole period. Great, stopped, but they started automatic billing again at the first of the year. Never refunded for that quarter either! Another time, I had automatic payments; they continued billing almost $200 worth to me in addition to the renters. Still trying to get all of that back! Takes forever to get someone on the phone. Can I sue for mental pain and suffering? Zero stars!

I hope they clean up their image, and show some pride in their workplace. And if Waste Management is going to be the only one that recycles more than one type of thing, there needs to be two Waste Managements. For such a well funded city Reno's recycling program SUCKS. I just moved to Reno and the complex I moved in to does not have a recycling center so I called WM to see which center was closest that takes cardboard. The operator I spoke with said that it was on Commercial Row and gave me the hours of operation. Of course the recycling center is only open from 8-4:30 during the week (I work 7:30-5) and the transfer station is open from 7:00 - 5:00. I got up early so that I could drop the cardboard off before work (keep in mind I live in South Reno and the station is in north Reno). I got to what I thought was the transfer station and no one was there. I called to complain and was told the recycling station is the one located on the corner of Sutro and Commercial. The transfer station that opens at 7:00 is the opposite direction on Commercial. Now, why didn't the operator I spoke with yesterday feel the importance to tell me there were two stations. She gave me the address and that was it. I am just trying to do the right thing but at this point I am really fed up and tempted to just throw it in the garbage just to free up space in my car.

This is the worst, most unreliable service I have ever used. I recently moved. the first week, they didn't pick up my trash. We called them and they said that we didn't have an account. We did. they apologized and said they would pick it up next time. Next time comes and they pick up our garbage, and also literally disposed of the blue garbage barrel. The entire thing! We called again and they said we can leave the garbage in black bags on the side of the road next week. Next week just passed, and they picked up everything. they did not leave a barrel. We have nowhere to throw our garbage. These people are utterly incompetent.

Rented a trash bin and was quoted a price of $305.00 for one week. I explained that I was filling with dirt and grass. Nothing was said regarding additional charges for excess weight. They picked up the container and I received a bill for an additional $332.00 I called and asked why and I was told because I put grass in the container and I went over the weight limit. None of this was explained to me when I rented the container. The lady I spoke with didn't come across like she cared about my concerns. She told me it was in the contract. Those of you renting from Burrtec in the future do not make the same mistake I made and end up paying double the quoted price. READ THE CONTRACT. Do not accept their quote over the phone as cast in stone as they can change the price and you have no recourse. You would have thought I would have been given, at least, a courtesy call regarding the excess weight. How do I know if it was really over the weight limit.

Had a refrigerator go bad on me. I called Waste Management to find a recycling drop-off point as I did not want to leave it on the curb for them. Spoke to a young lady who guided me to a WM facility in Saugus, CA. She advised me that they'll take the refrigerator off my truck and recycle it for free, and that I can drop it off M-F, 8am-5pm. I loaded it onto my truck and took it to the facility. I arrived at 3pm on a Monday. I went inside and a guy told me to back my truck up to the gate and they'd forklift it off. As I backed up my truck, I was approached by a non-english speaking employee who was waving me off. When I asked what's the problem, he said, "No takee, no takee, closed now". Pointing out that it was only 3pm didn't help. Angry, I went back inside to the original guy and he looked and said that the front office girl had gone home already, and if it was up to him he'd take the fridge but that the non-english speaker was in charge of that stuff. We went back and forth a few times, and then I left as they had no intention of taking my fridge. I drove down the street and made a u-turn. As I passed the drop off area, I noticed a customer had pulled in with furniture and a TV and the same employees were gladly taking his stuff and throwing it into the proper bins. I guess my fridge was way to much work for them this late in the day. I stopped in front of the facility and called the main office to complain. The guy I spoke to couldn't even find the Saugus facility on his system so he couldn't help me. I assured him the place was real and offered to take a picture of the Waste Management sign with the address and all the trucks but that didn't help. When I got home with my busted fridge, I called the main office again to complain. I was told that I indeed had gone to the correct facility, I was well within the drop-off time frame, and that someone should have helped me and taken my fridge. She advised me to try again in the morning and apologized for the inconvenience. I will be trying again in the morning. I will collect the names of those responsible and needless to say, I will be making a formal complaint. Here I am trying to do the right thing and correctly dispose of a potentially dangerous item, but nobody that works there seemed to give a crap about that. Just a paycheck, right?

