Great produce! Plenty of organic options. Save on seafood. High quality food products, many of which are unavailable in other local grocery stores. Good deal on baby clothes, diapers, wipes, and paper products. Sam's is our go-to for pretty much anything home related too. Saves our family a lot, and membership was discounted for military family.

While I only shop at Sam's on occasion, I utilize their Auto Service Center quite often. I always order my tires from Sam's Club, their Service Center staff is helpful and knowledgeable and the tire warranties they offer are a great option. My car uses an oddly sized special order tire, they always arrive promptly and installation takes no time at all.

Sam's gets a lot of really nice food in that the won't carry after a few months. Mostly organic or non-gmo products that probably don't sell well because they're pricier.

I've been using Sam's Club tire service for years and they've always been great. I work in Moore and after the May 2013 tornado I constantly had to get tire patches (free) from driving through disaster areas and rubble. They were always fast and helpful. Recently one of my new tires needed replacing and the warrantee covered it completely!

Standing in line till they opened for their sale, and was one of the first in. Went straight to get item(a gun safe) and they told me it was sold out, and customer service told me they only had 3 to begin with. First off, the special price was only for today. Second, why would you only have 3 on hand on a item so popular. I was one of the first in the door and your telling me that 3 was sold before me? How? And no rain checks. Seems like a scheme to get people there and not even have an item. Customer service told me to go online and order one. I used my phone, got online, and what do you know, sold out online.

Frustrated to the max! Last Monday, I went expecting to have my son formula( Gerber Good Start) in stock, but as expected, they are out! This is not the first time it happen. I called back couple days later and whoever I talk to was so rude to me. She didn't check if there's any formula or care to check when they were going to have shipment. I am going to a new sam club. I hate this place!

I HATE THIS LOCATION. CALUMET LOCATION IS VERY RUDE! THEY TAKE RUDENESS TO ANOTHER LEVEL. THEY RESPONSES ARE SUITABLE FOR THE STREETS. SMART MOUTHS, CLOSE THEY LINE IF U HAVE ALOT OF GROCERY, MANAGEMENT ALLOWS IT, THEN STARE AS IF UR DUMB. CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVES THEIR FRIENDS FIRST, THEN GIGGLE WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT ON IT. THEY CONVERSATE WITH EACH OTHER WITH PROFANITY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, JUST PLAIN OLD RUDE. I myself have spent over $50,000 with Sams Club. As i own a daycare. Soon in very soon, i will be changing to Costco, or Woodmans. 5star customer service there. Thanks for reading. LAST BUT NOT LEAST! IF YOU DO SHOP THERE, GO TO ALMA! SHE'S FANTASTIC! NEVER EXPERIENCE A BAD MOMENT WITH HER, NEVER!!! MY WIFE & I LOVE HER.

I experienced a medical emergency and required immediate attention from Sam's Club staff members; I was provided the medical attention required and thank Sam's Club Staff for providing me the help required to restore my health. I was able to continue shopping after nearly passing out minutes earlier. I have been a business member at this store since they opened several years ago; I love the low prices for goods they sell and I love the Sam's Club Staff Members that sell the goods.I'm the CEO of Nash Family Tours and Travel, we provide motor coach tours to Mall of America and other destinations in the Midwest. I purchase 100% of my goods from this warehouse. I recommend you join me and shop exclusively at this Sam's site.

This is a horrible store. Every 5 minutes cars are getting broke into. I bought a warranty for an item. The GM and everyone else told me I need to deal with warranty company and refuses to assist. So they don't back the services they sell. You ask an associate a question they act like they are bothered by helping you.

Had 2 ladies who work there follow the 5 of us in my family around the store from the time we walked in until we left. They came up to us and asked how we were doing, very close and loud. My dad asked if they were stalking us and they acted clueless to the fact that they were following our every move. Upon leaving the store, sure enough they were in the front watching us leave with a security guard. They took me aside and asked where I had got my sunglasses (that I walked in with), and accused me of stealing them until they realized my sunglasses were very old and worn out. It makes me upset that they would not check their cameras before I walked in, which proved I was wesring them prior to walking in. My family will not be renewing our membership and will continue to shop at Costco because we are trested with more respect than necessary there.

Worst Sam's Club in Phoenix area. Slow and least helpful staff. Always lines, even if there just few people in the store. Always a mess. Looks like lack hiring and training skills to me.

This has been the worst experience for me. The first sales lady was friendly but as it turned out was in training and didn't explain to me fully about the differences in lenses. When the order came in, I couldn't see through them well and another sales lady claimed it was because I bought 'cheap' lenses. I then paid extra for the upgraded lenses and still was having seeing problems. Every time I walked in to this optical center, the service was more rude. I couldn't bear it any longer as I was the customer and paid good money for a bad product and service. I finally had to go to the Novi Sam's Optical for a proper fitting and better service. They were terrific out there.

I shop there every week for business. The staff is VERY helpful! I need assistance loading my van and they are right on it! I use the motorized carts to shop and they are always fully charged and the best ones I've found at any store, strong batteries. You can go 2 times around the store and still a full charge. I have a preferred membership so I go in early before the crowds. I love this, can't stand the crowds and bad parking later in the day. The ordering on line and picking it up at the store is great! The website even has a "recently purchased" option that shows all I have purchased so I can easily reorder. Wish all stores were like this one!

Bakery (sad face) Customer service- not accommodating at all. I Called the day before, at 11:50 am, to order a SIMPLE "farewell" to be written on cake. I wanted to pick cake up at 10am the next day. I was told that I could NOT arrive before noon the next day, as they "REQUIRED" a 24 hour notice for special orders!!! So I go the next day at 10am, grab a cake off the shelf and ask for someone to write farewell on it (get you, no notice now for them right??) I bring the cake to the luncheon party and my husband asks if a 12 year old wrote on it. It was acceptable I guess, but point is, wished I could have just told someone the day before to get it done for me. Wow!

Not a lot of variety; for some things I've only seen one brand, or even one model/type/flavor/color/scent of one brand. Some deals aren't as good as what you can get from Walmart or Target store brands. No sales that I've seen, so you can usually get a better deal at Target or Walmart if they have the same thing on sale. Walmart and Target have better deals on electronics. Their ground beef and turkey are better deals than I've seen at other stores. 25lb bags of flour are good deals. There are some other good deals too, vs Target/Walmart/Super 1/etc. If you aren't trying to save a buck and just need to buy bulk this is the place (like spices). Membership is $40 per year, which seems like it will be kind of hard to recoup over a year unless you are comparing prices to the other stores you shop so you know you are getting a better deal. Mostly we only got a membership so we could do the tire center, which seems to be same prices as other tire shops; but since there are Sam's clubs all over the place it's likely we'd be able to find one if we ever had an issue on a road trip. Their deli food is pretty cheap, but it also tastes that way; not a big deal cause it isn't bad. Overall it just makes it so there is one more store we have to hit up for grocery shopping, so now we go 3 places instead of 2.

Regarding your automatic dish washer detergent. The packs are stuck together, separating them causes tearing resulting in a real mess and wasted detergent. It seems to clean alright but the waste involved makes it a poor value.

My experience with the pharmacy has been very confusing. Every time I go to renew my precriptions the prices change. The price change is not just a few cents. The price change ranges between $20 total to $64 total for one precription. How can this be. I live on a fixed income and am a senior citizen. I need to know what the cost of my precriptions are going to be so I can stay on budget. Originally the the first month i had three precriptions to be filled which costed me $49. Total In August. In September, I only had one precription to fill and the price went up to $59. But after speaking with the pharmmaist , she was able to call someone and get the price reduced to $44. October the price for the same precription was $59 . again. But again after asking why the constent price changes they reduced it to $44. November for that same precription the price was $62. Had to tell them again I cannot pay this amount and asked why the constent price change? Again the pharmacy reduced the price to $40 . December, went to renew the same precription and the price was $20. January , the price for the two of the same precriptions jumped back up to $42. Unbelievable. Plus they replaced my mess with another medication from a different distributor without telling me or asking if this was OK, which in fact it was not OK. Although the pill they gave me does the same thing it it larger and harder for me to swallow. This resulting in my wasting meds. Can some one please tell me why the drastic price changes every month. Or should I just switch to Costco. My sister works at Costco and says I would be better off going there and it would would cheaper w/o all the drama.

Erik Hansen is absolutely amazing! After several calls to SC as well as the delivery company I was a little frustrated with buying a new bed. Erik stopped by and listened to what I had to say and not only set up the entire purchase and delivery, he discounted my purchase to keep me happy and to make up for the customer service hoops I had to jump through! What a complete surprise! Thank you again Erik! You're a fantastic example for Sam's Club that more people should follow!

