interstatebatteries.com 1 willite @2012-12-16 These guys are pathetic. I ordered a battery way back in September and it was placed on backorder. No problem, I'm not in a big hurry. But after 2 weeks, I email them to get an update. No answer. I email them again after another 2 weeks and they respond I should be getting it at the end of October. Around mid-November they tell me my credit card is not good. Well duh, it's expiration date had expired since I originally placed the order, so I updated them with the credit card information, expecting to receive the order any day now. Another 2 weeks go by and still no battery. I email them again and no response again. So here it is December and I still have no battery. Worst customer service imaginable. I recommend you look elsewhere with a mickey mouse operation like this (my apologies to disney).