dealing with these people is a nightmare. When I first moved in to my new home a few streets away from my old address, which I was at for the years, they totally screwed up my account and used my neighbors address (they didn't catch their address ALREADY HAD SERVICE) and, finally three weeks later and trash building up (rotting food in JULY TEMPERATURES) I dealt with the supervisor nammed AJ, who finally straightened it out for me. I continue to make my payments and then they interrupt my service because of a $25 set up fee assessed on the account, I wasn't aware of. No problem right? I can add $25 to my next bill, and alls well? No, they refused to collect my trash, mind you ONLY the trash, the green and gray tubs were collected, but the blue trash bin was missed. I had to cancel my check through my bank bill pay, go online and make my payment, and they STILL wouldn't come out until the following week. Awesome customer service to someone who paid their bill faithfully for several years O_o. FAIL!!!

Our trash pickup in our homeowners' association was missed yesterday. Pickup is scheduled for Fridays and normally occurs in the morning. I called customer service at 2 pm and was assured that there were no delays and that the pickup would be made by the end of the day. It didn't happen. I called the next morning but the office was closed for the weekend. Some of my neighbors stated that they had also tried to reach WM without success. I drove to the WM Fayetteville office hoping to find someone there who could cause the pickup to happen today. I waited for 45 minutes until one of the drivers returned. He explained that he picked up commercial trash, not residential trash. I asked him for the phone number to a supervisor. He couldn't give it to me because it was a private number, so I asked him to call the supervisor and ask him to call me on my cell phone. The driver left a message for the supervisor to call me. He hasn't. Not a good business model! epilogue - 15 minutes after I posted the above, WM truck came by our HOA. When they are here, the service is good. Communication is still a problem. I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Let's try for 5!

I am a home owner who lives across the street from this business, and if I knew what I was going to live next to when I purchased my home, I would not have. Waste Management cooks old food that is transported from the Las Vegas strip that they get for free from all the buffets in the hotels. They transport the food in OPEN tractor-trailers and other open vehicle and then cook the aged food to feed pigs on their farm leaving a STRONG and bad odor in the neighborhood year out, 24 hours a day. I can't count on my both hands the number of home owners who moved out of the neighborhood due to the smell coming from Waste Management and the way they maintain there large property. It's always full of trash and blows around. Phone calls and letters to Waste Management go unanswered.

We had nothing but trouble with this company. Their container service took over a month to get us a container, refused to pick it up when we terminated our account in a timely manner, and is now trying collect one hundred dollars from us because they failed to retrieve their container from the property even though we left it for over a month at the agreed upon location - which was exactly where it was dropped off. Avoid this company at all costs if you have any choice whatsoever - there are other choices in this area for waste pickup.

Waste Management severely disappointed me while trying to get their service in my area! I have never been so upset with a company. I recently moved and was looking for trash service in my area, I called WM and the operator let me know that they were available in my area and gave me the rate/pick up day. I called back the next day to actually set up my account. A different operator gave me the same information the first operator gave to me. I set up the service. The day of my pick up, I received a call at work from the manager saying that they don't have service in my area. When I questioned why both operators told me they serviced my area, he told me that they didn't have the capability of telling where they serviced and where they didn't service on their computer programs. When I got home from work, my trash that I had set out was removed and a 'waste management' bin was on my driveway. Again I called, and the customer rep. said she would have a manager call me that day, No call. I called the next day and that customer service agent said he would have a manager call me that day and after 2 days the manager finally returned my call. He told me that the driver was notified to go to my house, but didn't know that he wasn't going to service my area, so he left a bin. He informed me that there was 'nothing he could do for me' and that they would be coming to get the trash bin. Four days later the trash bin was removed from my house. I don't know how you can run a company when your customer service reps don't even know where you service! I will NEVER consider using this company.. EVER!

Endless problems with delivery and pickup of a large dumpster for a landscaping project, which required me chasing the pickup driver to stop him, as the dumpster was not to be picked up for another two weeks. Refund of some of the charges took over 8 weeks, with multiple calls to customer service and threats of litigation. Took my bin a week early when I terminated service, leaving me with nothing to put trash in as I was packing up my home. Refused to return my bin before the next pickup. There are other trash services available in the Berthoud area - do yourself a favor and avoid WM for your service.