I have had nothing but good experiences in this store. The staff were super friendly and the pharmacy is great! The pharmacist, Beth, is very conscientious and if you have a Sam's Plus card, Henry in the pharmacy, will check and see if the plus card gives you a better discount and it usually does. I have gotten prescriptions there for as low as $2.00. Also, I have had a great experience purchasing a phone. I do agree with others that they are quite understaffed and I have yet to see a manager there. I did ask for a manager when two teenage girls were riding around in the electric carts meant for the disabled and tossing a huge stuffed animal around, but the cashier with the closed lane, did not respond to my request. She just looked at me and did nothing, like she was in a trance, or not listening at all. Also, very long lines in customer service with only one person actually helping customers, while others standing around chatting, or looking at their cell phones.

Shout out to the awesome photo lab tech and bakery cupcake decorator who helped me out on 7/29. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them better! I went in to get a poster done for a 50's party we were having and could not get the flash drive to work. The photo lab tech took the time to help me get it figured out and she said it would be done in 10 minutes! AWESOME. Proceeded to go get an order of cupcakes placed, and again the bakery decorator took the time to help me figure out the best way to get the cupcakes to look like ice cream cups. She piped two samples for me to figure out the best look. Again AWESOME. Sam's Club Fridley "rocked" that morning!!! Thanks for the great service!

I am not satisfied one of the staff service today. I came in at the other side of the door 10 minutes before 10:00 for the opening of the REGULAR member card holder. And she said I cannot do shopping yet and have to wait. I understand, but that wasn't the first time I went to that door and did shopping like 20 Minutes before the opening for REGULAR CARD HOLDER. We signed up for their rewards membership last October. During a recent trip to the Membership Counter with a return the service agent behind the counter pointed out to us that our purchases for the past 10 months haven't been posting to our membership and so we've not been receiving our $10 reward for every $500 spent. Considering that we've spent over $9,000 at this branch in the past 10 months that's $180 in earned rewards. Our membership expires soon and unless we renew it we stand to lose our rewards. We've talked to three different people at this location about the issue and we continue to be told that someone will contact us about the issue. After the first week on not hearing anything we went back. We were told the same thing. Another week went by and someone called and said that they're sending our information to corporate and that we should hear from them soon. It's been 2 weeks since the last communication. I wonder if Costco would prefer our business!!

Great prices but man oh man lines all the time. Slow service on front lanes even when busy while 2 to 4 people stand around and talk. Merchandising could be better. Past 2 times I have been there skim milk was empty and they had to pull up cart or I did it. This place is always busy. Only time I didn't wait in line was cause of a snow storm! Outstanding staff at the door when you leave that check your receipt as well as the pharmacy staff. All employees can take lessons from those 2 areas. Outstanding employees. I also use the self check-out as much as possible due to the long lines that another reviewer mentioned. I find that depending on the time of day I go, it's typically pretty fast. No problems with having what I want in stock. Will continue to shop here often!

If you are selective, their are great values in produce and meats and organic, both fresh and packaged goods. Quality in other areas is generally good, but selection is narrow; it has to fit your needs yes/no. The addition of self checkout works great for me as I rarely have more than 10 items in cart.

This is the worst managed club Ever! Never enough people scheduled, no one seems to know what their doing, oh yeah that free flat service that comes with a membership, you now need a appointment... great idea, if you know when your going to get a flat or if you feel like waiting 7 hours till the next available appointment. Don't bother talking to managment, if you're lucky you get an apology but thats it. Seriously don't waste your time, just go to costco if you need a warehouse store.

Great auto service staff. Very helpful. Yesterday I was in Minneapolis for business. My car sat out in the cold at the hotel parking lot, when I went to leave in the morning my right front tire was very low, but drive-able. I went to both of the local gas stations and their air machines were out. I am a Sam's club member so I drove over to the auto department and asked if they could assist. A really nice mechanic, had me pull into the bay and he didn't just put air in the one tire, he checked them all and got them all the same. Thanks to his assistance I wasn't late for my meeting and I was safe to drive home.

Having belonged to multiple Sam's Clubs and Costco's in different states, this is a fairly well run store. It's clean, orderly, well stocked, and I have always found the employee's helpful, either in person or over the phone. Fresh produce has improved at Sam's Club. And I have always found the checkout lines to be about what I've experienced at other Sam's Clubs, but a bit longer than Costco. It's also in a great location. Seems like not everyone is happy based on the reviews. All I would say is it's not a fancy supermarket with the exceptional service one might expect in those stores. But it's what one would expect in a warehouse store, and the good prices more than compensate for that. Overall, a well run Sam's Club and a good shopping experience.

Visiting Maryland took my sister and cousins to Sam's Club because they never experienced the Sam Club experience my sister had her eyes tested at optical great service. we shopped and when was time to check out this cashier a mess I couldn't tell if it was a guy or a girl was totally rude chewing gum acting like a thug seems like she was trying to intimidate someone I cannot understand how Sam's can have someone that work at the frount end of the store behave in this manner. Will never go back to that store. Decided to ask for a manager to make a complain not to get her in trouble but to let him know the service that was given to a member. He's just there for a paycheck . It doesn't hurt no one to be nice.

Poor customer service or perhaps indifference by employees. Products are stagnant and seldom change. The bakery is one of the better departments at Sam's. Yogurt at the cafe is often unavailable. The merchandising and displays are often poor and disheveled. Trying to find someone in jewelry is often a challenge. In five years I have met only two people in electronics who understand the products. I also have membership at Costco and Sam's could learn a few lessons from them.

Let's start with the customer service desk. Ladies, if you're working in customer service, the idea is that you're providing some sort of SERVICE. If someone comes in with a Groupon, wouldn't it make sense to tell the person exactly what they need before you have them go back and forth like a crazy person printing off multiples things before they get the right one? Makes sense to me. Or how about after you've made said person basically run a lap, you inform them personally that your equipment doesn't work instead of having a side conversation with you little friend who already acts like she doesn't want to be at work? The customer service is HORRIBLE. And the attitudes of these ladies is disappointing. We all have or have had a job we didn't like but we either sucked it up and kept pushing forward or went somewhere else. I'm disappointed that this is the example workforce we have now.

The African-American cashier in the cafeteria in Sam's Club in 15 Texas station, said she did not take cash for hot dogs. So I went back to get the debit card and came back to see a black lady pay with cash. The same cashier who sent me back to get the debit card received the cash from an African-American customer without saying anything. I was mad and asked the cashier why she did not take my cash but the other customer's and she did not say sorry and kinda looked at me with "so what do u want' look. So poorly trained cashier who does not even know what her job is, and just discriminating people based on their races. Why not receive cash from an Asian but from an African-American?

I had the privilege of dining at the Sam's Club here in Hot Springs, Arkansas. As usual the food comes at a very low cost. Which is great if your looking for a quick meal while your buying tons of food in large quantities. Often times I'll pick up a drink from the food court and go find a display tv and sit back and enjoy the show. Very therapeutic. As usual the pizza was extraordinary. Mixing exquisite tastes from central american to the backstreets of Italy. Back in my days of travel the wife and I would pick up an Alfredo pizza from a little joint in Italy. Many were those the days. Eating the pizza at the Sam's Food Court brings back those memories. Days of crazy behavior and drinks on the Eiffel tower. I would recommend Sam's Food Court and Eatery to anyone that is looking for some authentic Italian tastes.

I don't like shopping at this Sam's Club. I usually have to wait 15-20 minutes to check out. The cashiers are slow and inefficient. Customer service is even slower. The produce is poor quality and sits out far too long. I once had an issue with my membership not showing up as current, even though I renewed it and had proof in hand. The manger was totally rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone. After much arguing, she finally found the problem and fixed it.

Prices can't be beat, but the attitudes sure can! It seems like every few months I encounter an extremely rude employee that seems to think they're too good to help their customer. I've been a paying member since 2011, and it never fails. I've never liked shopping here for that reason, and I would NOT go if we had a Costco or something here. I absolutely hate having to ask for help because I know the type of attitude I'm going to be subjected to, or that I'm going to have to wait for the customer service person to get off their personal phone call. Even if I'm not needing help, there still manages to be attitude issues, like one of the cashiers quite literally snatching a chip bag from my mothers hand and throwing it to the side without any explanation. My mother finally asked and the cashiers response was "lessen you want to go back and get another one", my mother was not aware of the must-buy-two rule, and rather than explain it the cashier just started trying to toss things away. She then tried to do the same thing with our tortilla shells, we had to stop her from throwing it to the side. More than once we've overheard the employees that are stocking the shelves complaining about the store management, very loudly for all customers around to hear. When I went in to pick up my prints today, there was no one at the lab. There were two separate families trying to use the machines and needing help. I wanted there for several minutes at the desk before finally walking over to the CS area. The main lady was off to the side on the phone, and if I had to guess by the way she was whispering and positioned, on a personal call. I waited again for a few minutes for her to get off the phone. I said there was no one at the photo center and I needed my prints, and she kinda sighed and looked to the other lady that was sitting there (and didn't ask what I needed while her friend was on the phone), who turned out to be the lab tech. She got up and walked over to the photo center without saying a word to me, asked my name and gave me my prints. No "sorry for the wait" or "have a good day" or anything like that. Just the general attitude of everyone working in this particular store - you're a hassle, and they can't stomach helping you without letting you know that. At the Hot Springs location, their photo prints seem to be overly saturated and lean red heavily. Most people will probably be fine with the quality for snapshots, but for any sort of portfolio / display, you're going to notice that they aren't what you see on your computer screens.

