myangelkids.com 3 Suzette Lugo Lugo @2016-04-04 The fist time i was there Dr. Jaimi Webster saw my 2year old and 4 year old on their first visit. I was so exited to find such a wonderful and dedicated pediatric. Less than a month later my 2 year old got sick with a high fever, coughing and a pink eye. I had been up most of the night and started to call the office at 9:00am. It was 11:30 am and no one would answer the phones and they even have a call center. So i decided to get in my car and drive to they office on Beach Blvd. to see if they could see my baby, his still burning up with a fever. When i get there the first thing i ask the ladies in the front desk is why don't they pick up the phone in that office. She looks at me and tells me well their there, we don't know.I tell her that the baby is sick and she is looking at him. She tells me that they can't see him , that i would have to come back later so they could see him. So my question is who responsible for monitoring these people at the answering call center? So 4 days later my 4 year old is sick. I start calling at 9am, same story NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. This is very unprofessional and bad business and most important its kids life at risk.