I have a 4 plex on the corner; my address is on one street and my garbage cans are accessed on the street that crosses the first street. I have told this to Waste Management for weeks but the never pick up the large old brown plastic containers that they no longer use. They delivered the small brown containers with out picking up the containers that are not being used now. I am only able to talk to the receptionist who is clueless. I have even asked that I be phoned by a manager but no response from the manager. Waste Management is a monopoly so they are in complete control. I am extremely upset that 4 64 gallon cans are in my driveway along with the 30 gallon cans and every other place around me has had their 64 gallon cans picked up. I plan to escalate and call my Oakland council person and a lawyer if necessary.

And still hate it. There are many reasons why Oakland dropped them but unfortunately there is no other contracted service for San Leandro. You get nice customer service people on the phone. That's where it begins and ends. When trying to resolve an ongoing issue they ask do you want to have a route manager contact you? Don't bother saying yes because you'll never hear from them. We have multiple apartment complexes in the area so we use the big waste bins. The driver(s) would consistently leave the bins blocking cars, in tenant's parking spaces or in the middle of the driveway. I fought with them for over six months to have drivers return the waste bins where they belong. Finally, a driver came out to talk to me. He was livid. He got out of his truck and told me in three years he'd never had a call back. I listened to him but got fed up with his whining and told him well I don't know what happened before but your company told me you're responsible for this and I'm not going to call a technician from another property to finish your job for you. I asked him how are you getting that big truck out onto the road with the bin in the middle of the driveway and he smirked and told me they have ways of getting around. I told him the only was I could see that happening is if he intentionally got back out of the drive and pulled the dumpster back into the driveway. Yes, very mature people. Oh, and by the way, this "man" must have been at least 6'3 and looked as if he just came out of Army boot camp. This guy was built. And he's whining to me, a small 60 year old woman, about having to do this? Sorry, fella, take your story somewhere else. Then, when I would have to call their departments, apparently one of their representatives recognized my number and would answer: "Yeah what's the problem" in a really aggressive manner. You really want to start laughing until you realize that this is a weekly event and their attitude is don't tell us what to do. What they're not connecting is I wouldn't be calling if they were doing what they're supposed to. This is moving garbage around, not rocket scientist stuff. I finally got hold of someone outside of their group and told them about the problems we were having along with the Mr. Congeniality's attitude. Things began to change, and Mr. Congeniality started taking a professional attitude on the phone. Let's hope he connects how his attitude helped get things resolved rather than just be on the defensive, push back and get nothing accomplished. Regardless I would drop them like a hot potato if I could.

Poor servicing. Some CSR rep named "Heather" out of the Oakland office cops an attitude all because I informed her that the driver missed a pick up. I work from home and I know if it's a "recycle" or actual trash truck coming. Our regular driver does great. When it's a different one OMFG!!! Takes days before they return due to 1) lack of communication 2) training 3) lack of emphathy 4) all the above. So this "Heather" argues with the customer that the driver has until 6pm (they NEVER return from past experience). Me: "So what happens after 6pm when they don't show up and you people go home?" Heather: "Oh just call us back again!" (in a casual, don't give a rat's ass attitude. From past experience; it takes several call backs and escalation to somebody else higher up the food chain. Nightmare service with all the $$$ we pay them. Google "Monopoly"...and don't be surprised to see their company logo.

If you live in the Chippewa Valley, call Boxx Sanitation or even Veolia. They'll match any competitors price, give you your first month rent free and they don't make you sign a lease or any kind of long term commitment to take advantage of those offers. After shopping around WM offered to lower my bill but only if I'd sign a 1 - 2 year lease. Why wouldn't they offer me their best price from the beginning?!?!? It use to be very good. I could go any time & drop off all my recycling things. BUT as of yesterday 4-30-15 at 5pm it was completely blocked off. NO way at all of being able to drop off my recycling, sign saying NO trespassing NO dumping. So I guess people no longer can take their recycling to the center any more.

this is a good trash company. we love the recycling service. however, the plastic bin continues to get tossed afterwards and wreaks within a few months of use. We've purchased our own recycle tubs and these have all been damaged as well. this is too bad - the extra charge for the recycling fee is welcome. the continuous process of replacing damaged tubs every few months is not.

I have continuously had problems with waste management through the years, from missed recycling pickup, to spilled trash on the road (by their employees) and now they stolen my personal trash can. I also have a relative whose big green trash can was hit by someone in their vehicle and was thrown 105 ft. and trash all over the yard. The trash can was demolished in the accident. When they called to report it they were promised a new can the next week...its been about a month now and all they do is promise them one next week...its all bull!!!!!!! The customer service department will promise you return phone calls, but that doesn't happen. I have found that the only way to get a response from someone is to file a report with the BBB, they don't like that, and then they respond.