I went there after work to get some burgers. I couldn't find it so I asked to manager. She was so kind then tried to find it out in the cooler because they had some in inventory. She couldn't find it but I found some wrapped in the cooler. I asked one of employers who was a black man. He came in the cooler but he didn't want to take it out then he told me I might come back tomorrow. He and I could see when I opened the door. It just couldn't reach it but I could get if I or he came in the cooler through the door. HE DIDN'T WANT IT. Does it make sence??? How can he say I don't come there????? That is why people go to the other locations and costco. It is just in catonsville. Yeah it is.

I am not too sure about the Sams club store but there automobile department here did an excellent and quick job on my car. Donte, Larry and the two other co-workers that worked on my car provided me with top notch customer service, they made sure to come back every 5 minutes to tell me how far along they are, when it would be done and were very polite. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Will be back again.

Called three times requesting the auto dept. and no one answers. Called two times requesting to speak with mgr. and no one came to the phone after waiting three minutes. Not impressed with CS at all will probably go to the Owings Mill store and hopefully I'll get better results. These nonchalant attitudes reflect a staff that's underpaid and under compensated. On second thought I'll go elsewhere for my needs. What really bothers me is their clientele are predominantly people of color.

Customer service is not the number one priority in this store. If some of the workers at the front end helped the customers as much as they bullshit, they would provide excellent service. Every time I have gone into the store there are never enough registers open and the lines have been long. Don't know who the head cashier is but they do a terrible job, with opening registers and getting customers through the lines. Last time I went there were 7 registers- 4 that were closing & only 3 staying open-what do they all go on break or get off at the same time? Bad management.

Not sure what happened, if they got a different manager or what, but the click-n-pull service has been next to non existent the last 4-6 months. This is supposed to SPEED up my time! Has it? NO! Deserves zero stars. The cashier did not give me a receipt. When I point this out despite just paying I was accused of trying to steal by the cashier. I was told I could not leave with the products without security tapes being reviewed. I agree with the other review saying "their receiving department is very unprofessional". I will also warn non-white people that 'some' of this store's employees are racist; you will see 'obvious' racist looks and unprofessional service for just being non-white or for accompanying non-white person/s. I had an incident where they refused service/help for my wife. When I confronted them, they took their saying back and gave another excuse. Still, they never apologized for their racism. I advice all of you not to go to this store. Instead, go to the other store on I-40 and Eubank or the one on Coors. I did not try the one on Coors, though. Finally, I would have given those guys a Zero, but ,unfortunately, one star is the least I found.

Eh. They have a lot more to offer as far as food and household selections. Luckily I'm in and out and don't ask for anyone's help. Or just have your items delivered to your home :-) Selection/goodies-wise: 4 star Customer Svc.: 2 I guess

Addition of self checkout lanes is genius, unfortunately any items requiring ID verification (ie, alcohol) means major backup while locating a lead cashier from across the store to come enter their master password. If you have age regulated items, skip the self checkout and go to the ones manned, saves yourself time and everyone behind you aggravation.

I bought from Sam's Club in Oklahoma since we travel to bham a lot to see family. They couldn't look up my tire warranty info at the tire and battery desk to honor the tire rotation service and roadside hazard policy I bought with the set of tires 6 mo. ago. Was sent to customer service desk where I waited in a long line of people returning Christmas presents. Why, would the tire and battery center not be able to look this up? Why do I nèd to bring my paperwork with me to get services that they sold me? Is this not the 21st century?

Sadly, this place makes me crazy each and every time I go. Cashiers walk away from their open registers, c.o.s. leads have no sense of urgency and walk slowly to assist if they can be bothered to show up, people cannot be taken away from their conversations with other employees to service members, and, to top it off, their produce is horrible. I love Sam's and have worked for the company in the past in a customer service/marketing role and am now a director of customer service for another company. As a result, this club frustrates me beyond belief, since I know how members can and should be treated. The leadership in this club should promptly be fired and replaced with someone who will hold people accountable and keep the place clean.

This isn't the first unsatisfying experience we've had with the food court at Sam's. But this one needed reviewing because my family I didn't end up getting our orders. Went to the food court yesterday evening and put in an order for two of the 16" pizzas. Already, I could tell the woman (unfortunately, I didn't get her name; who wore a black short-sleeve top and pink denim bottoms) dreaded the order for two 16" pizzas. She said it'd be about 40 minutes. Okay, I'll wait. Sam's Club pizzas made from the food court taste great. So in the meantime, my family and I order two pizza combos. When we ordered frozen drinks, or Icee's, the Wild Cherry was runny. She said the Wild Cherry one, or maybe the Icee machine in general, was broken...after filling the cup and throwing it out. Instead of having to go to Customer Service to get refunded $2 and whatever odd change, I got a fountain drink instead. I did not want a fountain drink. My family and I sat down in the food court area and ate our pizzas (good thing we ended up getting the already-made pizza slices to tie us over), while waiting for our 16" pizza orders to be prepared. The woman appeared to be the only person working the kitchen and there was a line of people waiting to order. We figured after she got through the line of people she would start on our pizza orders. Another girl walked to the kitchen, I'm assuming a worker just getting off her break. Never saw her again. After sitting for about 15 to 20 minutes, the woman came over and asked if we ordered the three meats 16" pizzas. Then she said she was sorry and that the pizza dough was frozen and that she didn't know or realize. She then asked if we wanted pepperoni instead, to save face I suppose. I was utterly confused because if the pizza dough was frozen, how would you be able to give us pepperoni pizzas instead?? Are the pizzas pre-made by types of toppings and the 16" Thee Meats pizza was frozen, but the 16" Pepperoni pizza was not? Makes no sense to me, still. So I ended up having to go to Customer Service regardless. You can't get into Sam's without showing your card. Yet the woman, Barbara, at customer service had to see the Sam's card in order to give the refund. Company policy maybe. I guess. This experience definitely discourages me from joining Sam's Club. We chose to get pizzas from the food court at Sam's because we actually like them and wanted to bring the food home. That did not happen yesterday evening (2/7/2015). Customer Service can make or break a business. It's crucial. Sam's Club customer service on Lakeshore Parkway -- at least in the food court and customer service desk -- needs serious improvement. As a paying customer, I was not satisfied.

I've had to go to Sam's Club in Antioch for three years, and it's the worst place ever. I have to go there twice a week to pick up food orders for my work, and I dread it. Cosco is too far away from me, so Sam's Club is my only option for buying in bulk, which is the only reason I still go. The reason I gave it two stars instead of just one is due to the few cool employees that work there that I enjoy. Customer service doesn't exist there unless you're dealing with a select few employees. There is only one person at the Cutomer Service desk at a time, and there's always a line. You'll have to wait atleast 20 minutes to get any questions answered there. And most times, they can't help you. Managers and other employees, who I KNOW have operated the front desk before, pass by and don't offer any assistance. It's VERY frustrating. If you're a business owner, don't bother using the "Fax and Pull" option they provide. ("Fax and Pull" is an online system where you key in large orders for pick up. Employees pull it for you the next morning and the order is suppose to be ready for pick-up at the time you selected.) It's suppose to be a "time saver" but when you arrive to pick up your order, you'll be waiting for atleast an hour. Since there's only one person at the Customer Service desk, it's almost impossible for them to leave the desk to retrieve your order from the back. When they call other employees over the intercom to grab your order, no one ever shows up. I've been pulling my own orders and it takes way less time. The managers have no idea what they're doing and are very rude. I've been going through the self check-out line with my large orders, even though you're not technically suppose to. But the less people I have to deal with at the Antioch Sam's Club, the better my experience is. Unless I'm chatting with employees I really like, then I'm okay, haha Employees that rock include: Rhonda, Janice, Doug, Christine, Al, and the produce guys are really awesome. Gale is cool too, I don't know if she works there still, but she always made me laugh. There's another guy that unloads the products on the shelves, and he's super nice too. The parking lot is a whole other story, but watch out for people who don't know how to drive and pedestrians that don't know what a moving car looks like. The driving arrows in the parking lot lanes don't exist to most drivers so drive with caution. I could go on and on about the multiple horrible experiences I've had here, and it's become an on-going joke at my workplace; "What happened this time?!" But there are some cool people working there which makes it bearable. Oh, and the pizza is good.

Went there for a new battery and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. After waiting 15 and noticing that my car wasn't even pulled into the bay, I asked again and was told that they had an issue with the car they were currently working on. I finished my shopping and was then told that they don't usually work on vehicles where they have to remove the tire to get to the battery. I've never had an issue at any other Sam's I've gone to over the 10 year life of the car. After being there 90 minutes I was told that I needed to go to O Reilly's to get a part so they could tighten the tire back to the axle. Annoyed by this I got a ride and purchased the part for 2 dollars. It came with two pieces and all they required was one. The young man said he would put the other part on the passenger seat. Long story short HE STOLE THE PART and left the empty container on my seat. I didn't have the energy to go back and will never go back to this Sam's Club. They diminish the brand so much. Basically a bunch of guys who don't know what they're doing and trying to figure it out.

Far too expensive. The average household buyer will have trouble getting past the 60 dollar difference between the two memberships. The membership is pitched as a "business" membership but the kinds of discounts offered are more for the household buyer. It helps when you factor in the hefty extra charge to the discounts and you can see you wont be getting any benefit from this. That is, unless you do thousands of dollars of business here. Sam's Club and their parent company Walmart only offer discounts that are just window dressing anyway.

You want to know what is wrong with Sam's and WalMart? Customer service is incredibly rude. I phoned to find out how to get a receipt for a $679.00 camera we purchased as a gift last year and started the conversation by trying to give the rep my name and card number since nothing can be looked up without it. I was cut short very briskly and told I needed to just tell her what I was calling about,, like she had given me the chance to get that far...so when I told her why I was calling what is the first thing she asks?? I need your name and the last 9 digits of your card.. Some training is in order for your employees please. Customer service at Sam's clubs and yes we shop more than 1 store, is beyond rude. If you want to retain customers, this needs to be fixed and not just in the Elizabethtown store. It is a company wide issue at Sams and WalMart. If customers are continually treated as if they are brainless and don't understand, you will watch them walk away to Costco where they are treated as if they matter.

My daughter and I share a membership at Sam's Club. She went to the customer service desk because she forgot her card. She gave them her driver's license to look up our membership information. They told her that we didn't have a membership, basically she was lying and that we had not renewed since 2013. She spent thirty minutes trying to reason with these very unprofessional and rude individuals. When finally they were able to locate our membership. Then she was given a membership card with my name on it, but her picture (they had her driver's license). After all of that she wasn't even offered an apology. This is not acceptable. We pay an annual membership fee of 45.00 to be mistreated. When our membership is up we will patronize at one of the their competitors.

We've had good luck with Sam's. The customer service is generally excellent. The store is usually clean. Sometimes the wait can be long, but usually extra lanes open up. The produce is great!

I was in the Grand Forks Sam's Club on Sunday. They can not possibly have enough people staffed considering the ridiculous wait to get through the checkout! I understand that it is a Sunday and stores will be busy, but this was just madness! While shopping, I couldn't find anyone to help me and when I did find a person that worked there, the poor guy in produce was obviously so overwhelmed. He was very helpful but I also felt bad even asking him for help. He was rushing around to get stuff out and trying to get gross product off the floor. He apologized that I couldn't find anyone to help me and explained that he needed to make sure the bad stuff was off the floor because "we don't sell bad produce". He grabbed the bad stuff off and put it on his cart and rushed to help me find what I was looking for. After getting the item, I walked back to the produce area and I can say that I'm happy with all my produce purchases, but felt terrible for the young man that had helped me and an older guy that may have been his supervisor. They both were working so hard to get stuff out and barely kept up with all the shoppers! I bought some stuff from the meat department and the young guy working there was helpful and friendly. We're always happy with our produce and meat purchases! But then the worst part of shopping at Sams. I walk to the registers and can't believe how many people are in line and how far back the crowd goes! My shopping took 25 minutes and I waited in line for 30!!!!!! By the time I packed my car, some of my frozen food was thawing!!! How can such a large store function with so little staffing? No one on the floor and not enough cashiers to get the shoppers through efficiently. Why am I paying to shop somewhere when I'm leaving there angry?

Our family has had Business Membership for year's now. The overall customer service and experience is poor these days! No towels in restrooms, cleanliness is nasty! The entire store could use some cleaning and upgrades. Checking our receipts at the door? Why pay fees? The cafe is NASTY! Every single time dirty tables, flies everywhere in the summer. Is it that hard to invest into fly strips and traps? No helps customers load or unload carts anymore? The lines are long! I suggest hire and train better employees, maybe pay more so that they care more! otherwise we will get rid of our Membership! The prices are not that good anymore, gas prices? Overall prices? Let's clean it up!

(1) I was told to complete a customer card for the manager, and if she felt it was important enough, she would run the request up the flag pole to corporate. My complaint is they took the paper dispensers out of the bathrooms to be "sanitary." I have psoriasis on my hands as well as very dry skin. Sometimes my skin is cracking and bleeding. I do not want cold air blowing on my hands. I want to be able to dry my hands quickly and get the water off of them. No air blower does that well, and sometimes the air blowing hurts. I also ran into a disgusted mother of a young child who said, "Sometimes kids get messy, and a mom needs a paper towel to get something off their face, hands, and/or clothes." (2) There is another issue as well, why do we have to fly a Canadian flag to be "welcoming" to our neighbors? We could just have a sign that says that. I've been to Winnipeg, our nearest neighbor, and I've never seen a US flag flying up there. No matter where they put the flag in our Sam's. it rolls up on the dowel and looks unsightly. Maybe that's a sign. Take it down. (3) Most of your employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and mostly well-stocked. (4) Thank you for bringing in catfish from our domestic Mississippi! Yippee! More American meats and less from China, please! Thanks!

For the most part, I travel to Grand Forks to take advantage of the competitive price even though we have to purchase large volume of an item. I wish the sales person in the tire section is available to answer questions instead of spending time in the shop. Does he serve a dual role as the mechanic and the sale person??? We stopped at Sam's Club in Grand Forks and noticed they had four tires on the rack that we wanted to purchase. Instead the sales person said it was the last four tires they had and was reserved for someone else. So why was the tires sitting on the rack?? Since the sales person didn't want to sell us the tires, we ended up traveling all the way to Fargo to purchase the same tires! We were told by the Fargo sales person that it was wrong for Grand Forks Sam's Club to have not sold us the tires if it was available. Now I have misgiving about buying tires from Sam's Club especially in Grand Forks. Next time I'll just purchase locally...cj

Staffs working at the customer service desk, seldom seem to want to have anything to do with the customers. Numerous times I went up to the desk, they would keep talking amongst themselves, even after I had made eye contact with them. They can ignore you for minutes if you allow them. It happens 8 out of 10 times, and I find it very disrespectful. Also whenever I have a problem with self-checkout, and press tbe button to get an "associate" to come, NO ONE EVER CAME. NEVER. I don't like writing negative comments, but after shopping there for about 5 years I say they deserve onre.

On 01/18/16 I went to Sam's and got in line in aisle 6. The cashier, Michelle, didnt even attend me yet and she was giving me attitude. This the first time that I get a really rude cashier. I had to deal with her attitude the whole time. I was putting the majority of my items so she can scan them I still had a little bit of stuff in my cart and she told me in a very rude way almost screaming at me to put them on the cashier so she can scan them.Other times the cashiers have scanned my items from my cart and they weren't rude about it! If these employees like Michelle are going to have an attitude they shouldn't be there because what we get isn't free we buy it therefore they shouldn't have an attitude about it! Hopefully more people notice how rude Michelle is and the manager can put her in the back to unpack. I will not recommend this Sam's to my family and friends!

My car battery died yesterday, which was not the best time as I was needing to get my husband to a surgical consult for open heart surgery. When I arrived at Sam's automotive department, I was more than a bit anxious. Josh was fabulous, understood my issue, and had the car fixed in less that 15 minutes. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and care. Many thanks Josh, thanks to your co-workers, and thanks Sam's Club!

What's the point of pulling everything out of the cart and putting it the belt? When I use the self checkout stations the heavier items stay in the cart and I scan them. Aren't the cashiers capable of doing this simple task?