Told me it would take 48 to 72 hours to get my trash can that I ordered but its been almost a week and I still do not have it and also the trash truck spilled a black substance on my neighborhood road all the way down and all the way up its like the trash people had their drains open on the truck and was just letting all the fluids drain on my road it is now nasty the road has two huge black streaks going down and up I let them know this and they said they would take care of it but I have heard nothing and seen nothing they have not taken any action to fix their mistakes

The absolute WORST experience & most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They sent me an offer in the mail. I called. They were "not sure if I was in a serviceable area" but would send someone out & call me back to let me know. No call but the dumpsters arrived & collection began the following Tues. For 1 mos OK. The next month there was a day late but no big deal. Then the forgot the recyclables said I hadn't put them out. Finally after 3 mos they just stopped picking up anything. No contact to me. I called to find out & had been cancelled due to the collection was dangerous/not serviceable. For the last mo I have talked to people from Arizona, NJ & PA. The best response was they would come for their containers but not the garbage since they had credited my account. (I still to date have not received this credit). They continue to hold my money but refuse to collect my garbage. The final call on Friday was that they will pick up both garbage & containers but cannot help me get another garbage collection. Not sure if the previous collecting agency will take me back & WM states only that they "cannot help you". I now have 1 mos worth of garbage sitting here, attracting flies, wild animals & let's not mention the odor! They do not return calls as promised & have no concern at all for the client. Bottom line my advice to anyone is avoid WM at all cost.!

Due to our credit card needing to be cancelled and getting a new one, WM didn't receive our payment for one pay period. Instead of contacting us by phone or mail, they simply cancelled our service and we received a letter a week later telling us this. We immediately went online to change the information and pay. Our next bill came with a $25 service reactivation fee. We are now using M&S Sanitation out of Florida, NY. They are cheaper and accept more garbage per week.

I have used Waste Management for 26 years. Always had good customer service until the last 5 months. Missed picking up three times. The last time they came by day later. Saw them as I pulled into drive after Dr. apt. I'm on crutches so it was impossible to move trash cart AGAIN. Finally called them. I was allowed to have extra to be picked up. I stacked it into an orderly small pile, and he left it. The price has gone up and service has gone down. I'm looking at another service.

I do not recommend signing up for recycling service. The driver likes to claim the recycling container was not out when they came by. We always put the trash and recycling containers out the night before. I find it kind of odd that the trash container was picked up today and not the recycling. NOT A RELIABLE company. I would look elsewhere if you want consistent recycling service.

I started with WM in 2013. I didn't have any problems with the actual trash service, and the customer service reps were always polite; however, several issues have come up. One issue was the price that slowly crept up from around $75 every quarter for trash and recycling to over $90 with my most recent bill. The other primary issues pertained to moving and canceling my service. I called in April several weeks prior to when I was moving to have my services moved, but on moving day when I called to confirm (as the trash had been taken but the cans had not) they claimed they had no record that I had originally called to move my services. A few weeks ago, I called to cancel my services. Since the cans weren't removed on what should have been the last pick-up day that I had set up with them, I have called them 3 times and have been told 3 different dates when the cans would be picked up and was again told that there was no record that I had originally called to cancel the services. And after all that they failed to mention that there was a $35 pick-up charge to get the cans.

This company is complete Garbage and excuse the Pun -- I had been with them for 8 years (prior to WM when it was Lies Trash Svc) -- Lies provided good customer service - these bozos run the company like their owned by the Chicago mafia. Had my account set up on Autopay - my CC company issued me a new credit card and I simply missed updating my payment information - Apparently I only got one warning email from WM - and the only time I knew the payment information was out of date was when my trash was not picked up. I called customer service to ask why I was missed yesterday and informed my account had been suspended. I apologized I missed updating the payment information and was willing to pay my bill right there on the spot and update to the current info. You'd think this would be simple right - treat a customer who'd been there paid on time with no issues for 8 years, accept the payment and move on. NOPE -- they'd tried to shake me down for $80 in fees. $50 to reinstate my service (Mind you they had to do nothing other than tell the route driver my acct was paid in full) and then $30 for a CC chargeback when all they needed to do was inform me my payment info was out of date. The kicker to this was I had complained I never received anything via the US Mail - they had only mailed a notice to me 2 days prior and it had not even arrived yet. Mafia Shake down tactics. What A CRAP COMPANY -- If they buy out your local small trash hauler and you can - switch to someone else - they ruined a good local company. I own rentals and used to refer my tenants to use them - NEVER AGAIN _ WASTE MANAGEMENT SUCKS Called up a local competitor - offered a better rate that included recycling and was able to speak to someone in a local office besides some bozo in a call center in Mafia ran Illinois who could care less about keeping me as a customer. I recommend you stay away from waste management's automatic payment plan- they use a third party service firm and between them they never seem to get it right. They take the money from the on-line account, but waste management doesn't get the message, so they stop put us on credit hold we have ended paying twice or more times to get garbage collection restarted-never getting a refund for the overpayment