Hello and congratulations!!! I'm writing to personally congratulate you and the whole 6632 Sam's Club team on creating a consistent, predictable level of customer service that my girlfriend and I use as a guideline when we compare our experience at other stores. When you think of stores that provide world class customer service you think of stores like Nordstrom, and LL Bean, however, nobody puts Sam’s Club in that category, and based on our experiences at your store, I think I know why. So far, my girlfriend and I have been to your store three times, and in all three visits, we experienced bad customer service. Our first visit, our glorious sign up day, we eagerly entered your store and got in line. There were a couple people ahead of us and we patiently awaited our turn. However, once our turn came we were skipped for another customer. As we were getting skipped for a second customer, the cashier explained we could wait because her transaction wouldn’t take too long. My girlfriend voiced her dissatisfaction with being skipped, and was greeted with a very sarcastic offer for a chair to wait in. We expressed our displeasure to the manager that evening where we were apologized to. Our second visit almost went along without a hitch. We enjoyed our experience all the way to the checkout, where we weren’t even talked to until the total was read. What was more important than interacting with the customers you ask? Well, our cashier, who was wearing a green vest was arguing with another green vest employee about break relief. (Perhaps a conversation better held away from customers to begin with based on her displeasure of the situation.) We decided against complaining to management basically because it appeared to be members of management involved. Plus, if this is viewed as okay behavior by the managers, perhaps we shouldn't be shocked by poor customer service elsewhere in the store. Our third visit, my girlfriend and I discussed and questioned what our customer service experience would be like and sure enough, your store held its ground. While looking for a pair of boots for this upcoming storm, I found one pair, away from others like it, with no others to be found. I had no idea how much they cost. Lucky for me, there was an associate right there straightening the racks. Unlucky for me, she was too busy talking to someone else on her Bluetooth headset to talk to me. Lucky for me, another customer saw my plight and informed me he bought the same pair last week for 35 bucks. (Good customer service from other customers in your store don't count, sorry). We brought up our concerns with the green jacket manager, where we were asked to wait for a couple moments, where he returned with….wait for it…..an apology. (We don't need to wait two minutes to be apologized to, he could have done that right away and let us on our way. So, congratulations on your perfect record. As we witnessed by the Broncos getting beat by the Colts last weekend, maintaining a perfect record is difficult to achieve. However, keeping with the football metaphors, perhaps you should strive to meet the qualities of the ‘72 Dolphins (undefeated,) and less like the ‘08 Lions (winless), unless, of course, you all are engaged in a “suck for Luck” campaign in an attempt to get the first round pick in the next Sam’s Club employee draft. Regardless, if we do decide to return to your store, it would only be to confirm your status as the most constant in poor customer service.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I purchased a TV and noticed 3 days later they had lowered the price $200. I went in to the customer service desk to have them credit me for the difference in price. The manager on duty told me they don't "price match" and that they would rather me box up my TV, return it and purchase the same thing at the new lower price. I went to another Sam's Club and they gladly made the adjustment without any questions asked, just my receipt. I'd avoid buying anything big at this store if they aren't willing to honor the prices that are listed online and in every other store.

Why can't I give 0 stars??? Had a membership with this place and let it expire as we didn't use it much and prefer Costco. Came in one day to look around and decided to get a day pass to purchase a few things - big mistake. Ended up needing to make an exchange on a clothing item for a different size. 20 minutes later, we were finally able to walk out with the same item but in a different size. Also, the way we're treated as "not real customers", we just had a day pass. Ok, we will never be customers again.

We've been members for years, but the customer service has really gone down hill. #1)Can never find an employee when you need one. But those rare occasions when you are able to find an employee, they don't seem to know what they're doing. #2)Stockers don't pay attention to where they're going, almost running you over. #3)And just like Wal-Mart, they HAVE an abundance of registers, but only 2 are open, so it takes forever to checkout.

Head cashier Troy needs serious training in customer service and In jewelry! We were just there purchasing a a set of earings that are supposed to be a gift, he boxed them and so we decided to walk through the store to see what else we needed. So as we were walking we decided to look at the earings, so as we opened the box the earing almost fell out, apparently he could not find the appropriate box and decided to throw them in the ring box without informing us. So as we checked out another item my wife went up to him and asked for another box, but he said the only other box is too big, so my wife reluctantly just said she would deal with it. He didnt even try to look behind the jewelry counter or even act as if it were an issue. So as we were leaving we saw a comment box so I decided to write and leave feedback about the whole experience and the door greeter was asking about how our experience was and after we told her she stated that there was an assistant manager on duty and we would like to talk to him. So we agreed to talk to him and she went to page the manager. So troy tries to come to us and talk about the issue with the box, and I express mu dissatisfaction with his poor decision making and lack of pride of him doing with any pride, he then tells me that my wife was ok with it, which she wasn't. So then the assistant mgr luis came up and we explained the situation and how jewelry should be handled with a little more careand that apperance does matter with jewelry, and about troys carelessness. So luis gets us a different box and as luis was placing them in the box we can hear troy talking to the door greeter saying how I was controlling my wife and that my wife was ok with it earlier. As luis finished he could hear troy and he would talk to troy. I find the way troy handled the situation was poorly due to the fact that he is a head cashier, and as an employee in any kind manager should hold him to higher standards. And that fact is he should have been up front and honest with us instead of trying play it off as no big deal. It is because of us consumers uou have a job and there is a place and time to vent amongst fellow co workers and it is not in front if the customer you just pissed off.

I'm sitting in the food court area right now... but, let me tell you about my experience so far. Stood in line and turned around to ask a family member what they wanted. A food service work er walked by and said, "We're out of icecream and we'll be closed by the time you get up to the front." I replied, "I'll take my chances." They do not close for another hour...On top of the lazy worker, I got halfway through my yogurt parfait and there's a hair in it. It is definitely not mine. Disgusting! Rude and nasty. No wonder why I don't mind making the extra long ride to the Sam's Club in Southlands.

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A POOR REVIEW EVER about any business in my 39 years of life, but for this Sams location I feel it's imperative to make a huge exception. My shopping experience was emotionally upsetting and it would be for anyone who has ever found themselves caring for a sick relative who is confined to the home. Today I was running an errand to pick up medicine for my husband. Now this is the part of the story I will fully own, because you need to know all the facts. My name is not on my husband's Sams business card. I was not with him when he signed up for it, and we just never got around to adding me. Sam's has a policy to confiscate the card if it doesn't have your picture. I am a person of reason, whose career is to provide guidance to stakeholders based on rules and regulations daily...so I can understand the meaning of "policy". Let me be clear...it wasn't WHAT was done that is my problem, it was HOW it was done. It was a case of "piss poor" customer service, lack of empathy and dare I say....exclusion. The "red head posing to be a manager" took the card (which was also a business credit card), refused to give it back to me after I was in tears explaining that my husband could not walk post-surgery. The red-head was unmoved and asked why I would even be crying over this. I expressed concern about being able to pickup medicine in the future. It will be a month before my husband can walk again. Still, she was unmoved. She reiterated that they will hold onto his card until he shows up. HERE'S THE GUT WRENCHING PART OF THE EXPERIENCE. The empathetic cashier witnessing the scene asked the red-head if I can just get day passes to pick up his medicine next week and thereafter as a temporary solution (she gets a gold star) and the red head turned her back and retorted "WE.,,DON'T...DO..DAY.. PASSES". Now that was a curious statement considering the caucasian senior citizen in front of me had just finished purchasing her items with a day-pass. I guess they are very "SELECTIVE" about who gets day-passes and who don't.

I would have to say this Sam's is less than typical. Although the staff is relatively friendly they don't do anything to go above and beyond (or I haven't experienced it). I have found my experience to go to the Sam's in Southlands (SE Aurora). Their produce seems to be a little more fresh, they seem to have more items that I like to purchase, and they seem to have a better overall selection. The parking lot is kind of hectic so be prepared for that. The staff does a good job trying to keep the carts out the way, its the crazy drivers that are the problem!

The Tire Department keeps getting worse. Now they only have 2 employees working there every day of the week. This means at least an hour wait if there is just one car ahead of you. I asked the employee why it was such a long wait just for a tire rotation. He is the one that told me about only having 2 employees at a time. I tried to get the employees attention, and could not. I had to go to the Customer Service desk to get them paged. They have left my vehicle unlocked. I have a GPS stuck to my windshield so I always lock my car and would expect them to lock it up since it was locked when I dropped it off. I asked them to inspect my tires to see if they are wearing ok. They told me that they were, yet one of them had extreme wear on the inside of the tire. Since it was on the inside and was on the rear axle, it was hard to notice. I only noticed it once I heard squealing of the tire while turning sharply after that tire was put on the front axle. I had also asked them to do a page when my vehicle was ready. This did not happen Years ago, this was a much better place to get service and tires. I will now be going back to Discount Tire, as they are well staffed and have knowledgeable employees The Snack Shop has been quite dirty the last few times that I have gone there. The counter where you get your condiments was so dirty and wet. Then it took awhile to find a table that was not dirty or sticky to sit at.

Their tire and automotive center is the most under staffed and unorganized mess I have ever experienced as a customer. I use my vehicle for my livelihood and have waited almost two weeks for one warranty tire to be capably ordered and received by the staff at the Lone Tree Sam's Club. Dealing with this location is a guarantee for a miserable time and will have you regretting you ever spent your hard earned money there.

I went to Sam's Club to buy 4 tires. When I bought the tires I specifically told the guy at the tire center that my spare tire was on the truck and the flat tire was underneath on the spare rack. When I pick my truck up it was at the store closing time , and I noticed the tire was still in the back seat. I thought that they had just put the spare tire in the back seat instead of putting it back under the truck. When I went to put the spare tire back under the truck I noticed that the flat tire was still in the back seat. They change a tire on a perfectly good spare instead of changing a flat tire in my truck. After I took my truck back in to get the flat tire fixed. When I did this they lost the computer chip in my key that is needed for my truck to operate. After arguing with everybody in the store I left very unhappy. I noticed that my spare tire is still on my truck and was not put under my truck like I requested. I am very unhappy that I had to go buy a new key to my truck, and that the people in the tire center accused me of lying about my remote having a computer chip in it. After all this my spare tire is still on my truck.

I'm giving 1 star just because I like the store. The employees at the Tyler, Texas store are horrible! The lines to check out are out of control, and there are NEVER enough cashiers. We were just in there with our baby and had a few things over the 10 item limit to do self check out. Because of the outrageous lines, we decided to stay in the self checkout. We took less than 2 minutes scanning and paying for our items to be stuck in a line trying to get out the door. The wonderful employee checking receipts decided to stop us and personally count every item in our basket before jumping all over my husband about being in the self checkout. In the meantime, a crackhead looking teenager with a basket FULL to the top of items, decided to wedge his way out the door in front of me without showing his receipt. This woman was horrible to me and my family and snarked "whatever" to my husbands comment of needing more customer service. Overall SAMs has some great products, but the employees need an attitude adjustment.

I'm a member of both Sam's & Costco. I think Sam's has the best prices but Costco frequently has a better selection. I've never been treated rudely at the Tyler or any of the Sam's that I've shopped in. I disagree that rudeness always creates rudeness. There are times when the employee is unnecessarily disrespectful to a customer, BUT if it happens in every department, I think someone needs to look in the mirror (and it's not the employees).

The customer service here isn't good. We use this Sam's Club frequently for events and appreciate how cost effective it is, however when we need to call and check on an order it's extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Typically I know that I will wait on the phone at least 15 minutes to get connected to the right person. Most of the time I end up needing to go in-store to check on details. In-store, the associates I interact with at check-out are very friendly and hard working.

Always the best prices on gas for several miles and very good gas mileage from it. Had a few bad experiences but yesterday was one of the worst. I went to the picture kiosk and chose the one hour printing. I returned an hour and a half later, went to the counter to pick up the pics but no one was there (waited about 10 min) so I went to customer service who sent me back and said she would send someone over. Waited another 10 min, no one showed up. Went back to customer service and this time the woman went over to photo desk and no pictures. Then she proceeded to tell me the person at the photo desk was not here so no one had developed the film. Could I come back another day? I chose one hour film developing for a reason. Not to come back another day. That point aside, why send me to a counter where no one is supposedly working that day? Just wasted so much of my time.

I'll never return to this store or chain. After checking out and ready to purchase $200+ of groceries I realized my debit card is expired. Then I have the joy of discovering that this massive chain won't take Visa or Amex. While I have five different cards they're apparently still stuck in 1979 and they wouldn't take any of them. After 1/2 hour of being badgered to apply for a Master Card, I'd finally reached my psychological limit of dealing with this enormous cluster. There goes the $500 dollars that we spend every two weeks, good luck with living in the stone age.

We always ask ourselves why we pay the annual membership. We have a bad experience every time at Sam's. We use Costco 90% of the time. There is a reason why Costco is 3 times busier.

As with all Sam's Clubs there are 30 people trying to check out of 2 lines. Why can't Walmart staff the registers to meet their customers demands? The savings on labor is at the expense of your customer experience. Nothing special at this location, carbon copy of other locations... back to Costco.

The TBC people like to swing the chains around cars and they pull the stuff out of the back of your car and play with it. Saw the red haired one doing it before and after they pulled the vehicle in to have the tire changed.

Worst Sam's Club ever!!! My first time going into that Sam's Club and this will be my last! I went in to get a new membership because of their promotion and I was told that I can only get the free promo items if I were to print out the flyer from the Sam's Club's website when clearly, the website didn't state that we had to print out the promo and bring it in in order to be eligible for the free items. Besides that, their website didn't have any barcode or skus for the promo. The older lady that worked at the member service was "helping" me. While helping me, she was talking loudly to her co-worker about her personal life, getting freebies for her children and she was eating chips. She then gave me my new card and turned around to service others without saying anything to me. I had to call two other Sam's Club and they told me that I shouldn't have to print out anything and that the Sam's Club that I was at should've had the flyers at their service desk and should have given me one for the promo items when I signed up for a new membership. The lady on the phone from one of the two stores that I called was kind enough to help me. She happily explained everything to me and told me to grab the promo items and bring it to the checkout and talk to a manager about it and that's excatly what I did. The manager that was working didn't even know about the promotion that was going on this month. I had to explain everything to them about the promotion and they had to go to the next register to look for the promotion booklet and of course, they couldn't find it. The manager was also giving me attitude. If you're not willing to put on a smile to service your customers when they are your number one priority, maybe you should quit your job! I am just glad that I am moving back to my hometown and I wouldn't have to deal with such people like that there.

Today I was in the liquor department and the person goes on break as I'm trying to check out. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Then I went to get gas, and my card (that I just used indoors at Sam's) would not work in the gas pump. Instead of trying to help me with this problem, the gas attendant told me that I needed to get a new card. (The silver lining to this story is that this problem caused me to get my gas elsewhere - and to my surprise the price of gas was cheaper than Sam's! Plus, I did NOT have to buy a membership!) It's unfair to me, a customer who makes a two hour round trip to purchase things at Sam's and then I can't get service. Obviously, having a membership at a Sam's with this type of service (and value?) is not worthwhile therefore I cancelled my membership.

DONT EAT AT THE CAFE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT/DRINK HAIR! Absolutely horrible. They don't wear hair nets and o have yet to see gloves on hands. I have been here twice and won't come here or eat here again. The first time it was my husband, our niece and myself, our niece got a pretzel and it was hard and she said it tasted funny. We also got a drink and there was a hair in my cup! I was disgusted I when I was waiting for them to get me a different cup they didn't "notice" me standing at there counter. We had to come to this same again because the Fargo one was out of the veggies I wanted. I called ahead and they said they had some on hand and would have some brought up for me since i was on my way. we got there and they said they "tried to call me back" no... it took me 10 minutes from the time I called to the time I walked in the door, they did not try to call but they didn't actually have any great. Well I saw it was someone different so we decided to get some yogurt and a drink again, ordered and when we went to the pick up counter it was full of food crumbs and there was a plate sitting on the counter with a freaking hair on it! I pointed it out to her and she grabbed the pate but the hair flew who knows wherw. Absolutely disgusting here.

I got my tires changed there a bit ago and bought the tires with the warranty. Little did I know that they stripped the bolts on one of my tires, eventually leading to the incident in which my tire fell off in my college's parking garage. Thank God, my tire did not fall off in the middle of high way, potentially leading to something fatal. My dad wanted to inform one of the store managers about the incident and precaution her to be careful with how they are changing tires. He showed her the receipt with the amount spent to try to fix the car ourselves. She said she would pay the $4 bolts back. He took his receipt back, replicating he didn't want the money back and told her that my life was on the line. She did not believe our story at all. To add that she called my father a liar, she gave her back to him and walked away. I understand that sometimes errors happen in any workplace but a leader, or a manager in this case, should know how to fix errors and not walk away from them by disrespecting a fellow customer who paid in full for a service. What seems even worse to me is that this "manager" cared more about her pride, giving her back to my father, than my life. I think the directors of Sam's Club should highly reconsider who is in charge of their business.