If I could give no stars I would. We had Big O and really liked them. Waste Management has the worst customer service, they do the bare minimum (and a lot of times not even that), and God forbid one of my trash bags fall out of my garbage can, because their employees just watch it fall and never pick it up. I have had SO many issues with the waste management that I have even complained to our township, since we are forced to pay for terrible service where we live. I wish I could dispose of my trash ANY other way, than to deal with such an incompetent company.

Although I've NEVER either gotten the chance to do ANY business with the facility or to even visit it yet, I am very glad that I was warned! Evidently entry into it is still probably very unsafe; furthermore, its 9AM - 3PM (1500H), Mondays-thru-Fridays-ONLY hours of operation are atrocious! That is simply far too limited and limiting for both ANY school students (either just getting dismissed for the day or busy with after-school and/or any extracurricular activities... if younger than fifteen years of age AND NOT YET in tenth grade, at least; and if not, possibly busy at work or after-school jobs, too!) AND any adults who either study in college or university classes during morning hours and then work part or full time, or vice versa (1) *or* simply work full time! People in *any* of those categories or groups MUST arrange for and secure time off from work or class to drop off any recyclable materials at that facility!

Their telephone customer service is incredibly poor. I have a roll off dumpster of their that I am trying to return. Because they have lost all of the records they are telling me that they cannot pick it up. I am actually having to send them digital photos of the dumpster parked on my property to prove the point. They spend the entire conversation telling me that I cannot possible have this dumpster as my name and phone number are not in their records. We then received a bill from them two months later for service we no longer had. We called them and they refused to take care of it. Waste Management has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The reps are so conceded and arrogant that they really shouldn't be on the phone. The lack of execution for a simple task of picking up my bin after cancellation was terrible. I had to call every day for 6 days until they finally picked it up. And why did I cancel service? A 30 year customer cancels because a Waste Management truck would prefer to attempt to not allow me to merge on the highway during rush hour (2 miles an hour on the on-ramp) to get 1 car length ahead. And then he has to drive to within 6 inches of my rear to prove.... what? Ask yourself about lifetime value. Figure it out. $70,000 paid to WM over 30 years and flush away because no one cared when I called? Your loss.

The top leadership at Waste Management are right on with their new policy embracing change and steering the company toward maximizing their return on waste stream mining and reuse, however the new initiative has not trickled down to the men in the shop where they treat people as disposable and not a resource to be molded and utilized to its fullest potential. More so in one building than the others. That's right, if they don't like you over there, they kick you off the premises. Maybe you deserved it for not performing to their exacting standards, which they are proud of. I have heard that pride comes before a fall. If they intend to stay on top, someone needs to remind them that forgiveness and a servant heart is the recycling of human commerce.