Almost never enough cashiers but plenty of self check outs. Very long wait time getting checked out. I almost always see new employees when I shop at Sam's so there is an obvious high turn over in employees but I'm not sure why. The parking is also a challenge most of the time. Management and all other staff are always great and helpful so I can only assume these types of problems are a corporate issue/problem. I also have a Costco membership and never experience these problems at Costco. If the problems at Sam's were fixed I would probably do most of my shopping at Sam's club even though there are products I would continue to purchase at Costco. Costco gets me in and out with two employees at check out most of the time. Parking at Costco is very spacious.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are incredibly lazy, slow, and will not help you with anything. I watched two women at the register refuse to open their registers while 10 people were waiting at one crowded register opened by one of an older man. JUST LAZY. They refuse to want to help customers and its gotten to the point where its so bad, that I have to write a bad review about it. I have been a member of Sam's Club for the past 25+ years. I paid my renewal for the year 2015 on August 3, 2015. I have been to the gas pumps in the Youngerman Circle, Jacksonville, FL location twice since my renewal. I had no problems. My wife went to fill her car today (8-12-2015) at the Youngerman Circle, Jacksonville, FL location and her card was rejected by two of the pumps. She came home very disappointed and frustrated. I went over to the Youngerman Circle location at the customers service counter. I spoke with one of the clerks whose name is "Sophia". She was very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive and told me she would give my wife a new card. In the conversation we had it appears the magnetic card readers in the two of the pumps she tried had problems. I asked Sophia how would we be compensated for our time and money driving back and forth. She called a supervisor whose name is Tunisha. The supervisor immediately blamed my wife for the problem. SHE SAID THAT MY WIFE MUST HAVE DAMAGED THE MAGNETIC STRIP ON THE CARD BY RUBBING IT AGAINST SOMETHING. Now this is customer who has been using these cards for over 25 years. Some times it is better to shut your mouth and be apologetic to the customer instead of conjecturing that the customer damaged the card. It costs us time and money to be going back and forth to the Sam's location because of a problem caused by Sam's. There is an old saying "If you do not open your mouth no flies will be able to enter." Please instruct Tunisha that "the customer is always right" Regards, Lionel Maxwell

Picked up pictures from the photo department around 140 pm today. No one was at the desk, waited for a couple of minutes before April comes to say "Can I help you." with soda in hand. No smile returned as I say I'm picking up pictures and gave my last name. Felt like I bothered her from her lunch. She didn't verify the spelling, just pulled up something on the computer. Of course, the reply is "It's not here. Are you sure you put it in? When did you put the order?" Then she spells my last name incorrectly, sounding so sure she said it right. I give her the correct spelling, she looks, no record. As I look on my phone to check my confirmation email, she continues to say how you have to confirm a purchase two times. I walk around the counter, rattle off my confirmation number. She tries to pull it, nothing comes up. "Now can we try it my way? I'd rather you log into your account.." As I log in, she was behind me opening steel drawers and pulls up an envelope for my order. Now WHY was that not done to begin with? She had the sense to check me out from there along with my one food item. By then, I let her know she comes across rude and short. She gives a shallow apology. I continue to say, that's unfortunate as I know she does it because she has to. I mention she was this short last time, too. For a minute, we go back and forth. Took her name and went to a manager. Manager listened and since I train people for good customer service, gave her enough warning that she'll defend herself by saying I'm a customer that just isn't happy no matter what she does and that she did everything right. Let manager know the customer's PERCEPTION, regardless of her thought is just as important. She may think she did her part, but what came across was not even close. I also let the manager know that since she was the same person as last time, and after me venting with a superior, I'm now afraid to go back as she'll give me worse service. Sam's has good quality and cheaper rates than Costco or Walgreens for prints. But now I'd rather not use them than go through another episode or experience with her at the counter or worse do something with my photos! Sad thing is I'm not hopeful she'll be changed and she'll still be walking around the Sam's I go to. Not sure how much action/change venting with a manager on duty or writing a review with Google will do. Where is customer service??

This is a terrible place, please keep reading and you will notice how these people care nothing for their customers, and only want to avoid taking responsibility when they do something wrong. My mother-in-law and I brought the car past year to change the four tires. When we returned to get the car with the tires changed, we noticed something was wrong. The front and back right side hubcaps were not positioned correctly and they were cracked on multiple places. Further inspections revealed that the back right wheel had the wheel's rim bent in the same place where the hubcap's cracks were present, so they tried to cover whatever happened by pushing the hubcap. In addition, the tire pressure sensor light was on, and air was barely holding on the wheel as a result of this, which made driving her car dangerous. We came back and spoke with the managers, who entered and spoke with the employees to figure out what happened and plan what to say to us in group. All of them came to the car and looked at the car eluding their responsibility by determining the origin of the issue to be previous to the tire change, and that they had nothing that could cause that. Not satisfied with our interactions with the shop's crew, we contacted Sam's managers, who in turn did not solve anything either. We have multiple pictures of the wheels (new and old) where you can see how the wheel that they replaced had marks of being forced for removal using a long metallic instrument as a lever exactly following the rim bump. We had to bring the car to a different tire shop (Discount's tire), were they were able to unbent the rim at NO COST in 45 minutes... I only feel shame for Sam's Club Tire & Battery and their crew. I can understand that there is place for human error, but I don't allow people being negligent, specially when my mother-in-law could have had an accident due to the low air pressure...

There was a very congenial worker out there - even washed our windshield!! He said he can tell how old people are by their reaction. "They either say. The only thing SAMs is good for is bulk items. If you have a question for staff they have to go through fifty different people to figure out the answer. I had a horrible experience with and online order to pick up in store. I ordered a tablet to pick up the next day which you would think they would grab off the shelf. No they order a new one. So the rude woman I talked to on the phone told me it wouldn't be ready for three days.. Not telling me they have availability in store. So I went in and bought one from the store. Which I would have done in the first place if I knew I was going to have this issue. Then I couldn't cancel my order because it hadn't come through to the store yet. So the only solution was to come back to the store. Completely disappointed about having to make multiple trips to this store and dealing with horrible customer service. It was not acceptable and I won't be using their online/in store pickup services again.

Poor customer service. I attempted to call a few times but rather than someone answer, the call was disconnected. When I was able to get through, I felt I should notify a manager and was on hold for several minutes before one picked up. Once speaking with one, I explained what happened and he said one of their phones did not hold. I explained again that I never had the chance to be put on held. Sam's Club is good overall - the workers are friendly and the parking is good. For whatever reason they still have all of the gas pump lanes going in one direction which half the people ignore which creates a hostile environment at times (but they are always the cheapest so I guess it's worth it. The pharmacy is what brings it down several stars. The hours are not patient friendly including the fact they disappear for 30 minutes for a lunch break and they are closed on Sundays. This makes it very limited for people that work long hours during the week and can only get there on the weekend. Please open it on Sunday and remove the inconvenient "break time" during the middle of the day which I have seen at no other pharmacy that I can remember.

I'd say my visit here was acceptable. My brother in law wanted a trampoline for his kids and I came to help him buy one. We got the best one at a good price. But then here's why I gave a one star review. We got to the exit and we asked for help. (My brother in law had back surgery a couple of months ago.) A man named Trent came to help us. I opened the back of the van and trent said it won't fit. I knew full well it would. We both lifted it only for him to drop it and say "Oh it's to heavy." Come for the cheap lunch, and stay for the great deals. Sam's club has fantastic prices, and awesome food. Do not go around noon on a Saturday! The checkout lines were nightmarish with screaming children on the loose everywhere in the store. I'd advise going as early in the morning as possible which makes a much more pleasant experience.

Tire and battery department are a joke. The store is a four star but I will not post above 1 due to the ignorance and lack of technical skill in tire and battery, it's one thing to tell a customer somethings wrong but when the customer is by far mechanically inclined, you don't tell them and insist that's the problem. I was told that most of my studs were striped and they couldn't get my lugs off, well that doesn't happen when you put the correct size socket and not spin the cap on the lug. So I fixed at the house in 5 minutes and 30 dollars for new lugs and what they broke that took them over an hour to not even take off. They do not know what they are talking about and could barely refer themselves as technicians if you could call them that. Not only that it took just under three weeks to get two tires and have them installed. Staying with discount tire from now on and as for the other side of the store I'm satisfied with their service and product.

Horrible experience with their tire department. They refused to fix a flat tire we had because there were two screws in the tire. Then they told us some bs about how they were in the same quadrants so that is why they couldn't do it. When we asked them to look at it the guy just kept coming up with excuses for why they couldn't repair my tire. I ended up going to discount tire and they fixed it for free. They actually checked my tire and seen that only one screw with through. Something Sam's would have known if they would have just taking the time to check. I spoke with the manager after who told me he was going to look into it and get back to me and I never heard anything back from him. I will never return and I have let my family know to no longer get memberships with Sam's since this is the way their customers are treated.

The pharmacists and the assistants at Sams on Bryant Irvin are the best. They know us by name and are always so helpful. Since my granddaughter has been seriously ill, the female (did not get her name) pharmacist went above anything expected when she told us that her prescription was for short acting pain relief, and that in the past she had gotten long acting pain relief. If she had not pointed that out, my granddaughter would have not had enough medication to last until the next refill. We really appreciate everyone in the pharmacy.