Williamson County Landfill is owned by the multi-billion dollar giant Waste Management. It is one of the more expensive landfills in Austin. I rarely use it, but when I do it is for convenience of trash disposal for my rolloff dumpster rental company Bin There Dump That Austin. The staff is not self empowered and will refer questions to the Houston HQ. When people call me and ask where to take their waste, I refer them here if they need to dispose of electronic waste or if they are north. The rates are higher than the other landfills in town where you'll often pay $70-$120 just to get in the door...each trip. However, when the person needs to take 3+ trips to the landfill, that where it becomes much cheaper to have a dumpster delivered and hauled away since my dumpster can take all of that debris in 1 trip. They don't want you to arrive minutes before 5pm...they are closed in their minds..and will argue with them until after 5pm...just so they can't let you in to dump via argument to waste time. This company's billing group is ridiculously inept. It has taken 10 months and over 20 contact attempts to get a simple billing issue resolved. Then, when trying to fix that they messed up my service order and stopped picking up our recycling carts. When informed, they said they would pick up Thursday (they didn't), then they promised Friday (they didn't) and they never follow up with an explanation or apology. Trash pickup is one of those services you should never notice... these guys are very noticeable and have wasted a ton of my time. Forced composting is a joke. I recycle and compost, but now I have to find a way to find places to dump kitty litter etc. We pay ridiculous amounts for garbage collection, which they miss every other time anyways. I run a local business and we recently moved. They came out and picked up my garbage and recycling for the first 2 weeks, then stopped picking up my trash. When I called they said my cans were not in the right place and the truck couldn't get it. Well then, how did they pick them up for the first 2 weeks!?!?!?!? We are a new business looking for a great company . we are very picky about who deals with our trash since its dog waist . In oct our trash dumpster was picked up and dumped when we came outside we have over 80lbs of dog waist across our parking lot we called right away with the complaint to be told email over pics we will take care of it ..needless to say no truck never came out a month later they show up at my facility regarding the bill that i will not be paying since all you care about is the money . Bill was 22 per month for weekly garbage pickup. Why would you segment out garbage, charge extra for helping the environment and on top of that, make people pay more for "other garbage." These private companies are straight GREEDY. Especially this company. I used to have recycling free, yard free and pay $3.00 per bag of garbage. I would have one bag of garbage every two weeks because of recycling and that would amount to roughly $25.00 every three months AND be able to put out electronics or "BIG ITEMS" whenever I wanted without being charged extra instead of being limited to one per month. How much do you guys need to make before you stop having meetings on "what else could we charge them for? What else could we do to make MORE! MORE! MORE!" Before anyone goes for their "low Price" for garbage please look into other alternatives and see what extra fees you'll have. As soon as I find a different garbage company these guys will never have my money again. I don't care if I pay $10.00 more for all included each month then setup another account with this company to have my leaves, which are bio-degradable, hauled away for an extra $8.00 a month where you are billed the first three in advanced so you don't just get it for when you have to pick up leaves. poor customer support, poor service, poor interactions, rich/wealthy executive team (CEO,CFO,COO, etc...) I hope everyone that goes to sign up with this company looks at this comment first and desides, yeah.... better not.

I do NOT recommend this company at all. On two ocassions over the past 2 months our garbage has not been picked up. I leave for work at 7:00 am and garbage is OUTSIDE on curb before I leave. In driving down the street I noticed other garbage had NOT been picked up. Yet, when I came home from work, it was still there. In speaking with WM, both a customer service rep and manager, I was told the Driver said it was not on curb. When I told them the driver is lying, I was all but accused of the same thing without them saying so directly. This is not an isolated instance. We will be switching services in September. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

Very disappointed lately with pick up. I have been a customer for 15 years and the past 6 months, they have refused to pick up where I have always had my cans. This week they totally skipped my house and my neighbors. I thought perhaps delay with holiday but it looks like they picked up some houses and totally drove by ours. What is the problem? Are there new employees who don't know where to go? The cans are theirs dark green on a main street and I am NOT a new customer. And there is no on in office to take calls on weekend. So I will have garbage rotting in the heat and then send them a hefty check .

You guys don't take cans that are a little bit open or have something sticking out of them that doesn't fit all the way such as a broken mop. Not taking cans that have a little too much, not taking the whole can is littering up the streets. I'm sorry but its your job. And it incovences the people who now have a full can that wasn't taken. Where are they supposed to put the trash now? Complete bs!!!

It seems like at least twice a month I have to call and argue with someone at Waste Management due to garbage/recycling not being picked up. Once they managed to take one can of garbage and leave another full. That took four days to resolve. Why is that they can take all of the recycling on my street except mine? I'm tired of calling and arguing over pick up.

Terrible service, terrible snotty customer service on telephone. My trash has been on the lawn since Wednesday and today is Saturday this happens regularly like every few weeks, always some silly excuse everytime I think they ran out of excuses so, now they just don't anything, they just don't come. And we all pay the same amount for the weekly service, we should all get a refund.

I am relieved to see Waste Management back in our community, near Pittsburgh, Pa. These employees are kind and thoughtful. I actually seen employee, Chris Lovejoy, walk my can back down the driveway, from my window. I had to confront him and ask his name. What prompted me to reply, is that, my wife and I work different shifts. She leaves at 6:30 AM. She remarked to me "these new garbage men are, so nice". THANKS WM.

Waste Management is a horrible, fraudulent company that should be avoided at all costs. I entered into a 3 year contract with them when I opened my business, and after a couple of missed pick-ups, was informed that their driver refused to enter our parking lot to pick up the cans, and that we would have to haul them to the curb ourselves. We soon switched to a 4 yard dumpster, and had few problems until we received a sudden 50% rate increase at the beginning of the 3rd year of our contract. The only option we were presented with for lowering our rate was to enter into another 3 year contract, during which WM offered no rate guarantees and reserved the right to raise our rates whenever they wanted. I declined this offer and paid the increased rate for the remainder of our contract and am now switching to another company who will be providing us service for much cheaper than we were paying with WM, and will guarantee our rates in writing for the entire 3 year contract. Our municipality recently dropped WM a competitor, as well. When WM was the waste provider in our community, service complaints were very common, and we personally had terrible experience with their drivers. Aside from leaving our cans laying along the road,or in the middle of our driveway, they also damaged our cans, disposed of one of our lids, and even pulled an address sign out of the ground next to our cans and threw it out, as well. Waste Management is a truly terrible company and deserves a class action lawsuit for its fraudulent contracts and bait-and-switch tactics.

Took the garbage, left the recycling. It was sitting right next to the garbage. Contacted them when I got home from work that evening, did not receive a response, so I contact corporate office on Friday 2:30 pm, stating it was not picked up. They said they would send someone out either before 6:00 pm today or Monday before 6:00. UGH!

It is 10:05a on Saturday and no one has picked up any of the garbages. We were promised to have pick up before 8p last night. I tried to call your offices today (local and corporate) and you have NO service to answer the phone on the weekends. This is absolutely terrible customer service. WM first got the date wrong of the service activation. Then they forgot to pick up the garbage yesterday. We were on the phone with all of you for almost an hour yesterday to resolve this and we have all of this garbage still in front of our home. Thank you.

Stay far away!! They do not stick with the contracts that they create. They have awful customer service. They are way to large to know what is going on. We had so many issues: garbage not picked up on time, then double charged claiming they did pick it up and had to return to get it a second time, NOT TRUE!! The rep refused to answer any phone calls or deal with the issue. Now dealing with the billing issues they have no clue about the contract, the problems that came up, or how to fix them. Our business will not be using them again and I can tell you that on a personal level I will NEVER use Waste Management. Find someone local that is willing to talk to you and work with your needs.

I had waste management for 1 month. I received my first bill for $275 for 4 months. While setting up service the did not explain the details of the bill. They did not inorm me that they also charge $42 for fuel for the truck. When we moved in,there were already cans here, that's why we chose them, only for them to come and remove our cans 2 days before trash pick up. I immediately called them to ask why they did so and it was an order that was at least 3 months late. They did not bring our new cans in time so we had to just leave our trash and recycling by the road, which normally I'd be fine with, except its off a major rd with lots of traffic. Needless to say it went everywhere. When i called to talk about the bill, the operator couldn't explain it to me. I asked that they have upper management call me to explain and answer the questions the rep couldn't, but never received a call back. The trash bill was more than my heat and electric combined. It never occurred to me that a waste company would have such high hidden fees that they don't discuss at time of sign up.

This company was forced upon us by our township. The service is timely but terrible. The neighborhood is strewn with trash every garbage day. They and their trucks suck. Today we got some dirty baby diapers of their truck into our yard, yeah!