All good experiences until today. Melissa, the freshman cashier, delivered by far the rudest customer service experience I've ever had. She never said hello, put her hand out for my card never actually asking for it, Instead of putting all of our items in the basket, she set them next to the scanner looking at my boyfriend to stock the basket. Once he realized she really wasn't going to do it, he started grabbing them and putting them in the basket. so instead of stacking them more, she started just handing them to him. She didn't say a word the whole time and literally had a pissed off look on her face. My membership is up in August, after today I've realized that it's probably not worth renewing if this is the type of people they are hiring now.

There is a woman named Mykeisha claiming to be a manager at this location. I certainly hope being a manager was simply another lie amongst the slew of other lies she told us with her giant, insincere beauty pageant smile and her patronizing, condescending tone. She refused to work on getting our dead battery replaced under it's prorated warranty, lied about it being impossible, lied about the availability of higher management, and indicated a total lack of concern over the possibility of losing our business of thirty years. How do we know she was a liar? The people on the line at 1-800-WALMART told us we could get our prorated battery without a receipt AND the good people at the El Dorado location actually DID replace our battery at the prorated rate with only the information on the battery and it's date of purchase sticker (which we were told was all we needed when we purchased the battery). Mykeisha should not be representing a company as a sales associate, much less as a manager. She needs to have disciplinary action administered, if not let go completely.

I making this review moreover on a practice that needs to be called out directly to the company. His location has quick checkout and solid stock. What I can't stand is a freaking salesman harassing customers to sign on to some cable or internet package. People come here and pay to shop here for bulk supplies and discounted items. You can't shop at Sam's Club without a fee, which is not a bothersome issue. What I do have a problem with is a pushy service salesman in a CPG retail store. Store associates giving samples and a quick product recommendation is fine, but having a completely external company harass customers inside your store, on the sales floor, and challenging to avoid IS NOT acceptable, and I expect more from this company.

DO NOT use the vision department. They upsold me on lenses that took over two weeks but neglected to mention that it would take longer. As long as they can make that extra money. I made mention several times that my current glasses were broken and i really needed the new ones. But of course why would they tell me thinner lenses take longer, i mean they really need that extra 10 bucks. I really didn't care if i had super thin lenses

Let's be clear, I love this store; however, their cafe is terribly managed. The tables are always dirty, the soda area is sticky and smelly, and something is ALWAYS out behind the counter. Last weekend, their vanilla ice cream wasn't ready. This weekend, their ice cream machine is down altogether. Oh, and I had to ask for a rag so I could clean a table for us to sit at. The worker gave it to me at first, and then said, "Umm, wait. I'll just do it. It might look bad if one of our members cleaned a table." Really?! Update (2/21/15) - Not much has changed in one week. The cafe is DISGUSTING. There is literally food smashed on the floor, ketchup at the hotdog station, and again, not a single clean table. Not to mention, they are out of the 4-berry sundae ingredients.

This Sam's Club condones Stolen Valor federal crime, impersonating a US Service Member. Came in to do our weekly shopping and the guy out collecting carts was wearing a military uniform, and incorrectly at that. I asked him if he was in the military and was told that he was not. I informed him that wearing a military uniform if you are not in the military is a federal crime known as Stolen Valor. As I was talking to him the manager came over and told me that he could wear whatever he liked and that it was none of my business what he wore and that it was perfectly acceptable. I informed her that it was a federal crime and she went on about her husband being a Marine and that it wasn't against the law and that she supported him wearing whatever he pleased. Absolutely despicable that an organization would tolerate and even condone an employee committing a federal crime and being disrespectful of all Service Members past and present. And for that managers information, Stolen Valor refers to impersonating a Service Member, not just wearing unauthorized rank, ribbons or medals.

Got to sams club earlier today before it opened. Was just wanting three tires replaced and am now just finally leaving. They didn't get done until 12:18 and gave no warning that it would take that long to simply change three tires. I was third in line this morning with two tire changes before me. It does not take 2 & a half hours to do that many changes. I will most likely never use any Sam's Club tire services again due to this experience. Congrats on making another Discount Tire customer, I'm sure they appreciate your services.

I waited for 40 minutes in optical at Sam's on Mesa. There were other customers already there, waiting and waiting. I asked several employees for help and one told me the person in that department was out to lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. She still did not come back in that time. About 7-8 customers came and went. The assistant managers never came to answer for her or to give assistance. I went to buy other things and when I came back the employee was there, but so were 5 other customers. There should be at least 2 employees or at least write on the hours available when the shop is open. According to the Sam's info the optical does not state an hour off for lunch. Terrible service.

I purchased a set of Michelin tires on 12/13/2012. I had them rotated once at about 8,000 miles. I had them rotated again at about 16,000 miles. This time it took them 6 hours to get the job done. The man in charge told me the reason it took so long as an employee got sick and went home. Needless to say I was not happy. Today I need tires again. I went to Sam's and asked if they would warranty the tires as they had only 36,000 miles on them and they said NO because I did not rotate them at the proper intervals. I accepted that because I told myself a year ago that I would not go back and have them rotated at their store because it took 6 hours the last time I had them rotated. Morral of the Story DON'T BUY TIRES AT SAM'S CLUB IN MANKATO! The rest of the store is fine but their tire shop is bad news. Save yourself some agony and purchase your tires somewhere else, actually anywhere else.

Sam's is kinda like the smiley hurley gurley "Hey Come On In We Gotcha Store" some of the items we have returned- several margarittaville products, their clothes are over priced and shriiiiink- plus most of their frozen foods arent as large and enormous as appear in your return rear view mirror-the rotisserie chickens are left out for hours- their meats lack quality-and their boxes of mass qualtities save you.....pennies. just not worth it. However they are friendly and helpful yet their product selection is ..lets say..the same crap for years and years. at least at walmart you dont have to buy 60 dollars worth of green beans to save 9 cents. I would put 0 starts if I could. 20 minutes with an unqualified sales person just to figure out the correct tire. Then 30 minutes until I got the call saying that it wasn't the right tire and they didn't have my tire in stock. Spoke to a manager who simply told another employee they can't leave the new guy unattended. I will never go back. Ended up across the highway at Firestone. They have great service and they were CHEAPER!

Slow service as far is just getting to the counter. I had preordered my tires and prepaid. Once they were in it took over 30 minutes just to be seen about getting the tires put on. They dinged the hell out of my rims. I have a Prius and they have a plastic cover over the real rim that they didn't bother to take off before mounting the tires. They were under staffed and seem to cut corners on the tires. Not sure if I will use them for the free rotations or not that this point. I'll likely use a different Sam's Club.

We have been shopping at Sam's whole Club since 1982. When we want to find an item, sometime I can't find it. Occasionally it takes you months before you bring the item. Last week we went to Sam's in order to buy whole wheat English Muffin. They were out. Yesterday we went back and a manager told me that Sam's stopped caring it. I contact Sam's Headquarter and a woman by name Rose contact Sam's in S. Rice in Houston TX, and spoke to the costumer service and she called Sam's in S.Rice and they told her that the have the kind of muffin I would like. I asked Rose if they can hold some for me and her respond was "You have to call the store."No When I called the lady at the costumer service told me " No you have to call" When I called the costumer service told me " No they don't have. My question is who to believe, and why they stop carry it. Also when Sam's club is running out of item, it take them a month and sometime more to get the idem we were looking for. Every time we want to ask someone about the item, their response is " I don't know.

I had to stop at and buy a few items before taking daughter to tutorials..I entered the store at 11101 Fuqua Street at 45 South Gulf Freewa when Direct TV Vendor: interject himself in my personal space and forced a handshake! He gripped me and would not let go! He forced a hand shake with an extreme tight grip. I tried to free myself he would not let go. I was violated Management was not helpful nor did they care! He and the security guard on duty just laughed. They were betting to see if he could sell me Direct TV service is my guess? I felt so violated! I told him this is no way to approach a woman, young lady or anyone! They both continued to laugh. I Met with David Galvan, Jenny and Xavier-to urge to watch store video and retrain Vendor and Security guard as this is an in close facility and his behavior was unwelcome. Xavier was courteous. David Galvan was rude, curt, callous and went as far as stating I made this up! I have been a member since 1999! Never ever filed a complaint or complained! How can a General Manager David Galvan-be allowed to run a store and treat his loyal customer so rude! How can he tell me I made this up!!!!!! He said he spoke to both men and that they dont know what I am talking about-but video does show something but not clear according to David Galvan!!!! Ladies....be careful...security guard or other staff members can possible miss treat you...and David will state you made it up...or didnt happen! I am disappointed, hurt -you can go into a Sam's club and be violated and General Manager allows it...make you feel small then tells you basically you are lied!!!!!