Zero stars. Total lack of customer service, on the phone with 2 different supervisors down to the drivers. All they care about is taking my money and not resolving my problem, which would be very easy. All I have asked for is to have my container left where it is found. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH! Here's the story for those interested: I signed up for Waste Management on the day I moved into a rental home in Lakewood (April 19th) and they said 7-10 business days to receive my recycle bin (as the only reason I chose to work with them was that there was already a garbage bin here), but that schedule was for Tuesday pickup and my first pick up would be the April 26th. They didn't pick up then or on the May 3rd, so I called and asked where was the recycle bin and how come they didn't get my garbage. They then said that my pickup day was Wednesday (they misspoke the first time) so they picked up my garbage for the first time on the May 4th, and honestly that's been mostly consistent since then. HOWEVER, they said they had no request for a recycle bin at all so they re-submitted my request as it appears someone never placed it for me. They then said that, it had been delivered but to the wrong address, despite them being able to find my home for garbage pickup. I then got my recycle bin on the morning of May 11th and was told that was pickup day and that it would be every two weeks. I filled it that morning before 8 am and had it out for pickup not only every other Wednesday, but EVERY Wednesday from the 11th through the 8th of June and it was never picked up. It was a good thing too, because during one call I had with them the person told me that there was a mix up and that my pickup was on the other Wednesday's opposite of what I had been told. To which I replied I already had it out all of those days too. During this time as our recycling piled up in our small garage for nearly two months, I called at least six time and requested separate pickups just to get it taken care of. Each person told me that they submitted a complaint and a request for pickup which would take 24-48 hours. I had my recycling out nearly every day because of this. The last person who offered this said that while a SINGLE complaint had been submitted, there were no request for pickups submitted so if that were the case then they had all been in effect LYING to me. I also asked that I not be charged for the recycling on my bill as i never received the service and was informed on June 2nd that it would be waived and that I would also receive a $5 discount on my bill for doing auto pay. My CC was then charged on June 12th the full amount. I was told that it will all be refunded to my CC, but I'm not holding my breath. I finally called today, closed my account, and then signed up for Republic. I actually initially called to speak with a manager about this but was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Then when I called back I was told "that's impossible, we have no hold times", so they must have decided the best approach to save the relationship was to call me a liar. I was told that they'll come to pickup their bins within 5-7 business days (quicker than they'd deliver them) and that I have to keep them on the street for the next week. This garbage company is HOT GARBAGE.

Not a fan!! Do not sign the 5 year contract!! They raise the prices throughout the whole thing. Also not very nice and it is very annoying to get a hold of an actual person there. They are also over priced!!! Make sure you do not lose your certified mail receipt when asking not to auto renew because they will say they never got your letter. If you do not cancel within 90 days it will auto renew for 3 years!!! So you just end up being totally screwed!!!!

Not sure how the residential workers get briefed\trained but if something falls to the ground it won't get picked up. They never make an honest effort to fully empty the cans and most of my waste is recycle. Wish I could choose Bestway like I had in the Springs. My HOA chooses now.

The snotty blonde older lady is a scammer she charged me 165 for my trailer to be dumped and I complained about it. After about 10 minutes of arguments they came out and measured it and then change the price to 87 dollars. She also threatened me by saying that she was going to charge me extra if she had to come out side to measure it.

About a year ago, I needed to take around 1 cubic yard of construction debris to DADS for disposal. Over the phone they quoted me around $20 per cubic yard. I drove there with my trailer. When I arrived they said it was $20 per cubic yard... with a 3 cubic yard minimum charge. That would have been nice to know, BEFORE I drove there. I asked them if I could come back 2 more times. Nope. So, basically, I would not advise going there unless you have at least 3 cubic yards, else you are wasting your money. Every other dump/disposal site I have been to is 1/2 to 1/3 the price. Isn't this why we pay taxes? Unfortunately there are not a lot of other options around, so DADS can charge how ever much they want. Public landfills should not be run by private corporations.

Make sure you call the landfill gatehouse for hours of operation. There website is not accurate especially on holidays. They really need to keep there web site up to date. It shouldn't be so hard to find out hours of operation.

Let me start off by saying I first started paying for DC trash service. Had them for over a year no issues. Made my payments. Then not even six months later waste management bought this company out. I didn't give my consent to switching to this company. I've received two bills from them since October 2015 and one in Jan 2016 payed them AS WELL. Well we received a bill On April 11th that we were being cancelled for not paying our bill. SERIOUSLY. This is ridiculous. So I'm concerned called the company up. She starts out very nice and then says the total is 167 and some changes. Now I'm furious why would it be so much. The lady says well you have to to pay the deposit back and the last 6 months is due. Wow come pick up the trash can lady I'm not doing business with crooked people. Especially when it shows out of my bank account I'm paying y'all to pick up trash. Best of luck to this company! And you need to get a new receptionist who knows how to handle and address hard situations and can handle correctly when needed. 👎

I am not impressed with this company's policies or idea of customer service. My company is tied into a 3 year contract and having to pay 6-9 months worth of an inflated rate to get out, plus exhorbitant environmental fees. Account managers have arrogant, self righteous attitudes. The staff seem to have a list of answers that don't relate to the issue or the question. They have made the process to deal with them a nightmare. It seems to be a head office issue. Haven't dealt directly with the district branch.
